    My aunt who is now approaching 90 years old was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer a little over 25 years ago. She didn't want to die so she found a cancer survivor in her community who told her how he beat liver cancer. She made arrangements to go to a clinic in the Philippines for cancer treatment. 3 1/2 months later when she came back and was tested here at our hospitals she was completely cancer free.
    She looked healthy and even younger than her age.
    She told us of her change of diet that attacked the cancer in her breast which starved the cancer cells.
    Most of all she told all of anyone in the family and pretty near anyone she met to buy a water distiller to drink absolutely clean water. She told us to add a pinch of salt to any of the water we drank or used to prepare a meal with.
    The doctors in the clinic in the Philippines where she went to showed all of their patients the results of water samples that had been tested in a lab 🔬 to see what was contained in the water. They took samples from L.A., Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, New York, Toronto and Vancouver.
    The concentration of the chemical soup that came out of the taps and bottled water varied to some degree but all contained highly toxic chemicals in all of the samples. They tested only for 200 of these chemicals, but told my aunt there are 1000's of chemicals in our water.
    She was told the FDA allows this to happen because according to some definition they had to remove something from public consumption was how fast it would make you sick or kill you. So, slow poisoning is okay and that is what happens when we drink or eat anything with a water base.
    In addition to eating a modified healhy diet, the cancer clinic only served distilled water with a pinch of Himilayan salt to put back the minerals our bodies need.
    When I bought my water distiller 25 years ago it was very expensive but worth every cent.
    Today a water distiller can be purchased for under $200
    I don't have any affiliation to any company or in the industry that make or sell water distillers, I am just letting you know what saved my aunt from cancer and kept our family cancer free these last 25 years.

    I drink Berkey filtered water 98% of the time. Rare sodas, never diet or artificial. I just got tired of having the granules and tastes of Chlorine from city water, 4-5 yrs. ago. 😊

    • @appletile2887
      @appletile2887 Год назад

      Filtered water is not the same as distilled water. A distiller removes everything from the water leaving pure clean water. Filtered water through carbon or sands strips out some organics but not chemical poisons in our water

    • @debbiedavid4392
      @debbiedavid4392 Год назад +1

      I have 4 Filters, they actually remove chlorine, Fluoride, arsenic among other things and it’s purified water, with a pleasing taste.

    • @appletile2887
      @appletile2887 Год назад +2

      I just pointed out that filtered water is not pure water (like distilled). Filtered water does not take out medications that people excrete, or the thousands of chemicals that industry dumps into our water systems. That was the only point I was trying to make. The only analogy I can give you would be like a person smoking a cigarette with a filter tip as opposed to an unfiltered cigarette. Both cigarettes are bad on your lungs.
      Water feeds every cell in your body and brain. Where I live, the city is supposed to have a high end city filtration system. I live in a multistory condo. You would think that gravity would help filter the water. From the tap, I filter it with a simple Brita before I pour that water into the distiller. I have to clean out the gunk after every time I use it.
      A good hint to save money on how to clean the inside of a water distiller is use pure white vinegar, let it sit for about six hours and it cleans the inside like the day you bought your distiller.

    Really informative. Thank you. I am going to take your advice about only sipping water while eating. I have celiac and it takes very little to set me off so preserving those enzymes makes a lot of sense. Regarding electrolytes, in my case a drink containing a little potassium can mean the difference between feeling drained or energetic most afternoons. I also believe a lot of people are afraid of sodium to where they get too little. We also need more hydration in hotter climates and when we’re doing something strenuous. Sedentary folks may need less fluids. My son sweats profusely when exercising but I don’t (anhidrosis). So eight glasses a day is a guideline, not set in stone.

Specifically using electrolytes in your water, and not drinking while eating were the two points that I found most useful here. I was aware that the rule of thumb for 8oz 8 times a day is not necessary universally applicable. Dr. Andrew Huberman has a video with a formula for individuals to more accurately guesstimate how much to drink each day, and when to drink (which were not covered here).

      But wasn't fluoride added to water because people were getting dental and bone illnesses from fluoride deficiency in the past when it wasn't in the water? (I think the medical condition is called Fluorosis.) Fluoride in the water seems to have solved that issue. I mean, I've been drinking faucet water my whole life and I'm just as healthy as 32 as I was at 18. If not healthier. Ive only lost one tooth in the back of my mouth and I've never had weak bones.

    • @TheresaGraf
      @TheresaGraf Год назад +13

      @@avaliausd. Natural fluoride can help the teeth, but even too much of it can causes fluorosis. The fluoride in our water is much worse, a byproduct of aluminum production. It is a neurotoxin and that is a well known fact. Fluoride causes brittle bones AND it can cause people to become docile. Have you ever seen what fluoride will do to a concrete road if spilled? Go look it up and then tell me it HELPS anyone.

    Well, I definitely agree with all he said, so even if I pour my bottled water contents into another container; metal or glass; the water still came from a plastic bottle. The solution is to filter your own faucet water and add lemon to it. Where can I get the proper drops of magnesium and potassium to put in my water?

    • @susieque5030
      @susieque5030 Год назад

      Many municipalities add fluoride to the water and filtration doesn’t filter that out of tap water. Fluoride is a heavy metal and damages your kidneys. It seems polycarbonate bottles are safer than plastic. I buy artesian well water I used to be able to get it in 5 gallon glass bottles cannot find it any more so I get 5 gallon polycarbonate bottles. The state I live in has been poisoning the water since 1948 with fluoride. I have kidney disease so I must drink fluoride free water.

    Very informative in some aspects, looks like water quality from the tap is very different in the US than in most of western Europe. In Ireland you can check the water quality from your tap directly online.
    Also plastic bottles in Europe are made of PET, which does not technically contain BPA. They do however have an ultra low level of antimony.
    There are reports that PET could cause some endocrinien issues, especially when the bottles are being reused and / or left in a warm environment. So the advice from this channel still stands. Limit your water intake from plastic bottles. It’s better for you and the environment :)

    Where I live, the state of Idaho in the US, we have terrible hard water issues, fluoride put in the water, and there are times we get boil orders from contamination from E. Coli or something like that. Nearly every time I turn on my faucet I let the water run to push the stagnant water sitting in the lines out before cooking with it or filling my Brita pitcher with it, almost every time I can literally smell the chlorine in it.. like swimming pool strength! Its terrible, I don't even give my pets that water.. they get filtered water from my Brita pitcher. I'm not trying to sell Brita products, nor am I affiliated with the company that manufactures any Brita products.. I'm just saying that's what I've been using for many years. Some areas in my town have very old houses, that have not been updated in some ways since they were built. One house I lived in as a kid had cast iron pipes that our water came through! Even with newer pipes where I live now, it tastes terrible and I often have to remove the little screen on the sink faucets to empty the little pebbles & debris & clean the hard water off so the water can flow through! The hard water is bad enough to ruin coffee pots, shower heads and bigger, more expensive appliances too! Some treat their water with a water softener system to help prevent the hard water issues.. but that's very expensive! A friend of mine uses Shungite in her homes water treatment system. Shungite is a natural stone that has been used to filter water dating back by centuries. That's probably incredibly expensive as well, too! Hard water is terrible on hair, skin & nails..the whole body! Thankfully you can buy shower heads and glass water bottles with Shungite and other gem stones to filter the water out & there are filtration systems you can use on your kitchen faucets, that screw on and you replace the filter as needed. So Brita, Pür, Zero water, etc. and you can switch some back & forth from filtered to unfiltered to save on filter, so you're not using the filtered water for cleaning, dishes and so on . Idaho has pretty decent water in comparison to other parts of the country, and I'm thankful for that! But it definitely has its issues, too. One doctor I follow on here said you can buy distilled water to drink and add a pinch of salt to it, but I'd do research on the company to make sure they aren't selling just bottled tap water! Or buy your own distiller system, if you can. You can purchase test strips to test any water, or find a place in your local area that will test it .. some may do it for free!

    My Mum is 90yrs old and has never drank water by itself. She always says "I don't like the taste of it" 😞 However being British she has always drank 5/6 cups of tea a day. She feels good for her age so I don't know if all this water drinking is really necessary 🤔

    That is one thing that concerns me because I do drink a lot of water bottled water at that, that the plastic bottles that we drink out of came from an injection molding machine to mold the plastic and they cannot clean the inside of the bottles before they put the water in the bottle it just tells me that there is plastic in bottled water because they cannot clean them thoroughly enough.

      heat including from sunlight can dissolve some of the elements in the plastic which is not healthy in your body. Keep plastic water bottles and food containers away from heat and direct sunlight.

    Like most videos that present themselves as tips, I have not heard of what tips to do but rather what not to do. How do we get electrolytes when drinking tap water and how do we determine how much water should we drink. If not plastic bottles then which are the recommended bottles. As much as the topic is interesting I found it to lack the advice on what to do. Thank you

      We should never drink tap water nor should we use it for cooking,it completely contaminated with every kind of poison and heavy metal you can find. I bought a pitcher with a filter in it to filter out the bad Stuff and a free water tester came with it. The name of the company is ZERO. IT WAS JUST $20 AND THE FILTER WILL WORK FOR MONTHS. WHEN THE FILTER STARTS GIVING READINGS OF HIGH NUMBERS ON TESTED WATER IT'S TIME TO BUY A NEW FILTER. I LOVE IT. I HAVE BOUGHT MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE ONES BUT CAN'T AFFORD THEM NOW. AND I NEVER HAD A TESTER WITH THEM. THE ZERO COMPANY SHOWS A VIDEO OF THE DIFFERENT WATERS OUT THERE MOST POPULAR ONES AND YOU WILL BE SURPRISED WHEN THEY SHOW YOU THE RESULTS FROM THEM TESTING THE WATER! MOST COMPANIES ARE LYING TO US AND THE ONES WE THINK ARE THE BEST ARE THE WORST. IF YOU WANT TO ADD THE BEST MINERALS TO YOUR WATER THE BEST IS HIMALAYAN SALT! IT HAS OVER 84 MINERALS VITAMIN NATURAL INGREDIENTS IN THE SALT THAT YOU SHOULD BE USING EVERY DAY EVEN IN COOKING AND SALTING FOOD AT THE TABLE. I THREW AWAY THE WHITE SALT I'VE USED FOREVER BECAUSE THE WAY THEY PROCESS IT IS BASICALLY POISON TO OUR BODIES! HOPE THIS HELPS SOME OF YOU.

      Butterfly you would be well taken care of if you use Himalayan salt in your everyday life in everything. Put a pinch of it in the water you drink for electrolytes and use it to cook with and salt food at the table.

      Boiling the water will get rid of most pollutants, yes! If you could actually go a step further and distill it from the steam it would be ideal! Reverse osmosis works very well, too. Just remember if you do buy a filter to get one that filters fluoride.
