    The people who gave low reviews are definitely some people who have money and wanted to try some luxury sushi like this when they don't actually enjoy or appreciate sushi because besides this looking soooooooo yummy its definitely a result of years of hard work by the chefs and that's what makes way more special!! Thank you for the video, I truly enjoyed this.

      They all spoke good enough English, we did not have any problem communicating. Service was pretty nice, if we had any questions about the food that was served they answered it. It was about 1:30-2hr dinner we all got to speak to people sitting next to us for little bit. After all there were only about 10 of us at the max at the bar. Over all very warm pleasant experience :) Hope you have a good time 🙏🏼❤️

      @@hopescape6697... You mentioned the "Daiwa sushi" in Tokyo fish market. It seems to be the "Toyosu" market recently opened NEW fish market in Tokyo. I don't mind its quality or even the prices at all, but the ATMOSPHERE at Toyosu is different from the old Tsukiji fish market in Tokyo. Toyosu looks like just a supermarket. If you haven't been to Tsukiji, try to visit. Trully speaking, now only a small part of it remains - it was moved from the city center to Toyosu island. But it's still worth visiting.

      С началом СВО цены на рыбу в Японии существенно поднялись. Многие виды исчезли вообще.
      Автор - женский голос за камерой - всё время повторяет, "Нам надо на Хоккайдо!". Но и морской ёж, и краб, и икра, и гребешок, и многое другое, что так популярно в сусичных в Японии, ловятся в российских водах севернее Хоккайдо. :)) Например, лосося, трубача в этом курсе вообще не подали. Нету потому что...

    • @torjimon
      @torjimon 7 месяцев назад +2

      Поесть всё то же самое можно и в половину цены, и даже дешевле. Но в другом заведении. А тут реально всё подаётся красиво, аутентично. Например, тут тунец (абури-магуро・炙りまぐろ) обжигается не газовой горелкой, как обычно "в общепите", а живым древесным углём с решётки. За это цена возрастает в два-три раза... Ну, и так далее.
