    1. Cut out carbs (bread, rice, vegetables etc.), replace them with fruits, eat meat, eggs, cheese, nuts
    2. Have a purpose
    3. Poor attention span: cut short form content and hyperstimulation content; meditate; make your work the most stimulating thing in your life
    4. Cut distractions, such as notifications
    5. Don't have a chaotic life in general, don't engage in empty content, news, etc

Another important habit to keep in mind when trying to fix your focus is fixing your sleep. If you sleep 12 hours every day you may think that since you get a lot of sleep your sleep doesn't have any problem but there isore to that. A few days ago, I had taken a surgery in the teeth and because of the extreme pain I could not sleep at night which messed up my sleeping schedule and I can notice the amount of brain fog that I had, even though I was sleeping for 10-12 hours, so make sure to sleep at the same time every day, and wake up at about the same time every day. If you want to wake up at the same time, do not make the mistake of waking up by using an alarm (unless you can not avoid it because of having to wake up to go to school or work). That way you will get less sleep and the alarm is going to disturb your sleep which is bad, especially if you wake up while you are taking a deep sleep (yes there is such thing as a deep sleep. If you are interestedto know more about that then search about it!). So if you do not wake up at the exact minute every day that is not a problem, just try to not wake up layer or earlier, than an hour or an hour and a half! Also, sleeping at night is important. If you sleep during the day and you are awake the night then body is not going to be able to produce the right hormones for you because nature designed your body in a way to need to sleep at night and if you go against that then you will experience brain fog even if you are doing everything else correctly. If you have implemented my advice and Hamza's but you are still suffering from brain fog, there is a good chance that you need to take pills so go and talk about that with your personal doctor.

All of these are the same concepts in islam. Masturbation and porn are forbidden. we have to meditate 5 times a day (prayers). and we have to pursue the path of becoming better men in all aspects. I've heard that you're agnostic and from Muslim origins and since you've been helping all of us i feel obliged to do the same for you. Greeting from Germany. I've been on a low carb diet for a long time and daily gym routine forever and only consume long content like this. Still barely able to concentrate in my programmer job because it feels just totally meaningless, like I'm selling my work hours to produce something I don't care about at all. The 2.6k a month that I get from it is still more than I ever could have hoped for, it's like 3x of my monthly expenses.
So I just try to do anything while being almost bored to death on most days, but I could't just turn down this pay. I tried my own online businesses before but it mostly caused huge debt from copyright claims and stress from uncertainty about the future, so I don't know if it's still the right path to pursue. I surely can't do this office job forever, but for now I'm just trying to maintain. Never thought that such a large amount of money after many years of studying would bring so little happyness. The time I spend in the gym is still the highlight of every day, same as when I was broke. I wonder if I have to try harder or just take things away that are blocking my progress.

I think that some people do better on higher carbs and lower fats or higher fats and lower carbs. For me, my energy and ability to focus increases after I have high carb, low fat, high protein meal. In my opinion, this comes from experimentong with what works with you 🥰

I'm in agreement with all that's said. To clarify gentlemen, when he said "content" isn't part of business, he's referring to someone who doesn't consume strategically for education and then produce content. He's referring to just mindless consumption of content.

I found the videos where you screamed at us telling us how much we suck so helpful, in vegas talking about how you're productive 24 hours a day, that might not be true for most of the year, but I think highlighting these moments is much more helpful than highlighting the low points In your life, eg. "I improved a lot since then, I still mess up every few weeks and end up scrolling Instagram reels, and sometimes I relapse and do some degenerate stuff, and every few weeks I cheat on my diet" .
like goerge janko said; "if there is a dog in dark and a dog in light, which one survives?"
    "the dog in the light?"
"the dog that you feed", honestly just a quick note you know more hamza but I found you screaming at us much more helpful

    A Question to Hamza (sir):
SIr, You mentioned that you love the work you do. You also mentioned people choose some sh*ty business model and cant focus on it. So neither their business work nor money comes.
so i am curious how did you found out your this work that you love, you also have some other business as well. So how a person can find a thing that is important to him (in your words).
People tends to try the every shiny things or the things that gives pleasurer. People say do the work that you like. But i am like, what do i like? i dont know anything about any work.
so in this confusion how you manage to find the important task, and how other people can find it.
as you always suggest to try this youtube as work but is there chance that some people wont find it important.
    that's it.
Please try to give the answer even if its against me. What i am seeking is the answer so i stop living like zombie, try every other thing and quit in the starting.
there would be many people as me out here, we need your knowledge and wisdom words sir.

I thought I had really terrible focus and discipline (which I never used to) and spent months trying every trick to improve. Then I started taking methylene blue (helps your metabolism by improving how your mitochondria make energy if they're damaged: don't take it if you're healthy) and all of a sudden the focus and discipline came flooding back. Take care of your health guys. I let mine go a little, and then covid knocked me down hard because I was already vulnerable. It starts with eating right. Get lots of vitamins and minerals and protein. Carbs vs Fat is a real thing, but it's secondary to nutrition. (Thing is, sugary garbage doesn't have many vitamins and minerals, but fatty meat does)

In my opinion you should still take the subtitles off, beacuse something big changing on the screen during the entire video feels a bit too stimulating to me and I think in future videos it would be easier to focus without them.

Hey Hamza, great vid, as always. However, I have advice for you and your videomaker: I think that it would be better if you inserted the subtitles directly on RUclips, so that we can hide them. I have difficulty to stay focused on you without been captured by the subtitles, I feel like I have ADHD 😅

Hey Hamza! I really really appreciate your videos and what you do. With all my honesty I truly believe you are an exception of the self-improvement genre. It feels like Im speaking and listening to an older brother. I am genuinely happy in life and I try my best to spread around positivity. I have a simple question though. Does being a "silly" and a "funny" guy make me less of a man. I know this does not make much sense however I feel like most people would point it out as an feminine trait. From the outside I look like the "perfect guy" in terms of personality. They don't factor in other things like that I workout and do other hobbies simply because I am funny and nice. I am in the teenage years so people around me think that only those quiet, masculine men workout and I start to wonder if these actually makes me look less of a man. I won't change though since I practically had an identity crisis personalty wise, and it feels like I've found my true self.
    TLDR:
Does being the energetic, funny, silly guy make me look more feminine to the public eye since it overshadows my other ongoing goals and things I do?
Thank you for reading even if you're just scrolling by and replies are very much appreciated!

Absolutely not. The point of self improvement is to highlight and strengthen your best aspects, not overthink and nit-pick your personality to death. We should be ourselves and live our truth as we self improve

It does not make you appear feminine but if you do it to an extent you will appear as a clown and trust me nobody stays around a clown for his character. Also it can show lack of seriousness which is a basic masculine trait. Balance is key, humor is fantastic if done correctly and at the right time.
