Japan is my kind of place. Anxious or uncomfortable talking to people you don't know/talking in public in general/self-conscious? Ta-da, magic ramen window where you don't have to say a single dang thing to anyone at all and can just eat in peace and even make complaints about the noise without saying a word. XD I absolutely love this idea and wish it were implemented around the US because I would give so many souls for a magic ramen window near me.

If you don’t speak Japanese you might have to use Google Translate a lot because it is difficult sometimes. But don’t worry Japanese people will do their best to help you or understand you! Also there are plenty of places with English menu in their systems or physical menu as well! So don’t think twice coming to Japan!

I so want to try that restaurant out when I go to Tokyo for the first time. My choice would be this on the list Dashi: Light Richness: Rich Garlic: Drop or Light Green Onion: Green Onion Chashu: With Original Spicy Red Sauce: None or Mild (I don't do well with super spiciness) Noodle Texture: Firm or Medium
I've seen a lot of Ichiran video's and I always wonder why they don't have the option of re-heating your soup. I've noticed that many people order extra rice or noodles etc which they put into their broth after eating the noodles and most of the soup. But it seems to me that by that time the soup has cooled down a lot. I've seen video's of ramen restaurants where you can get a hot stone to re-heat your broth. Doesn't any Ichiran have this option?
That would be actually great to have in Ichiran! Yea but sadly they don’t implement that in many places, they want you to eat quickly and leave usually.

I rly like watching ramen videos but this one was hard to watch. The amount of time spent playing with the food creates frustration rather than enjoyment. In the 9 minute pause after the ramen is served and before "Part 2" the noodles have changed their texture. Why order medium to get soft? Order soft and eat it right away rather than playing with the food.
The wooden blocks are awesome, I wish more restaurant would have this. You are right, as an introvert I love this!

My tonkostu broth sucks cant get that color its more dark even tho i followed all the steps correctly but maybe i use to much meat instead of bones.
