    I'm reading a book the habit of staying focused, clearing brain fog right now called Deep Work. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has trouble doing one task completely interrupted for long periods of time. Even something like getting a snack or a drink of water, checking the time, whatever. (probably a summary & review on my channel soon if you want to check it out

    For his 24-hour fast challenge, honestly, if you can't do this or never have, just do it. I did a 48-hour water only fast a few weeks ago. The hunger hormone called ghrelin makes you feel hungry but once you let that wave wash over you, you are no more or less hungry than you would have been if you had eaten. Just do it. So many health benefits come from this.

    For first 50k, 10k, first driven success - work is almost entirely on you, so you need to stay sharp.
    Clear brain fog by:
    - Eat far far less carbs (also great for getting body to utilise fats around body and stored carbs in liver; reduce fat)
    - Eat little/no sugars
    - Do some basic meditation, aim for 8 minutes.
    - Get up early; sleep well.
    Mental clarity to solve problems as best as you fcking can and actually perform at top quality is critical. I’d add:
    - Heart-pumping exercise; get freshly oxygenated blood to brain, helps neurons connect, maintains and greatly multiplies/enhances brain cognition, brain power, and intelligence. Stay fresh.
    And
    - learn by Reading and learn by doing.
    Create a regimen and fcking stick with it.

    And I wake up at 05:00. This is where my day begins But from 10am or sometimes in the afternoon then I start to feel sleepy while I am in class.
    How do you stay awake?
    I tried coffee but it doesn't work, I go to bed at 10 p.m.

    A man who truly has inner stillness, peace, and higher a purpose does not see the world like this.
    A higher part of you probably knows this deep down. You are taking advice from an 26 year old with loads of unhealed trauma who only sees the world through a lens of lack, ego, and separation.
    All of the money in the world is not worth that kind of paradigm.
    Not saying he doesn’t have some valuable advice here and there, but please consume the meat and spit out the bones.
    There’s no point in “gaining the world and losing your soul.” Stay true to who you are.

    Personal advice from a man who's on their self improvement journey : dont rely on hamza for improvement, he is merely an experienced man who is doing this for business, his courses are helpful and all but they aint over the top, just rely on yourself, and take some advice there and there, hamza isnt an asshole, but his job isnt to help you, that job is god's job, follow god and stay true to your purpose and you will achieve your goals soon.

    keep the mind sharp:
    no carbs
    no sugar
    (meat, veg, fruits)
    have a good attention span:
    meditate daily
    education:
    spend 2-3 hours a day learning (videos from mentors, books)
    when youre resting
    sleep:
    sleep and wake up early (4, 5am)
    setting the environment to work compared to in the afternoon etc.
    "the average man has empty balls and a full stomach"
    dont be average.

      It's kind of crazy that we usually want to be with a woman for that very same thing (emptying our ballsack and having a full stomach). But without feminine energy, we have no inspiration. One has to be careful how much sexual energy is expended with women if strength is to be preserved. The superior man expends energy for love not pleasure.

    I just set my schedule to wake up at 5:00 tomorrow. I know I'm going to have to spend less time with my parents because they eat dinner much later. But it is necessary to sacrifice the things that almost no one is willing to do.
    I'm in my second year of studying computer engineering, and it is unacceptable that my parents continue to pay me everything. My business must grow, and for that I have to grind. Simple matemathics.

    For those of you struggling to reach calorie goals while eating real food - READ THIS
    3 Chicken Thighs - 1200 calories, 140g protein
    8oz Steak - 550 calories, 50g protein
    4 Eggs - 300 calories, 25g protein
    1 Potato - 100 calories
    1 banana - 100 calories
    1 spoon of butter - 100 calories
    1 spoon of olive oil - 120 calories
    This helped me immensely with natural energy levels, you can cut your caffeine consumption by HALF.

    I'm 22 years old and in college. I cut out sugar a long time ago and can't remember when was the last time I ate sugar. But I have been consuming carbs because it is what my parents cook. As a result I've had brain fog and have been unable to concentrate on work. I have also been doing other things like my art instead of my work and procrastinating. I am 120 pounds and I have a skinny-fat appearance. I used to be skinnier around 107 pounds. I am 5'6.5". Since June 30 of last year I have never missed a day of meditation or 10 pushups daily. I meditate for a short time. I have also been trying to quit my PMO addiction. I am 6 days free today whereas last year I did it 1-3 times a day around this time. I also want to discover my purpose because I don't know what I want to do or what is my calling. I also don't know how to find my purpose.

      Kudos on the meditation. Meditate on “what’s my purpose” at the beginning and/or at the end of each meditation. Leave enough space for the discovery. It may change with each one or as you get older. I don’t think I quite “found it” yet either… BUT the journey 🏁 has been anything 🎢📈📈📉📚⬆️⬆️⬇️😤📚🔂 but “boring”. And, imo, THAT 👆🏼 process has been pretty bad ass. Keep doing what you’re doing. ☺️
