These are the songs I used to pick out while sitting on the back porch (literally, not a chair) in my youth. Wow, I still remembered the words. Flooded with memories. That's music for you.
I have always loved Hank. this is great. My wife is a musician, She plays in Nursing homes and sings 3-4 Hank songs. along with some Glenn and Dolly songs. To get the croud singing she also sings the Pifft song(why did you leave me here all alone) RIP Hank, Glenn, And Roy.
My dad played the guitar and grew up in his teen years in the late 1930's . In 1960 I was old enough to take an interest in his singing when he practiced at home for Charity gigs related to his employer. It wasn't until later on that I realized why a few Country singers sound like my dad....it was because he could imitate Ernest Tubbs , Hank Snow , Hank Williams and Jim Reeves along with others I never knew about. Also , around 1970 I now understood why the pictures of Johnny Cash from the 1950's looked familiar. I had once seen the 8x10 photo of my parents that won a contest in 1956 to have dinner with Johnny Cash and it was the Country Radio Stations photo in the News Paper from the day after to show the winners at the Hotel Dinning area next to Johnny . Funny how wanting to win a free dinner to get away from the kids for a night had them with a young rising Star with a Global following today for his music .
I remember hearing someone mention what hank said about his success and missing the small town shows and the smoke filled bars with common folk . He said it feels like he's a deli log of Balogne where everybody taking a slice of me to where they're now thin enough to see through .
Glenn Johnson Hank was the first that influenced me back in the early 50`s,so ,it`s wonderful to see these performances by three great country legends.RIP to Hank,Glen and Roy.Love Dolly. Thanks for this upload.
Dolly Parton just has that huge personality that when she walks into the room, it's hers... she upstages others without doing anything or even tries. She is the Ultimate Superstar but still a humble being
@@isaiahgauthier2176 Oh to be a Burt Reynolds stand-in during the script rehearsals for the movie they were in and have Dolly's image burned into my brain.

I pray that Hank, Glen and Roy are jamming up in heaven. Rest easy Roy.

Good Lord! Give those boys a guitar.
Who will carry the mantle and remember them, in a few years?
No one. Talent no longer important.
The Ones that love true country music , and enjoy good music , when music was not made ,but created, by true talent, such as these three legends
Legends
Rip roy

Jerry Lee takes 'em all and makes you have a beer !
This is great except for that awful picture of Hank behind them. It looks like they've forgotten to paint his mouth.
@When The Cowboy Sings Do you by chance have Roy Clark singing jambalaya
if Dolly dies, Godfather will have a heavy part.
wenn Dolly geht, kann der da oben einpacken.

歌はとても良い感じですが、バックのハンクの似顔絵が似ていないし、目が怖いし、爺さん顔に見えて残念❗
