    Hi! Francisco!!! Thanks for all your videos it’s very informative and easy to understand!!! I have problem with Kenworth T680 2022 220K miles.X15 Cummins engine. DPF inlet temperature slowly rising reaching 1000F after 45-55minutes. My max temperatures is DOC in 675f, DPF in 1005F DPF out 985F. It feels like 7 injector not operating correctly but this engine doesn’t have one. Problems start after my driver Idle it for 295 hours in six weeks and add Antigel when temperature was -10F outside. This engine relatively new and it’s very hard to find information what exactly logic is used to increase temperature during regen. It would help a lot of people if you can shoot a video with healthy engine during regen so we have reference how should torque, boost, temperatures, pressures, voltages, throttles normal acting and what to look for if you have bad sensors or excessive soot buildup on EGR valve/ Trottle or clogged injectors.
    In my situation Kenworth call for new DOC, I tried to remove it and bake with DPFs and looks like problem still there. Kenworth price for new DOC $7800 and it’s very expensive and I want to double check I really need it because 220K sounds like it’s too early for that. Thank you very much!!!

    How long does an isx12 transfer pump run once the engine is running? Does it still pump fuel to the gear pump when running?

    Que tal Francisco, tengo una pregunta tengo un Peterbilt 587 2012,cuando lo voy a calentar tiara aceite y se ve que es a la altura del carter (gasket) eso es después que lo prendo unos 15 o 20 minutos después de este tiempo para el goteo…sabes de que se trata?muchas gracias

    Wow, im buying a 2020 peterbilt 579 with an x15 cummins, 451,000 miles, tomorrow.
    What should i do about this? Open the front and redo the seal just to inspect the crankshaft bearings? This video has me worried about my new purchase. Im taking possession of the truck tomorrow.

      Have a mechanic inspect it after it leaves the dealership
