I agree with this. I think there should be a balance between absence and availability because if the man is gone for far too long the woman might end up feeling depressed from a big lack of attention from her man.

Hello Hamza! I've seen that you posted a video entitled "I have fulfilled my purpose". If that's your decision, so be it. I'm not here to stop you, but to say some kind words. I discovered your channel when I was a geek. I wasn't playing video games then because I had already quit. But I was spending A LOT of time on social media, trying to get girls. I would wake up, make myself some pasta, and go to the gym, but the rest of the activities I was doing besides that was scrolling on TikTok, Instagram, RUclips and watching P*rn. Then, I would go outside at 10 PM and come back home at 2-3 AM. I was consuming Tate Shorts and I've always wanted to start a business, but I was too lazy to do it. I didn't like my life. Now, I don't eat that great, I only eat 2 times a day: meat and eggs, because I have finally started my business and I want to be as focused and spend as much time as possible on it. I skip meditating and journaling sometimes, but I will never stop doing them. I still remember the late nights when I would make myself chicken and rice and watch your videos. I discovered your channel when I was a geek.
I wasn't playing video games then because I had already quit.
But I was spending A LOT of time on social media, trying to get girls.
I would wake up, make myself some pasta, and go to the gym, but the rest of the activities I was doing besides that was scrolling on TikTok, Instagram, RUclips and watching P*rn.
Then, I would go outside at 10 PM and come back home at 2-3 AM.
I was consuming Tate Shorts and I've always wanted to start a business, but I was too lazy to do it.
I didn't like my life.
I meditated and Gratitude journaled almost every day, and my mental health improved significantly, but I still had a hole in my soul. I wasn't fulfilling my purpose.
Now, I don't eat that great, I only eat 2 times a day: meat and eggs, because I have finally started my business and I want to be as focused and spend as much time as possible on it.
I skip meditating and journaling sometimes, but I will never stop doing them.
I still remember the late nights when I would make myself chicken and rice and watch your videos.
You've changed my life forever Hamza.

Guys, remember that every girl is different. Most of the advice given here works for some women, but others already know what your plan is and they are gonna be rather annoyed by you. The worst thing you can do is pretend to be someone you arent. You either become that person that goes to the gym etc or you tell her the truth. It all rather comes down to how you form what you say and how. Say everything with confidence, be fun to be around, do fun activities etc together. Dont overcomplicate going out with girls because they are just human beings mostly looking for the same thing you look for. This might be unrelated to the video but i just wanted to thank you, i have never been so fat that I'd be obese but i was definitely overweight, no matter what i did i couldnt lose weight so i got depressed for a whole year, for the past six months i have been getting inspired by all sorts of encouraging youtubers to simply just go to the gym and lose weight so i saved up some money (I always wanted to go to the gym but money was a problem) and all my family helped me and whole heartdly supports me, it has been almost three months since i started going to the gym i was at 83kg and am now at 73.5kg. 17:12 you MUST variate your time at work. If you go to work 9-5 and get home usually by 6, some times you need to get in at 8 or 9. This creates mystery, and don't say I worked late, more along the lines of, I had something to do even if it's to work late. Something this simple, I dropped a girl home after a date she initiated. She knows I should be home 20mins maximum 30mins..... 45min mark she messages me asking if I got home. 1hr mark I responded, that I am home, had to make a stop. Hope you all get it.
