    Let's try to clear some things up.
    -Social Media
    Don’t consume mindlessly, if you do then yes, separating yourself from it is good, create that self-control and eliminate that short attention span first.
    That’s the war, defeat Jeffery habits.
    Once you can control yourself and no longer need to scroll mindlessly consuming shit, start creating shit. Build up your page, profile & get a respectable following = status 📈📈📈
    Hope this helps 👍

      Absolutely indeed

    • @cammycool1627
      @cammycool1627 2 года назад

      Well, this is not as easy as this comment would make it look. You can’t just achieve a state of “oh yeah, I have the self-control needed to not mindlessly scroll anymore and just go on there to be productive”.
      As Hamza said, we’re up against technocrats who have studied how our attention works. You can have the self-control of a monk and still slip on there.
      Hamza himself has wasted time on Insta, going on a tangent scrolling mindlessly, even though he had opened the app just to check a message. The app is designed to suck up your soul.
      All things considered, Insta is in and of itself a distraction that needs to be blocked out.

    • @dday675
      @dday675 2 года назад

      @@cammycool1627 Don’t make it sound like it’s impossible bro, yes we all scroll, yes the big tech companies are exploiting our attention, but it’s still up to us to control ourselves. Doing it all day is mindlessly scrolling, but doing it for 5 minutes and having enough self-awareness to know when you gotta put it down and do something else is not,
      it’s literally the first step to being able to do anything, control your mind, if you don’t have enough self-control to the point where you can’t use the brain to tell your hand(because every action/movement we make are controlled by the brain) to stop itself from typing in Pornhub and jacking off every day then you’re doomed! It’s the same case as Instagram, stop your fingers from swiping up and down a screen. If people can do that, then maybe there’s hope to improve on something greater.
      Get control over your own mind please.

    • @cammycool1627
      @cammycool1627 2 года назад

      @@dday675 I see what you’re saying regarding self-control and awareness. And it’s true, you need to be able to say “enough, hands off” with your mind using male aggression and your hands follow the orders.
      But my point was more aiming at the fact that, all things considered, Insta is a distraction that’s not necessary. Something like: Why would you want to be on there for 5 minutes, and those 5 minutes will more likely than not turn into 10, 15 minutes, to then have the awareness, discipline and male aggression to put it down.
      So for me it’s a fundamental discussion: “should we be on social media at all given the way it is designed right now?” And my answer is no. You don’t need it.

Lo que no me gusta son las prioridades que tenéis. Los objetivos primarios son la salud, la fortaleza mental y tener bien claras tus prioridades. A partir de ahí otras cosas importantes son preocuparse por las personas que te importan, dedicarte en serio a un trabajo o a los estudios, tener disciplina para marcarte objetivos personales e ir aprendiendo habilidades.
