The way you do ur work that's really amazing, most of all the way you speak, learned alot from your video, and aply the seme on my car and bike too, that's really amazing ur tips n tricks, thanks...brother😊👍
Appreciate this video. I'm needing a lil clarification whether jet seal should be applied before or after the wax. I was thinking jet seal first to bond with the paint but the video shows it added lastly. I am no professional btw.
Damn i like your videos. I learn so much with you guys. I use your product and all my neighbours ask me question about car detailing :) i have a Black Hyundai Electric Kona 2022 and it's on point.
How do you maintain the vinyl stripes? Can you polish them. The video was great, I just wish it could be shown how to maintain the stripes. Please do a video on that. Otherwise, great video!!!
I'm glad to see more videos,I'm always learning something new and feel confident and comfortable to tackle anyone's detailing needs. I have the shiniest 2001 Taurus around thanks to Chemical Guys and their awesome instructions 😎 💎 weather and contamination doesn't stand a chance 😉
Hi there! JetSeal will last on the surface for up to 12 months but it can be reapplied as often as desired. Use Blazin' Banana Spray Wax to maintain your coatings during your routine detail.

hey joey i have a question i'm new in detailing and i want to take care of my mom/s car , what would you do to a brand new car coming from the dealer? i want to know the steps : for example to wash it first then claybar ,etc etc etc. thanks and let me know.
Hey! For a fresh start use Clean Slate with your favorite car wash soap to thoroughly cleanse the paint before using the appropriate clay bar to decontaminate the surface. Inspect the paintwork to determine if polishing is necessary or move directly to applying coatings. HydroSlick is an easy to use ceramic that bonds to paint, glass and shiny surfaces to enhance gloss while rejecting harsh elements.
Hi Billy! P4 contains a very fine abrasive that can refine 2000 grit sanding marks whereas V38 is a final polish that does not contain abrasives but can handle 3000 grit sanding marks.
@@ChemicalGuys thank you for the info also look forward to good informative videos. One last questions how does the jet seal compare to the hydro line you have?
What is the best way to take light scratches on a corvette off without a buffer, i don't trust myself with one the car is red i have clayed it and polish polished but still have light scratches. Thanks.
Hey! Machine polishing will achieve the best result but it is still possible to hand polish with V36 Cutting Polish and an Orange Hex-Logic Hand Cutting Pad.
Ok so I know what I bought but I was wondering if I could safely use my foam gun on my pressure washer???? Didn’t wanna try this until I heard from you guys.
Did a clay bar to my Celica and the car actually felt ‘soft’ to the touch afterwards! I was sold on claying a vehicle after that!! 😍
Hey Harry! Enjoy your detailing products!

I like the waffle towel more than the one in this video to dry my truck. Also, how often should we clay our cars?
Gotta love the Waffle Weave towels. Perform a clay bar treatment as needed, twice a year should be perfect for a daily driven vehicle.
Appreciate this video. I'm needing a lil clarification whether jet seal should be applied before or after the wax. I was thinking jet seal first to bond with the paint but the video shows it added lastly. I am no professional btw.
Hey Thomas! For best results apply sealant before wax.

Perfect, just what I needed. Going to my local retailer CG store for P4 and clean slate.
Do I mix clean slate with any other shampoo?I got blacklight.
Hey! Absolutely, mix Clean Slate with your favorite car wash soap to gently clean away old layers of glaze, sealant, and wax as well as surface grime.
Are your soaps for the wash bucket too, or just a cannon. I'm using one soaps and the suds don't cling to the car or wash mitt.
Hey! Absolutely, use your favorite Chemical Guys car wash soap in a foam cannon, foam gun or traditional wash bucket.

@@ChemicalGuys awesome thank you for the reply
What size pad were u using? No pad prep after applying the polish to the pad?
Thanks
Matt
Hey Matt! The TORQ 15DA is equipped with a 5 inch backing plate. Yes, use Pad Conditioner to prep the pad before polishing.
@@ChemicalGuys thanks
Instead of jet seal can u use hydroslick
Or use hydroslick after jetseal ?
Hey! HydroSlick can be used as a standalone barrier or layered with your favorite glaze, sealant, and/or wax.
How much clean slate did u usage with the me pink? How much of each product?

Hey Matt! Try using two ounces of Mr. Pink with one ounce of Clean Slate.
@@ChemicalGuys ok thanks, love me pink on a coated black van.

How does P4 compare to V38?

can the clean slate remove a ceramic coat that was incorrectly applied? I assume it would require a few rounds.
Hi Jeremy! The most effective method of removing ceramic coatings is by machine polishing.

I've used the og clay bar on my grandpa's truck and it's still pretty rough should I go up to medium or straight to heavy?
Hey! Try the Medium Clay Bar with plenty of Luber to restore a smooth finish.
@@ChemicalGuys ok thanks so much for replying!
Ok so I know what I bought but I was wondering if I could safely use my foam gun on my pressure washer???? Didn’t wanna try this until I heard from you guys.
Hey! The foam gun is only intended for use with a garden hose. Using a foam gun with a pressure washer may damage the unit.
@@ChemicalGuys thank you guys for gettin back so soon. I will purchase the foam cannon.
Do I need to wash my mitt after every wash?
Hi Oscar! We answered your question on this upcoming Sundays' Q&A vid - be sure to check it out!
Use the same clay bar all over the car?
Absolutely! Roll and knead the bar until a fresh face cannot be found, at which time it should be replaced.
