I started growing and eating seed and been sprouts. I would love more info about that! I use a mix of broccoli, arugula, radish, mung bean and lentils. Chosen more for taste than nutritional value. I wonder if these sprouts replace leafy greens? I am a little confused as to how they should be incorpoated into the diet and how they benefit the body.
Dr. What diet do you suggest for someone with an ileostomy? Keto/carnivore seems to work well for digestive part. Im having avhard tone eating fiber. The ileostomy doesn't allow digestion well and makes the ostomy to leak. All that said, my triglycerides and a1c are rising precipitously in the last 6 months.

Here we go...a conflict with Dr. Nadir Ali, who says we should avoid vegetables and eat a high-fat low-carb diet. We as a species are carnivores. The carnivore gives all the necessary nutritions the humans need
For those people that are considering a carnivore "only" diet, (l'm one of them) what are your thoughts on this please. I currently eat plenty of fruit and vegetables and eat a limited amount of meat. l'm not sure what to do and who to believe anymore. So much conflicting opinions from so many doctors, very frustrating indeed.
Nooo 🛑 STOP!! Your going to regret eating meat, you might feel better first few weeks and then slowly the meat consinqueses will appear LDL plus other problems ! Stay clean with organic fruits and Veg! And legumes and coconut water instead of reg water! Tull be thanking me, thank you n good luck!! ✌️

Unfortunately I can’t eat red meat or fish because they give me gout but I manage with walnut oil for omega 3.it’s ok because nobody believes I’m 87
I believe walnut oil would be Omega 6
