Adonis does bring the full package. And holistic self improvement is all about improving in all areas of life. But you must not spread yourself too thin. Trying to achieve so many things at once will mean you are mediocre in all. And I don’t know about you brother, but I’d rather focus my discipline into a few and reap those results. Just a thought. Unlike most losers, I accept the fact that I am a loser and losing is part of life. Even if I stay a loser I will become a soldier of my country's army soon, I know the consequences and how bad it can really get, I do. I know I am not prepared in the slightest for the hell they are going to put me through, I was always the fat annoying kid at school who helped out the group of bullies and so on. I only see my life heading for the worst, and so I made sure to get discipline in the most horrible way possible, joining the Army of my country. It will be hard but in the end it will make me slightly less of a loser than I am now. Life is short and I am not going to enjoy it as the years go by so I might as well die as a soldier that is a loser than a loser who is just a loser and nothing else.

I've recently been able to bench press around 70kg after 6 months of lifting, and I start my new career as a Biomedical Scientist next month (Microbiology department, $30k per year) after I finished my degree with 3.0 GPA (2:1 here in the UK). The job aligns with my interests in science, and it's something I've been spending the past 8 years of my life working towards.
Moreover, I've been developing my hobbies outside my budding career (music production, walks, scouting, kayaking) and have even managed to get therapy to work through my self-esteem issues and distrust of others. Overall, I'm a very different person than who I was at the start of this year.
However, I'm not sure if all my positive life choices so far will gain me any sort of status or impress other people, even if I reach my goal of becoming a Senior Biomedical Scientist by 35 (this will earn me $50k per year). Would I have to ditch this career path and focus simply on making as much money as possible in order to become high-value? Truth be told, I'm feeling exceptionally paranoid that I'm not running the race fast enough, and that others have surpassed me a long time ago- in spite of all the good things I've achieved in a short space of time.

Bro I think you should watch hamzas video “stick or twist: the only philosophy you’ll ever need” from 5:12 - 5:52 he explains that most ppl will stick where they are and be perceived as successful and rich even though their cars are on finance and they’re buying houses on mortgage. The twist is living an extremely minimalist lifestyle, in which hamza explains he moves back with his parents and is now perceived to be a bum, but he knows that he’s sacrificing the life with a load of women and perceived to be a successful person because he knows he can attain more. I recommend you watch the whole video.
You may feel that so many others have passed you but you have to realize the trajectory that your on. You said it not me, you made a bunch of progress in a short amount of time. Imagine you continue to do that, but over a long period of time. One of the biggest concepts he mentions is that sacrifice must be progressively overloaded. Play it by ear. Reach the top of the biomedical food chain and if you feel that you’re starting to become complacent then you can take some risks. At the end of the day tho I’m just a random 17 year old without much life experience, so take it with a grain of salt.

I’m a 16 year old man who, for the first time in his life, has been somewhat succesful with women in my everyday life, and my % of success it’s only increasing with time.
I have to say this: most of the things that apply to dating at an older age do apply on teenage years, including the fact that high quality women are interested in a man with vision and purpose.
I started bodybuilding at 13, and now I have a great body, with full visible abs and a good amount of muscle. I’m definetely the most jacked guy around my age in a facinity most of the times, excluding the gym. Also, I have discovered my purpose and have been working in it constantly every single day since I found it.
That kind of characteritcs really set me apart from 99% of guys around my age, and I have to say that I landed a beautiful girl, who is very mature, ambitious and intelligent, and she has made me want to improve a lot more.
What I’m trying to say is this: Stay on the grind boys. If you haven’t discovered your purpose, discovere it, now. Go to the gym, meditate and read constantly. Stop losing your fucking time in videogames and porn:; there’s hundred of things more exciting and important than losing your time in those activities. If you do all those things, greatness will arrive. Stay strong, folks.

I lost 5 kgs this summer. It didn't make me leaner, but this is some progress that I've made through a hard job and my new found love for basketball. I am still a Jeffrey in the bottom 80% of men, but this is only the beginning. I had a taste of what will come if I don't work hard on myself and I've got a taste of what progress feels like. When the summer ends I will start studying at the uni and there is a gym nearby so I will be making use of that. I had a lot of nights this summer, that are just me watching something inspirational and then realising that I am going to be sleep deprived next day if I want to wake up early. I will be sleep deprived tomorrow and I will run.

To put things into a realistic perspective
    - 5’4 , 140 lbs , working out for 5 years , have a business , +100k , I meditate every day , I pray everyday , I am a public figure (group trainer), I interact with 100s of people a day, I read 60 min a day , I study housing and fitness for at-least 1 hour a day, I take care of my mental health , I have girls sliding into my DMs, I have multiple dates on a weekly basis, i practice charm (playfulness every day), I study fashion now , I groom everyday , haircut every week, etc. And still I see myself as a 5.5 out of 10. Why? Because I don’t want to get comfortable and I know I could strive for so much more. I know that I am above the competition by a good amount, but that doesn’t mean that I slow down on self improvement.

I'm not talking to lots of girls, but right now I'm doing this,, Look most girls in the eyes" thing. I have a dog which I'm taking care of. I'm trying to fap less. Semen retention has nothing to do with women. It's about retaining your life force and not wasting it on porn or fantasies. When you retain your testosterone increases and women will naturally be attracted to you, that's a byproduct. The purpose of semen retention is the personal gains like increased motivation, confidence, and drive.

Learning all sorts of stuff. It changed every few months. Sometimes it making music, playing an instrument, art, math and coding, Lego and speed cubing. I never stopped learning, and as a result i was so talented and proud of myself. I loved being myself. I was so confident and proud. Then puberty hit me, and I became lazy. Now I am 17, fat lazy, full of self hatred. I'm trying to get back that extreme level of self discipline i had as a kid, it's taking time but I'm getting there...

We need to work with a different mindset. Of course having an achieving mindset is necessary, but your goal should be to understand how everything that you encounter in daily life works and functions. To understand how the simplest things you see around you work, to understand how the world works. Economy is a more complex concept, but start with the simplest things that you see around you and try to understand how it works. Develop curiousity. An adult should have much knowledge about how the world works Meditate and workout in the morning, then read the newspaper, study, read books at the end of the day. A chad doesn't just lift weight, a chad is an all rounder, excelling in all fields, in his school or college studies, in exercise and fitness, in philosophy, and having good social skills, being emotionally mature, emotionally and financially independent (we are all dependent on capitalist class financially but having a secure job is necessary, not just for a man but also for a woman.)

I use to run track, lift, and eat pretty well then i got a hip injury from my final race that determined whether i’d make it to states or not and i did but wasn’t able to run the states race because i injured myself during the race and i started smoking weed vaping drinking stopped caring about my appearance and overall well being and it definitely changed the way i feel mentally and the way others treat and react to me but i just got surgery for my hip two days ago and although i have to be pretty sedentary through the healing process i’ve been working on my mental health watching these videos and started taking action that way when i fully recover i’ll be back better because it really all starts with the mind (if u actually read this ik it seems all over the place and that’s because it is and accepting that your life is shit and taking 100% responsibility is definitely the first step to making any kind of change to your life)

what’s this guys credibility? I’m not hating, I’m just curious. Personally, my first thoughts are he is some random dude eating off young guys who are actually struggling with metal health/ self esteem issues. There is no doubt there is value in raising awareness to young people to go out and improve themselves, but planting the idea in every kids head that they need to make well over 6-figures, all have 6 packs, sleep with a new model esque girl every week is extremely counterproductive and unrealistic. I think this guys content could even exacerbate someone’s mental health Issues. If anyone reading this is struggling with depression/anxiety, don’t listen to this tool, find a hobby you like and work to become great at that hobby. Happiness is internal.

Getting a 'hobby' will not u the girl or even financial freedom. That's cope to accept ur reality as a loser. Ur self esteem automatically improves when u accomplish challenging things like getting a great body or making serious money. He's laying out the bare truth that now more than ever it is harder to get a girlfriend for an average man. They can either keep crying about how girls only want top tier men or they can grind to get to that level.

@@addorsubtract650 I see your point but I personally disagree. Getting great at something that makes you happy builds up your confidence holistically, making you better all around because you are genuinely more happy in life. I’m not saying getting ripped isn’t bad lol I try to work out everyday when I have time, but if you start placing too much value on your physical appearance and create a “I can’t have girls if I don’t have a 6 pack” mindset, you will likely develop body dysmorphia, start experimentation with PEDs/Test and even get eating disorders. I’ve seen friends go down that alley and it normally ends horrifically. I think everyone should workout regularly, it’s probably one of the single best habits you can adopt, but you have to want it for the intrinsic benefits in your life rather than what may come extrinsically. If you only lift for women, after you get what you want, you’ll become complacent, get fat again and become more depressed than you ever were. Workout for yourself.

@@novamonkey2727 U don't need PEDs to build a great body. Most guys in the west have the problem of being too fat. 73% of US males are obese/overweight. These are hard facts. How do u expect women to be attracted to these fat fucks? Most guys in the west need to be pushed hard cuz they are too lazy. Saying 'lift for urself' is bullshit because men are driven to achieve things to attract women. It's normal and natural. And they can harness that male energy to improve themselves.

I was 15 years old and 5'9, I have long curly hair, I was probably a 6 or 6.5 back then, I started working out, stretching, drink way more water and I started mewing around when I turned 16 (like 2-3 months ago) and I definitely got better looking, better skin, hair, face shape, jawline, 5'11 I'm still kinda skinny but I gain some muscle and bulk and abs, having a skinny cut build, I'd rate myself a 7.5 and I still wanna improve my face cuz I do have some flaws I really need to work on like my eye bags and skin because that's what I really wanna change right now. (comment what would help me more on skin in general, thank you community for helping me out and Hamza )

Damn I'm only 5'8 at 17 but after some moderate aerobics I noticed I look a bit less chubby and my jawline slowly coming in. I also bought some stuff for skincare and I have less "unsexy" spots on my face. I've had just a tiny taste of what can happen when I put my mind to self-improvement. I've also developed a couple of hobbies that feel more enjoyable than porn (haven't quit tho unfortunately) I just need to take it step by step and I will rise above my slump.

Find flaws in yourself and work on them. If you have problems with motivation work on your discipline. If you have a unattractive body go to the gym. If you have shit grades then work on learning. Etc.
