    ok how many times during the day should we drink hot water? i read that drinking it right when we wake up, on an empty stomach,is great, and drinking it before going to sleep for the night/day helps us fall asleep faster. which other times during the day should we drink it, and how long until we can drink/eat something cold after having the cup of hot water?????
    How about these questions.... Should it be very hot, like from a tea kettle? should we sip it? should there be steam rising from it?
