@aimized1460 You always need to use a paint sealant and/or wax after polishing, and if you don't protect your work, then you're leaving it open to even more contamination.

Wish I knew what I did wrong on my car, After polishing using C4 my Black hood now has a "buffing pattern" down the entire hood, almost looks like streaks but the size of a buffing pad.

So dont use circles when clay bar because you might pick up something and scratch the car! When clay bar use straight lines so if you pick something up it will scratch your car with straight scratches instead of circle scratches. 😅😅

I just bought a 2021 black Denali GMC truck and looks great except when the sun is shining on it. During the afternoon hours , you can see fine light scratches and buffer marks. So dont use circles when clay bar because you might pick up something and scratch the car!
When clay bar use straight lines so if you pick something up it will scratch your car with straight scratches instead of circle scratches. 😅😅

I just bought a 2021 black Denali GMC truck and looks great except when the sun is shining on it. During the afternoon hours , you can see fine light scratches and buffer marks. I don’t want to use a buffer. Do you have products I can use to remove by hand. I didn’t see them in the late afternoon when I started applying mcguires ceramic wax. What kind of scares me about using the V line is you said on another video that some of the clear coat is removed in the process.
