    Chicken Seasoning
    -1.1 lb (500g) chicken breast
    -1 tsp onion powder
    -1 tsp garlic powder
    -½ tsp salt
    -½ tsp pepper
    Chicken Coating
    -1.5 cups (42g) cornflakes
    -1 tsp onion powder
    -1 tsp garlic powder
    -1 tsp paprika
    -1 egg
    -olive oil cooking spray (or avocado cooking spray)
    Garlic Mayo Sauce
    -1/4 cup (65g) light mayonnaise
    -1/4 cup (65g) plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
    -1 tsp crushed garlic
    -2 tsp lemon juice
    -½ tsp Dijon mustard
    -1/4 tsp salt
    -⅛ tsp black pepper
    Assembly
    -4 low-carb wraps
    -shredded iceberg lettuce
    -8 tbsp garlic mayo sauce (2tbsp per wrap)
    🍗 Preheat oven/air fryer (400 F/200 C or 350 F/180 C).
    🔪 Cut chicken into fillets, season.
    🥚 Dip in egg, then coat in crushed cornflakes & spices, light coating of cooking spray.
    ♨️ Bake/air fry until crispy and cooked through (18-20/12-15 mins).
    🥣 Whip up the garlic mayo, add all ingredients to a bowl and stir.
    🥬 Assemble low-carb wraps with lettuce, chicken, and sauce 🌯

    -Use gluten-free cornflakes or swap cornflakes with gluten-free breadcrumbs or crushed gluten-free crackers.
