      Agreed. Japan should really be very careful in its immigration policy. So many countries, especially in Europe, have allowed reckless immigration and too much immigration. I think Japan should be especially careful about taking migrants from Islamic Arab countries.

      I think it's because it's less pressure and more enjoyable being a street food chef than being a chef in a big gourmet restaurant. Some of chefs get worn out and have alot of anxiety issues working in a restaurant

    Le gars doit avoir des journées de fou!!! Entre la préparation en amont, l'installation de la boutique, le service puis tout démonter .... respect à lui, mais il est bien récompensé par l'enthousiasme de sa clientèle, les japonais sont des gens fabuleux !!!

      le Chef le dit lui même :
      - il commence a tout préparer dés 09h00 le matin , et durant toute la journée
      - puis il a l'autorisation d'ouvrir à partir de 17h00 ... pour ça qu'on le voit attendre ...
      - et il fini de tout ranger vers les 02h00 du mat' 😅💪
      ---> Donc oui, ça fait des p'tites journées bien remplies ☺
      PS : il suffit d'activer les Sous-titres en lançant la vidéo et PAF , ça fait des choca... 😂...ça fait le Taf 😋
      Même si c'est Super Loin de Tokyo ( +/- 1.000 km ...🙃), ça donne envie de faire la route pour aller manger là-bas, tellement l'ambiance et le Gars Remy à l'air Cool🥰😄

    One thing i noticed in this video and others that they have access to water and electricity for their stalls which cannot be seen in other countries or i might didn't noticed yet but in Japanese stall vidoes it clearly shows that they can get water and electricity easily for their stalls which is unique and respectful in my opinion. Also the way they keeping area clean around their stalls is also amazing.

      @@petricaangold5000 He does. You'll be surprised if you see how both Mandarin Chinese and Japanese are "lenient" with syntax. This is why phrases like "long time no see" (came from Chinese) are Ok in these languages.

    I am hooked on watching these videos….. especially the small business style stalls (Yatai?) and the intimacy it provides…. If this was a thing in the states it would’ve had a reality tv show based around the vendors and the patrons for sure….. so instead of Desp housewives of w/e city it would be Yatai SF, LA,SEA,SD etc…. Season after season lol.
    I’m loving the Japanese culture and we would ruin it by not capturing the real allure of it all though.

      Great idea, something like the Apprentice perhaps. Every week a group of people gets to figure out a concept and prepare a yatai for selling food on Friday and Saturday nights and the one that makes the least amount of money when tallying up on Sunday is fired from the show.
      Over time those who are left will be able to invest more and more into their yatai which then becomes more sophisticated every week.
