Allow me to give you some advice friend: anybody younger than 30 that claims they have life figured out or has all the answers is somebody you should be extremely skeptical of. I’m a 31 year old physician, engaged to my dream girl, living a happy life. My RUclips mentors included Rollo Tomassi and Psychacks. Hamza is literally one of the last people I would want my future son to take advice from because I know he hasn’t truly gone and completed through his own journey yet. Frankly, I wouldn’t take advice from anyone under 30. Especially if their only claim to fame is RUclips. At least take advice from someone who has achieved mastery in something else like Andrew Tate has in kick boxing

Agree, other than the Tate part. I say don’t take advice from any of these gurus, cult leaders, whatever name they like these days. I’ve watched a ton, they’re all the same salesmen in different suits, that’s all.
Also, Hamza is a complete degenerate. His views on women, and his recent breakup and naivité are enough for me to have nothing but pure disrespect for him. He is the opposite of a man. He is soft. He needs validation. He needs “cookies” to feel like a winner in life. He hasn’t understood that there are really only so many cookies you need in life and the rest is just extra calories you don’t need. He is a ripped guy with the mentality of an obese fat addict. His addiction is more acceptable by society, that does not make him any better. His soul is a fat, lazy, feminine, disgusting man - he is exactly what he hates.

    - Making my environment better and more optimized for success by removing the extra shit in my environment
    - Properly writing and understanding my current goals. I’ve been fucking myself up too much on whether I wanna focus on school or on scaling the business.
    - Properly understanding the priority of my life on a whole, rn it’s fitness, but I should retrospect further and make sure I’m right

There will be a handful of guys who read this comment, who will notice a higher voice within telling them that this video is full of “half truths.”
What I’d say to you is: consume the meat and spit out the bones.
The parts of this video that are trying to “motivate you” from fear, lack, and from a place of feeling small/unworthy only work for a time… but then you are still left with the wounds that your heart is whispering for you to look at, and sit with. This is the feminine part of you that many men ignore, because “you shouldn’t be a little b*tch” narratives you’ve been told your whole life.
Wealth, success, etc isn’t bad and can be enjoyed, but it will not be the thing that fulfills you. I promise.
You are so much more than your external accomplishments in this life. Meditation can be a tool for finding these truths if you go into it with the ears to listen.
Go within. External success is just the icing on the cake, not the cake itself.
    Much love.

This one made me tear up . I had severe asthma (still do) which didn’t let me sprint for even 5 seconds. I was fat, miserable, weak, had no friends, my family didn’t expected anything of me and yet that was the time I worked the hardest. Years past that stage I lost weight and am going to the gym consistently and actually seeing some progress, studied hard and cracked NEET with an amazing rank of 5k out of 2.2 million students and pursuing medicine , learnt guitar so well my teacher said I was better than him in the first couple of years but now I just procrastinate a lot…… I used to dream of having a chiseled physique despite having severe asthma and now that my ailment is not that severe, I’m somehow working less…….. I want to show the world my musical skills but I’m afraid of recording often…… any time that I play my guitar there isn’t a single person that is not moved by it but I am now lacking confidence or just BRAIN POINTS to push myself . It feels like I’m just swaying in my daily life.. not excelling at academics anymore, not staying true to my diet, not working hard on my dreams, not having any social relations and just….. procrastinating, binge watching RUclips and scrolling Instagram in the name of “breaks” between practice sessions. This is the time to change all of that. We all WILL make it 🔱

Hamza brother, I am on the same journey. Here's a couple lessons I have come to realise about Entrepreneurship, that might help you: 1) Each additional skill compounds your value, each refinement of that skill multiplies it 2) Engineering is the ultimate leverage 3) Entrepreneurship at its core is simply about solving problems 4) The greatest entrepreneurs are the ones that dared to think big, and bold 5) [You do this well] If you want to impact the world, then have good ideas, articulate them well, without ulterior motive, and bring them into reality. 6) Network does matter. Great work requires teams. Hence, the size of your network of talented people often becomes a constraint. 7) External motives only get you so far. 8) Compounding exponentials are magic. In particular, you really want to build a business that gets a compounding advantage with scale. 9) A lot of the silicon-valley, first-principle style advice is actually great advice. This comes as no surprise as silicon valley has the highest density of great entrepreneurs.

This is true, the brain point thing is real, i used to wake up early at 4am to study, but i would first spend like 10 minutes on Facebook, then study till 06:am, i have realised that sometimes i can't be that productive, after watching this video first thing when i wake up i open my books and then study. I become so damm productive 🔥✍🏽, it is real.

The whole brain point system made me realize why i can't work hard enough to retire my family etc. I have ADHD and through the day (sometimes very early) i lose A LOT of brain points on unnecessary thoughts and anxieties. I have quite an abusive family, who doesn't really help me with getting medication, but I'll figure it all out soon enough. Maybe after that, my productivity will finally go up, because my brain is less distracted.

one thing i know about people with adhd is that they have very below average focus on things that dont interest them but they have superhuman focus on something that they are passionate about. thats how many youtubers became sucessful even with their adhd, like markiplier. i think you should try to find something you are passionate about that you can also earn wealth from, and turn your curse into a blessing. i wish you luck on your journey my brother 💪

I like the idea of simplicity but I also learned that living in a small town can degenerate your social skill and growth. I believe a simple life mode can be taken anywhere including a big city. I can choose what to "subtract" and still sacrifice greatly for things that will have long-term value. I love this video. Thank you Hamza.

I already found the woman of my dreams. It’s not because of her beauty. She’s beautiful but she’s not the model really rich men go for. But her support and love is so powerful I can use it as fuel to power myself through hard work to make a better life for us and our future kids. I’ll do my best to keep her and maintain my goals. Yes she is going to take effort to maintain. But that doesn’t mean she deserves to be cut off. I wouldn’t live with myself if I did that. So I won’t. Otherwise all the other advice I greatly agree with. I haven’t watched TikTok for months completely uninstalled it and cut it out. Watched a video from hamza called “men are still on no fap” and that changed my outlook on that too. I’ve greatly decreased the number of times I let my urge get control of me. I’m 18. Slowly but surely making steps towards becoming the successful man I want to be.
    Thank you Hamza.
Only thing I disagree with is cutting of the girl I’m ready to make nikkah(to marry) to.
Neither of us have bodies and you grew up in haram UK so obviously it’s different.

The things I could do at the moment to win are:
    -Give up instant pleasures:
-Do not give too much energy in non-valuable social scenarios (Keep looking at my dms, trying too much to look/be cool )
-Dedicate more time to study and read.
    -Meditate twice a day.
-Stop checking my phone every 10 minutes.
-Lower my screen time on social media ( Become a creator, not a consumer)
-Stop comparing myself to the losers in my class.
Please Like this comment and I will come to add more things

To answer Hamza's question, actually, the question I also have lately. I would admit that sometimes I got distracted by checking people's lives on IG, worrying about some stupid things like what I will eat and wear. Eventually, all of these are not important, it just wastes my energy that I should spend doing the better thing. So, I will eliminate the bullshits one by one, clean my brain to fully focus on my goal.

I have been a subscriber since 2020 and i have watched your character development get better and better and you would oftenly talk about competetion in men in your videos and how they would overtake you and take away the things that you desire in life. I never really gave it much thought back then but as a 20 year old i now fully understand the true meaning of competetion among men on self improvement and the hustle and this really scares me maybe my age had me thinking at the bottom of the iceberg.
