Hamza! My son is 18. I am 39. He has had a very hard time over the past couple years and he started showing me your videos and telling me this is hat he wanted. You are very wise for you age… well really any age. You have articulated to him in a manner more coherent then I could’ve with the wisdom I was trying to pass to him. He is now a member of the cult. I wanted to give you my thanks. A lot of prayer. A lot of meditating. A lot of restless nights. He is on the right path. He’s not out of the woods yet, but he will be. I wanted to let you know, you had a part in it. Thank you.

I had a female teacher in middle school who was one of my best teachers. When she saw me and some of my friends playfully fighting during recess, instead of trying to stop and punish us; she told this to the gym teacher and signed us up for the wrestling team in our school. She found a professional and healthy way to redirect our masculinity and I am very grateful for what she has dome.

That's great, but contrary to what Hamza is indicating, this is what every pedagogue is trained to do today. I know, because I am one. Another thing I disagree with is that you call this urge to wrestle a _masculine_ urge. What about that is masculine? Little girls enjoy wrestling and testing their growing strength day by day too. Again I know, because I work with kids.

I watched through all of it and one of the many problems I have with it, is that Hazma seems to fundamentally misunderstand what masculinity is, even though he proclaims to be a messenger on this topic and a hyper masculine man himself. I'm 18 right now and I'm just gonna give you my upmost respect for recognizing that every man's peak in testosterone and masculinity potential is around mid to late teens. But there are people who are much older than you who also wish that they started somewhere in their twenties. I see 14 year olds here who have already started and I'm like I wish I started back then too. We all have different journeys and we are all being set up for the moment that we decide to make the change in different ways and stages in our lives. Always be grateful for your position.
Imagine that you're 37 years old and you haven't been on self improvement for the past 10 years and wasted a lot of valuable time. Then you took a time machine and went back in time 10 years to 27 years old, you're younger and a lot more energetic, where you can now decide to live the next 10 years the right way, exactly how you want it. Little do you know that time is now. Let that motivate you King 💪

It’s tough because a lot of men FEEL that they aren’t living how they naturally should be, but they don’t know anything else. Everything in society has become so fluffy and pussified, but it began when we were babies. Realizing that you’ve been living a lie for your entire life is really tough to understand and it flips your whole worldview. Changing this mindset can be slow or it can be fast, but it must change.

I'm on a dopamine detox right now that was recommended by Hamza and I just want to say: "Do the hard work especially when you don't feel like it" should be tour mantra!
Yesterday I did a list of goals I was planning to do today but when the evening came, I realized I was too tired to do workout that I also planned. I wanted to break my rules and play GTA5 instead to 'relax' but then I remembered that I didn't need to _want_ to workout, I just *had* to workout. So I did the workout and it was so productive that I feel even more energized than before it.
Sometimes your mind tries to cheat and tells you that videogames will make you relaxed. However, your brain will work the same way (or even harder) and by breaking your plans, you'll feel even weaker tomorrow. Don't let your bad habits control your life, make yourself proud instead even if you don't feel like it c:

Thank you, Hamza. I am 15 and recently moved to a public high school to seek a better education in the engineering field. I have begun to realize over the past few months how ungrateful my generation is, and not only the men. In my school, you come from either the rich and successful part of town, or what's known as 'the ghetto.' Yet with this diverse background, nearly 80% of the students are all ungrateful, disrespectful, and blatant jerks, no matter how much or how little they come from. I come from more of a successful background and up until recently I hadn't been the most grateful for what I have. I am blessed with two loving parents who both didn't grow up with much; my mom grew up in Iran during the 70's and 80's, and my dad was a local tobacco farmer up until his 20's. They both have worked their asses off to get into college and graduate to make six figures and provide for a family of their own. I have realized how my own two siblings have become lazy bums and won't work for shit. They have become bottom feeders off of me and my parents. Hamza you inspired me. You inspired me to burn off the fat, to build muscle and testosterone, to be a better man; And I thank you for that. I strive to still become a better person and to encourage more young men to focus on themselves, and work to be a better man. Thank you Hamza, and God bless.

It took me a while to start making progress towards becoming more masculine.. but the moment I realised that discipline could be seen as synonymous to masculinity, it changed it all for me.
Discipline is the most important precursor to doing any of the actions that make you more masculine. Without discipline, you'll only do the right things when you feel like doing them.. You'll go to the gym like once a week. You'll work towards your goals for like a day, and then for the next 3 days, you wont.
There's a chance you don't even know what you want to do, you dont even have a goal to strive towards. Even that is because of discipline (or lack of it, to be precise.) Your brain knows that it doesnt matter whether you figure out what you want to do with your life, or not. Either way, you're just going to lie on your bed scrolling through RUclips comments.
But once you're disciplined, you're like that bull just looking around for the red target. As soon as it finds it, it charges towards it. So your brain in strongly incentivised to help you find a goal.
Start valuing Discipline in yourself. Strive, not to never feel like fapping, but to resist that urge every time it comes. Strive, not to wake up every day with motivation, but to have days when you don't feel like doing anything, but you make yourself do them anyway.
There's a reason Hamza's tagline is what it is, because it truly is the most important skill you will develop on this self improvement journey. So "Do The Hard Work, Especially When You Don't Feel Like It."

I remember screaming, absolute pure agony, being pulled apart my giant spiders, and seeing my best friend who had helped me through everything being eaten alive. I spent the entire day yesterday screaming and crying with anxiety. The guilt I felt was excruciating. How could I have done such a thing? How could I have lied to my parents about my drug problem and left them thinking their son was okay? I couldn’t bear not to tell them what happened. Today is day one of self improvement. Im taking back my life no matter how hard its going to be, or how long its going to take. Im going to leave my shitty drug friends behind and spend time with my friends who care about me. It’ll take time, and effort, no doubt about that, but I know I can get there. I will achieve it, no matter what. I have faith in myself,

Real shit, if you wanna get tough then you have to go through a lot of hardship. It's quite literally the only way. I got sober from a crippling opioid addiction when I was 16 and now everything seems easy as fuck compared to that. No fap no problem, dopamine detox without even breaking a sweat, putting in the work for yourself will put everything in perspective. It'll make you realize that the most difficult of tasks can be accomplished with the right mindset. I don't regret shit because now I know almost nothing will ever be more difficult in life than making it through day 3 of un-medicated hydromorphone withdrawals. Everyone has a vice in their life to some degree that will provide a similar effect. I can't believe I have to say this, but don't do what I did because I only was able to quit because I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity. I highly doubt I would be getting that lucky again.

I realized that I am addicted to the 3 things mentioned in the video, I took the "Depression and anxiety self-assessment quiz" and I got 15 for depression and 12 for anxiety. I didn't realize how bad I am until I saw this video and decided to take the quiz, I am going to eliminate the 3 addictions and take the quiz again in 3 weeks. I will update this comment.
Update: Depression 10 and anxiety 3. I am definitely much happier than I was before but I was not able to completely eliminate all 3 addictions. The first thing I did was uninstall instagram but I noticed I started spending a lot more time on youtube and I couldn't quit porn although I try not to make it an everyday thing, the big change I made was signing up for jiu jitsu 5 days a week, this made me not have time to play video games and it definitely helped me a lot with anxiety fighting everyday for 1 hour lol, when I go home after fighting all I want to do is eat and go to sleep early, I have no energy left to do the bad habits.

There is a difference between being a victim to uncomfortable emotion and transcending them by pushing through them and facing them. I see so many people now a days being a victim to discomfort. Push through give yourself permission to feel, but don’t make an identity out of it. Identifying with emotions is one of the biggest traps right now.

You're so right about motivation, our generation has become obsessed with the feeling of "motivation" that's all it is, a feeling. As men, we must learn to act despite how we feel. Learn and master the skill of discipline!
Don't just watch another motivational video for the rush of dopamine and the feeling of motivation it will give you, that will all fade away. Make a promise to yourself men, stay consistent, stay disciplined and follow through with your promise.
Take action, while continuing to learn from your mistakes and consume informative books, videos etc.

Hey Hamza, I'm about the same age as you and I've been watching your videos for about a year now. When I was a kid growing up, my five brothers and I would just play video games and consume art for hours while trying to be the good kids our mom wanted us to be and not be like our "big bad father". As I got older, I realized how much of that narrative was one sided and false. The way I grew up was making me weaker. I had a lot of angst and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. A year and a half ago, I moved out of the united states to Germany during covid lockdown. It was my first time moving out of my home state let alone country. That was a hard time for. My spirit and mind were really tested. I felt like I was in the hyperbolic time chamber. I learned a lot about myself and realized how flawed and weak I was even though I thought I was strong. I had to learn harder discipline and detox dopamine just to keep my mental health from collapsing. Your videos were great to watch during that time. I agree, alot of men in our generation are very weak. It is very concerning. Sometimes I look at some of my brothers (older and younger) and I'm very concerned for them. I'm not sure how to tell them they are walking on the path of weakness. It's a feminine world right now and these are indeed privileged times. I aim to continuing getting stronger to be motivation for them. People around me notice the growth after walking this path. I thank you brother.

This is true. The biggest hindrance for men being productive and regaining their testosterone for a better masculine frame and character, is social media, porn and video games.
Even myself, I struggle with social media addiction and video game addiction. If I'm not on social media. I'm on a video game or working. This makes me less productive then I'd like to be and I hate it. I really need to change and start doing something differently. I've even been exercising less and I hate it. It's time I start doing some self evaluation and work on my masculinity.
I used to be really talented at drawing/sketching. So much so, that I could design skyscapers and stuff like that. Now everytime I draw, my fingers get wonky cause of the constant button mashing on the controller. It's time for me to experience my form of discomfort so there can be progress.

I love that everyone here is improving and striving for more. I believe many young men including my self are lacking self respect. The reason why you don't go to the gym, dont study, dont eat healthy is because you don't care about your self. If you truly have self respect you will have extreme ownership and will realize that your goals are not just goals. They are a matter of survival. Here is a interesting thought, you don't need discipline if you're in survival mode.
This is why I think that:
This weakened I decided to get out of my comfort zone by going on my first solo hike. After I reached the amazing view, I went back and somehow missed the trail where I parked my car. I didn't notice that I missed my trail until an hour in and was on the other side of the mountain. I had no map and didn't save the location of my car. There was no cell signal and my phone was almost dead. In a forest everything looks the same. I turned around and started to retrace my steps. Thankfully, there were other hikers passing by and I asked for direction. They showed me the map and I saw how far I was from my car, it was at least another 2 hours. I was heading back until I came to a T, where the path splits. I had no idea which one was the right path towards the parking lot. At that point I knew I was lost. I was in the middle of the forest having no clue where to go. I didn't care how dumb I looked, I stood at the T until a group of hikers passed by and I asked where the parking lot was. To my relief those hikers were just starting their hike and were coming from the parking lot....
The point is, I would have never experienced this if I didn't go out of my comfort zone. There were so many important lessons to unpack from this. Here are two important lessons that I will remember for life.
    1) Treat your goals as Survival, you are on a journey of life. If you are lost you will do anything to find the right path, else you will die. When your mind is in survival mode, you dont care what others think about you. You are fully focused on finding the correct path (your goal) no mater what.
    2) Men PREPARE. If you are underprepared you will get wrecked by life. You will be unconfident in what you do because you dont prepare. Preparing is studying, practicing, training, ect..
Learning these lessons in real life is that much more valuable. I didnt expect to write a whole story, but here it is.
Go out there and become a Warrior! LETS GO!

I recently pretty badly broke my left humerus, and have since been physically restricted, I can't go to the gym and doing anything with my arms hurts. It could be easy to devolve into fast food and alcohol due to boredom. But so far I've had the discipline to stay healthy while I recover, and hopefully that discipline stays. But to be honest I don't think I'd have that mindset if I never found this movement, so thanks.

Change your depression into anger, anger is not inherently bad, there's a reason that you best progress in the gym or at work was just before you punched your coworker in the face. Anger is that drive and most men cannot handle the amount they're body gives them, so they're labeled with anger issues. Then they're conditioned to remove that anger completely and what's left is a weak male with no individual drive that'll do whatever he's told just because somebody said so. Your anger is not an issue, it is not the problem, your lack of discipline and self control are. Improve your mental health by making your mind stronger, not by crippling the other parts of it.

If we are hearing a lot of this information for the first time, than sure, you have achieved something, you’ve learned new, helpful information, or motivation. But if you’ve been watching his channel for a while now, you’ll notice a lot of this information has already been stated in previous vids, he just articulates it in a different way. I’m realizing now that only a few of his vids that he posts now actually present value to me, which is what he foresaw, he told us to unsub when we believe we have made enough progress in our journeys. Now, I’m only a few months in, so I still have much to learn, but it’s something I’m starting to notice.

"If you are a weak, submissive, feminine man, you will only attract dominating, masculine women..." This seems so simple, but I only discovered this recently. Always a skinny guy, I attracted obese, butch women all the time. Started putting on muscle and have attracted more feminine women.

the student-teacher analogy you made at the beginning really made me realise how feminine most of us have become, i've gotten on self improvement since september and i've had a few encounters with female teachers where i knew i was right and i was ordered but i kept my point since i knew they were wrong and everyone was so surprised like "oh look he isn't just submitting because she said so".

For me it's youtube, I use it way too much, in the past I always used it for curious questions which is fine, but now im doing it just for the sake of wasting time, because I don't have enough discipline to use every second of my day towards my goals, to be truthful it's hard as fuck, but I can still do it, I need to force myself

" The way of the superior man "
    - David Deida
I am again suggesting everyone this book even when Hamza made videos on it because this book is really life changing in terms of :-
    Part - 1 : The man's way ( 15 rules for men )
Part - 2 : Dealing with women ( This part teaches you some characteristics of feminine women and it help you understand them and deal with them)
Part - 3 : Working with polarity energy ( this part will help you to understand the masculine and feminine energy which are the exact opposite similar to the north and South Pole, Yin and Yang )
Part - 4 : What women really wants ( the previous part and this part combined will give you the complete idea about women and what they want)
Part - 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 : Here Part 5 will help you to know your Dark Side, part 6 will show you the feminine attractiveness, what 7 actually shows off some body practices like ejaculation up to the spine and finally part 8 actually gives some ideas about Mens and womens yoga of intimacy.
I think that this content list will encourage you to actually buy that book and read it, this is very important for this generation of men to read this book at least once in their lifebecause now all over "Weak Men "

They send men into deep subject of psychology, pseudo science non sense as if they were going to resolve men sexual misery,
They just making money on men sexual misery . The same way some countries are making money with war by selling their weapons.

i'm sad for my younger self as a woman for dating losers and being fine with it because i didn't know any better. (I never dated older guys) When I hear these deep throughts I come to the realization that I have given the chance for young and unexperienced guys to "train" on me in a way. Young women have no clue about how addicted to either of those three things young guys are...PS) this video is full of insanely good insights. This channel is a goldmine I swear!

Hi Hamza, I wanted to tell you that there are also a lot of weak even younger men out there (Teens) that also have these problems with addictions and not mainly 20 year olds. Thank you for making these videos and please keep making videos for this newer generation that I know will have the same problem. But I think it will be even worse for them, because they have been exposed and brainwashed more than the 20-30 year olds to the modern world. I hope you see this comment

@@Strbashorts Yeah man like we always discuss men being lazy, fat and unmanly with lower testosterone levels than ever. And I understand it, it’s fair enough, but it makes you almost feel like you’ll never be able to be worthy enough for a girl because they are this idea of perfection that’s unattainable. What’s happening to their hormone levels, are they low in oestrogen, do they act “feminine” anymore yano.
Not to belittle them per se - just to give both sides of the picture so us guys can realise that they ain’t all that perfect either.
