Sorry to hear that. I’m not that familiar with the RX8 ECU’s but it sounds like a previous tuner may have locked you out. That’s certainly possible on other vehicles, although I don’t know for certain here.

I went to their website and it didnt seem free.. where did you get the software?
I get a security access denied error when trying to control any of these PIDs
