Mental health is definitely a big part of attracting women. After a few years of self-improvement and even looksmaxing, I achieved the aesthetic body, my face became a lot sharper and more strong, I had the right friends. Yet I still struggled with getting girls, I was too focused on self-doubt to the point I didn't even realize just how far I have come. It takes looks to get the girls attention, I had their attention, but what I lacked was the confidence in myself to believe they wanted to talk to me. I wouldn't talk to them because I thought they would view me how girls viewed me my whole life. Once I recognized they enjoy my presence and recognized just how much more attractive I have become, only then was I able to have all the female attention I could ever ask for. Turns out plenty of girls for a while we're interested in me, I was just too interested in believing they didn't like me that I was completely blind to it. It's insane how much your views of yourself can cripple your chances. If you've been on this journey for a while, don't give up, and don't carry self doubt brothers.

I am in the same situation but without the solution. I feel I am healthy in every other way but somehow I always convince myself when a girl looks at me multiple times that I must look stupid, that I am imagining it because that's what I would want. I dread keeping eyecontact from across the room because I fear my ego would shatter in the realization that I was right all along. To be honest even if I was right would be a relief because at least I would know that I need to put in even more work but I don't know how to stop being a coward

I went from being a 4/10 very skinny guy with a round face (i was mouthbreathing a lot) to being called handsome by BOTH men and women in 2 and a half years. From my experience you should always be thinking about how can you improve your looks and go for it. Personally, i changed my hairstyle, clothing style, went to the gym (recently, like 5 months ago), took care of my skin, started mewing, corrected my posture, learned social skills and became more confident. The journey was hard and insanely stressful, but it's really worth it, to avoid the stress on your looksmaxing journey you should stop comparing yourself to other people on social media, because it will collapse your mental health.

I wouldnt exactly call myself a young man anymore (currently 27) but this video is legit. I was always considered ugly in high school and college, would always be overlooked by girls, always would hear them talk about other guys they liked, rejected by every girl, when i got older never got matches on dating apps, etc. I decided I never wanted to feel that way again, so I looksmaxxed, I hit the gym, got shredded, grew out my hair, developed a rigorous skincare routine, started buying fashionable clothes. Years later after my transformation women actually approached me first constantly on dating apps, I could go on every day of the week and get matches and even propositioned for sex. I'm now in a happy relationship and it gave me no greater joy to curve the women who would either reject me or ignore my existence before.
Keep going bros, we're all gonna make it.

Seems like a waste of time now, but when you're 40 looking like you're 25-30 + in combination with aesthetic physique, good fashion and good grooming, it will pay off.

You won't go from a 4/10 to a 9.5/10 with skincare alone, but good healthy skin that's moisturised properly will be noticeable more attractive than leathery old skin that dry and crusty looking. Simply washing your face properly before and after you wake up is already better than like 40% of people who just lightly splash water.

Hey man now you'll be pulling 3s all day when you had to work at it before. Real talk though, everyone focuses on the dating aspect of looks, but fails to talk about the other social aspects of them. If you look your best, anything you do people will look at in a better light. A fugly guy with good clothes, good body, good haircut, and most importantly a good attitude is at the customer service counter asking for a replacement for his broken product? "No problem we'll get it right for you." A fugly guy in ratty clothes, fat, with greasy unkempt hair, and still a good attitude asks for the same thing. "Creep probably broke the thing himself just to get a new one." Not saying it's right, but people really alter their judgements based on how you take care of yourself, even subconsciously. Of course beautiful people are on average treated nicer, but if a genetically handsome man hasn't taken care of himself, he'll likely be treated worse than the genetically ugly guy who has.

    full looksmaxxing guide
    1. Eye area- most important
minoxidil to thicken eyebrows (preferably oral as it helps with lashes too)
    under eye serum for eyebags
    volufiline for hollow under eyes
glasses or contacts depending on whats looks good (ask women what looks better)
if u have bug eyes save for either upper eyelid fat graft or orbital decompression or an orbital implant
if u really want to coloured contacts
    2. Jaw or lower third
Chew hard gum 1 hour per side per day
chin filler or a genioplasty to fix a recessed or narrow chin chin can make ur break your face, from the front a wide chin can save ur jaw and from the side a strong chin balances out a big nose
clean shave or stubble if you have a good jaw now if not get a goatee or beard but keep it trimmed
this is a prerequisite but be lean as shit, lean enough that u have cheekbones in good lighting and deep cut abs
mouth widening appliances if ur mouth is narrow (a wide mouth is masculine and attractive google the difference it makes)
a stache if u have a long philtrum
lip balm and brush ur lips
teeth whitening and braces (girls dont love nice teeth but they will notice bad or even average teeth and deduct points)
    3. Nose
Debloating, water cycling, less salt, play sports to sweat more (these also make ur cheekbones look better) this makes ur nose look a bit smaller
a rhinoplasty or alarplasty, if ur anti surgery get alar base botox to reduce nose width
    4. Skin
to tan just get a tan obviously and some supplements (idk about this im naturally tanned)
to detan kojic acid soap and u can find many supplement protocols for this on looksmax.org (nothing racist about it stop coping, if being paler looks better on you then thats how it is)
retinol or tretinoin for clearer skin
u can fucking google skincare idk much about it since i’ve naturally had perfect clear skin my whole life
    5. Hair
Find the niche of women you like and can attract (be realistic) and ask them what hairstyles youd look good with
personally i grew my hair dyed it jet black (was naturally black but i wanted darker) and got a lightly wavy perm. Girls i like love this always get told i have perfect hair
Basic hair care, shampoo 2x a week conditioner daily, oil scalp and hair (with hair oil) once a week overnight.
    6. Body
train neck is the minimum, thick neck makes ur voice deeper and significantly increases looks
Train upper body only if ur lazy
train lower too if u want
Big focus on side delts triceps and forearms, girls like wide shoulders, big meaty arms(tricep compromises most of arm mass) and they love thick vascular forearms
Thats like a basic guide, all of this shit took me from a 4/10 albeit with obviously high potential to attractive enough that women ask me if im a catfish on dating apps, tell me they they love me, delete dating apps and hour after we start dming, ask me out irl and ive been dmed on dating apps by girls saying i look like a model

I started mewing lately, and different tongue position affects my looks a lot. Even if I won't have any bone structure changes, doing this makes my face just better. Stronger chin, more visible jaw, and also good nose breathing. It gave me a certain confidence to do other stuff, because seeing a small adjustment change my look so much gives hope.
I don't think that desire to be conventionally attractive is shallow. You can never hear "I wish I was fat and ugly" from someone hot.
Doing some grooming, working out, eating clean, trying to have a well suited wardrobe just makes you feel like you are taking care of someone who deserves to be cared about.

I think attractiveness and looks are probably the most fixed in people's mind when it comes to their mindset. Like maybe 3/10 people believe that they could significantly improve their looks by maybe even half a point out of ten but when it comes to any other topic people are a lot more open and have a growth mindset. I think that fact really keeps some people from becoming very attractive, I've seen a lot of people who have 10/10 genetics and could put in minimal work to look like a 10 but do literally nothing and are 5s and 6s

You can look up why that is, but it's also risky and hard to trim it well with a razor. With a tweezer, it's more accurate and safe. If it hurts picking your eyebrow-hair with it, put some ice on the part where you're gonna trim for like 30 sec, then start picking.

And another thing, if u use axe body spray, old spice or anything similar, throw it in the trash, use anti-perspirant spray for ur armpits and use fragrances daly on ur neck area (3-5 sprays). A man should have at least three fragrances in his collection, daly one, date/clubbing one and formal/masculine one. Daly one i recommend Nautica Voyage bc is cheap but good, for date/clubbing i recommend Stronger with You by Giorgio Armani intensly or regular version (there is multiple versions of this fragrance but these two are the best) or Jean Paul Gaultier Ultra Male and for formal occasions i recommend Aqua di Gio Profumo or Aqua di Gio Profondo. My personal notes:
Work out, but especially the 6 attractive muscles.
    Get a good hair product.
Develop the identity of "my beard hasnt grown in yet, but when I become more masculine, it will." The power of belief here is immensely important.
Find a fashion style that suits you. Wear clothes without creases that fit well. Silver accessories for white guys.
Get a cologne that YOU like the smell of.

I think its really hard these days as to the men that dont think much about mental health and are really positive to themselves in the heads but then to hear comments like mental health and just thinking about being depressed is depressing personally i think the best way to deal with depression is dont think about it and stay positive just know when you are down everything is energy what goes up must come down if you are down one day then happiness is bound to come again just thinking about that will make you happy

Interestingly enough, i recently noticed one thing when i was journaling. I always felt small. Especially compared to others. I am 175cm tall and i weigh around 70kg at most. Despite 175cm being exactly average in my country, i still always was the shortest one in school and in college. I always felt kinda bad on PE classes, where we stand in a line sorted by height, and i always just go straight to the end of the line, while others tried to see who was higher.
And even know i noticed that i feel small compared to others, and not only physically, but mentally as well. I always felt worse about myself than others were saying about me. Pretty much everyone calls me incredibly smart, some of them even say that i am the smartest person they know, especially in the topics that i am enthusiastic about, like tech. And i started doubting that a few years ago. "If i am truly as smart as they say, why i am here at 19 years old living at the parent's house in this misery? Why i am not successful if they say i am smart? Why then i wasn't able to utilize that to bring us out of this shithole? Why there are these prodigies who earn incredible amounts at an incredibly young age, and yet they call ME smart, while i am sitting here wishing to kill myself?"

@@SL-vv3xy From one side, yes, i am too young to draw conclusions about my current life. But from the other side, there already people saying that i am too old to become successful in things like sports. And it's tough not to believe that when you see guys all the way from 15 years old becoming famous in their spheres, setting their whole life up before they even leave their parents
