Free range.. Most people went to hospitals for fever coughs or malaria... Im from Malaysia.. I have cut down on sugar by 80 % many many months ago... and feels great.. I process my own bread for breakfast made with teff flour, quinoa flour, Maca powder and Moringa powder with cheese and black garlic paste. Weird isn’t it ?
Healthy proteins and vegetables. You can have fruit in moderation, but you have to eat protein with it. Such as fruit and nuts. No simple carbs. Only complex carbs. Look up what complex carbs are (if you don't know) and also how the amount of complex carbs a diabetic can eat a day/meal. No diet soda as it can spike your sugar. Anyway, google was my best friend and I found a lot of great recipes too. Im not a doctor but I reversed my type two and do not take medicine.
You can eat hole fruits, plain yogurt, Greek yogurt, instead of processed cereals eat oats, grains, nuts. You can eat boiled, scrambled eggs with veggies. Etc
