Hughie: "Now this is a story all about how my life got flipped upside down! I'd like to take a minute, just sit right there! I'll tell you how I became apart of the Boys of Bel Air!"

0:45 something about the lion pride seems very fitting for this scene. it foreshadows the brutality and camaraderie that comes with being one of the boys, much like in real life
The hardest part about filming thes scene was getting Karl Urban to remove his Dredd helmet that he showed up wearing on set, legend has it that it took five men to restrain him long enough for the director to take it off Karl.

when the scene of butcher and hughie walking starts playing the soundtrack reminds a bit of the one in the matrix when neo and morpheus are walking and he is introducing him to the dangers of the matrix.
That first interaction reminds me of when Mr Robot introduces himself to Elliot Alderson in Mr Robot. Right in the metro, "exciting times in the world right now". And then, in the first season finale, more obvious: he and elliot have an intense conversation in the grand square with mr robot talking about society and politics, looking at the big screens. "Real? Is any of this real?"
