Finally, common sense when it comes to acceptable foods we should be eating. Too many youtube "influencers" pushing strict Keto or Carnivore. I tried strict Keto and it didn't work for me, made me pretty sick. I need some carbs in my life. In fact, I also eat potatoes "gasp"! I eat non-processed foods (real foods) and have eliminated added sugar. I do eat fermented foods and also yogurt, but I'm not sure about the yogurt being good or bad. I'm glad I stumbled onto your channel. Thanks for content I can get behind and share with people, knowing I'm not hurting them in the long run.

I'm old enough to have gone through the transition from normal corn and wheat to Monsanto corn and wheat. All of a sudden wheat products, corn fed beef, sodas, processed foods (ketchup sauces etc.) Etc started feeling weird in my body. Basically anything genetically engineered became noticeable. Corn and wheat products genetically engineered became toxic, anything is subject to change, not in a good way.

Sounds like an excellent plan except for the yogurt. The dairy industry really cashed in on rotten milk.

So..organic eggs, protein (organic beef, chicken, wild fish), salt, apple cider vinegar, various nuts, mushrooms, legumes (aka pulses)
