Sushi Satake is not in Tsukiji per se, but it's only 10 minute walk away and I love his omakase! ruclips.net/video/P5e3M1xvR74/видео.html

Average shop with good location and good selection of uni. Do the sashimi uni only and runaway quickly. GOT IT. Good review.
