no, being fat is not okay. no fat human are healthy and happy, there's plenty of disease in body and mind of fat human. I've been fat for years, last year my weight was around 111-115kg, and that was my heaviest records. there's pain all around my body, and the only thing in my mind was suicidal thoughts. now i only eat clean and healthy, fasting everyday, walk a lot, lifting weights, after almost three months doing that now i'm 90kg, still long way to the target but i'll get there. cut sugar, cut porn, cut toxic people now i'm getting so much better, even tho the depression thought still there because pressure from society especially from peers but i can fight it, we're all going on top, just keep fighting and reach your limits

@@MJ25709 well in that case, I'm wondering why the fat people who always say that "bEiNg FaT iS oK" never complain about health problems. Like why fight for being unhealthy when you yourself have health problems from it, you could work out, lose the health problems, and be on the right side. I didn't know fat supporters were THAT dumb.

@@Thor_the_Doge they're dumb. they lie to themselves and other people, i know because i was one of them. why they fight to keep being unhealthy? because they're comfortable with it and don't want change it, because it's hard to go back to ideal weight, it's hard to being healthy, they love sweets, lot of fats, junk food, eat a lot, and doing nothing. idk if you're fat or not, you can defend them all you want, being fat is not normal and not healthy.

    I have autism.
I'm sick and tired of letting autism define me, I've let it make me a victim of my circumstance for my whole life and for that reason people don't respect me and I don't respect even myself and I'm TIRED of it. I'm am going to change. Just because I'm nero-divergent doesn't mean I can't learn to develop social skills, it just means I have to put more effort into learning it. I've used autism as a excuse deep down to not try or put effort into things because I've always thought that being autistic means im not capable of anything when in reality I haven't even tried yet so I have no idea of my potential. Infact a part of me is saying to myself that I don't deserve to be my best self and live my best life because I've convinced myself that I'm autistic and that I have no potential, so when anything good happens I'm downplaying it, it's a bad mindset I had and the years of no effort, no self belief and low self-esteem have properly reinforced that belief into my choices and actions. The only way I can stop this and be better is with accountability. Truly in a way the autism doesn't even matter because at the end of the day we are in control of ourselves. For me I struggle to accept that but it's true, all choices are my own, its not autism, it's not a lack of social skills, it's truly my own choices. I always throught that I can't be independent because of autism but that's a lie, that's a lack of accountability of the choices I've made. it's the cold hard truth.
Yesterday I went out to a restaurant with my family and I saw all the clubs and nightlife and I truly crave to actually socialise, I might say I don't like going out but I think I actually want too. It's the same with girls. I might say 'I'm focusing on myself' but I truly want intimacy with a woman. I have to be real with myself. I know it's going to be hard work but I have to accept that's it's going to be hard, life is hard so it's either I get left behind or I actually try. I chose to try.
Sorry if I ended up making that about myself, just trying to share my experiences.

Hey man, I just read your story and I’m so proud of you, if nobody else said that, allow me to be the first, continue striving for victory and learn from your failures. You are already trying to do what most others wouldn’t and with autism as well, it takes a warrior during these modern days to become strong despite the weakness being portrayed around us. I want you to keep going and never give up, remember that when things look tough, imagine the progress and stuff you achieved and keep going. You don’t truly fail until you give up, your story is wonderful and inspiring even to a normal boy like me on my path to self improvement, progress is possible and the fact that you’ve caught yourself on your own excuses is something many would never. Keep going because you my friend are a warrior, I respect your efforts, I respect your situation and I respect you! Keep learning and live your life, doing the hard work will grant you the rewards of life, don’t give in to the pressure and you got to enjoy the hunt, enjoy the struggles, when you can enjoy the tough stuff, everything else will be easy, work on your mental health, body and social skills, do the hard work ESPECIALLY when you don’t feel like it 😁

The worst thing about our society... ever since I was a smaller kid I wouldn't understand why girls liked the boys who were gayish and very feminine with their dresswear and way of how they acted. Now being in my 18s I realised that with age women change their priorities, and the problem with priorities isn't stuck in the age or gender, it's with how you are educated by your parents and whether the traditions are passed trough to the younger generation. I was growing in a house of people who remembered about the fallen of world war 2 and communism, where my grandfather, grand grandfather and all the way to the past of our family tree, they fought to liberate our country. It's genes and young age education, and experience. For a long time I was lonely because no one around me would think and experience the way I did. I don't have any friends. But I can survive in the wild, cut my own wood, drive a car since I was 15, make wooden constructions, know how to save a human life, know how to care for children, use workshops, make a campfire, use guns and hunt. Yet I never had a girlfriend... The game changed with the society, and now the game is to be doing tik toks and knowing how to impress girls with cheap tricks, nobody wants deep emotional connection, it's not efficient anymore, the game now is to live in the city and social media.

Most women don't want somebody who's completely jacked, they want somebody who's "Huggable" being either really feminine and weak, or shown to make a good effort at taking care of themselves. The REAL women and the ones you should persue, would want a man over a submissive dumpster. Don't let fake TikTok women disturb you!

I was born in Chechenya 2 months before the first civil war started in 1994, we managed to flee to Belgium before the end of the second civil war. Did those first 6-7 years of my life mess me up mentally? Yes it did... there is no glory in slaughtering each other like animals. HOWEVER, I am grateful that my origin story started messed up like that as life can only go uphill from there. I am prepared for the shit that life will throw at me, But when I look at my brothers of the West I become horrified at the prospect of war ever reaching this part of the world as many are not strong enough to handle that type of situation, it's much harder to adapt to war when all you have known is peace. I try to warn my friends to start paying attention to the world around them and how fast shit can hit the fan, But they prefer to play League of Legends and jerk off 2-3 times a day. I will stop wasting my time on trying to convince them to become stronger as it has to be a personal choice and it's much easier to convince people if you lead by example... But that doesn't change the fact that I am filled with dread imagining the average young guy of the West being exposed to the horrific shit that is out on your doorstep.

    My plan:
    1: stay a gamer, check
    2: keep playing sports, check
3: keep trying whenever I exercise, check
4: more workouts, work in progress
5: get good sleep schedules, check
6: become in upper 20% of guys
The goal: keep my values, avoid drugs, deal with bad habits, become strong, remain smart, do what I love!
If my depressed, iron deficient lazy gamer ass can do most of these than you can do as good or better, keep reading books, study, do well in school, no excuses: failed a test, study harder next time. Too weak, get stronger. Become an Adonis, be useful to the tribe, find love. This applies no matter what, no matter your gender, sexuality or current state. Be strong physically and mentally and you will do great in life.

True true.... at the same time, wasting 3 hours everyday working out is extraordinarily PRIVILEGED and equally as selfish as playing games for that amount of time if you have a semblance of an actual life and REAL responsibilities (bills and keeping your house clean and feeding your dog and getting your oil changed are the bare minimum of what's expected of you to even function in today's world, so those don't even register as responsibilities for me), and at least during those hours you're at home and you can still connect with your family and do things that need to be done in between.
In the military I was in another state, moved around a lot (because of the military) had very few friends, a long-distance GF (worst, dumbest mistake I ever made trying to be that dedicated and loyal at that age) so no sex, and spent literally 12 hours or more working my ass off everyday and on the weekends, and even completed my associate's degree on the side.... bought a car and paid it off and had money saved up, and when I wasn't doing all that, because I had a tiny ass tv and lived with roommates to save money and had barely anything of a social life or real responsibilities, I went to the gym and ran nonstop and listened to music for LITERALLY hours.... According to this guy, that's what we should all strive for and I should've just stopped there, BAM I'm a man right?
And surprise surprise, I consider those years my WORST by how misguided I was, what I considered important, how mature I "thought" I was yet how much I ignored that I shouldn't have, and made the biggest mistake in equating total independence/financial success to being a man... (and thanks to my girl cheating on me, I even had that same sense of "women need to prove to ME that they're worth it, because I clearly am" confidence thing going on that this guy does)
More importantly, I've never been MORE depressed than during those years... I had two squad mates in very similar circumstances (single, successful financially/physically/educationally, hard-working) kill themselves and I literally can't think of any ONE point I would time travel back to during those years... yet the last 12 years of me being out of the military and learning to TRULY unwind, TRULY say "fuck it" to societal roles and learning with my SO to carve out our own versions of these roles, while also learning to be proud to use my time/resources to give back to that same society and my family has brought me more genuine happiness and challenge than I have ever experienced before... And I would say while I'm not nearly as financially successful now as part of learning to be less selfish, and maybe a little less focused and my world not as physically expanded as I learn to become preoccupied with more than just myself (which requires "anchors and weights" of a different kind to have a solid foundation to do so), I can say with certainty that I've literally never been fucking happier.
I'm just saying don't take this guy's advice unless you take your whole life into account as far as what you've accomplished. Every modern man has "stages" as far as I'm concerned and we all go through them at different times, and this guy is in his "chad" phase where he over-corrects out of a sense of disgust for his former self for one reason or another (trauma, bad life decisions, cheating wife, etc.) or of his earlier flaws and is even more motivated because it's the best he's ever physically looked and felt (and probably the dating scene becoming more active would help with his confidence). There's a reason you can find a lot of motivated "diet/working out/being a man is life" youtubers as easily as you can find twitch game streamers...
I don't have all the answers either, and I probably won't EVER know the most important ones until i'm old enough to have regrets about them, but I do know that there's more than one definition of a man, and age and circumstances will change what you can and can't do in life, so your definition of being a man better get used to changing too.

What's wrong with playing video games or watching rick and morty, if that's something you enjoy doing? How is that a "bad habit"? I could understand it if you spend 10 hrs a day. Me personally, i set aside the weekends with the homies to have fun and take a break from our weekly routines. That includes walking in nature, having a beer or two, and playing video games. We all do physical jobs (law enforcement, military etc) and it's fun to just chill laugh and relax together when everyone's schedules allign. I don't think you can compare video games with fucking nightclub hoes and smoking weed
I fully agree that we as men should strive to be the best version of ourselves. But you should also enjoy life with the people that mean alot to you. Whether that's playing monopoly on a saturday, traveling the world or simply having a drink with your brothers (as long as it fits your diet goals).

For all my life I have been contempt in living a normal life, being weak and cowardly. I couldn't bring myself to stand up for what I believe in or for people to respect me. I didn't love myself for the longest time.
But I'm taking a stand. For far too long have I laid down and accepted defeat. I am 3 weeks into this, but I feel good. I may still be weak, I have a lot to learn. But I am willing to rise up and accept the challenge and work towards a better life.

I have changed just about everything mentioned here for the better and also agree with a lot of it. Personally I refuse to quit videogames for the moment. I have already limited all my gaming to exclusively play games that I actually want to play. No more habitual gaming where I'm not even really having fun. In a few months I move countries for a greater job and that is when I plan to take my life into more of an offline direction with a fresh start in a new place.

@@MK-zf6or I agree on maximizing your time and efforts everyday and slowly getting better. The problem lies with the accountability. Are you Truly working every minute of those 12 hours? Do you take breaks? How effective are you? Would shorter bursts of energy spread over 12 hours be more efficient? Will you retain all this knowledge from passive listening or is it background noise? I don't mean to clown you, I ask these because I promote effectiveness over time spent. I started out working longer hours and I suppose over time you get better at managing your time and getting better at Deep Work.

Don't get too carried away with what he says. If you're working out like an animal + eating well, making good money, attracting women and generally useful; you can play video games. What is objectively wrong about gaming, when not doing the things mentioned above? Obvs doesn't have to be video games (cultivating new skills, exploring etc) but honestly, if you're already winning do whatever the fuck you want as long as it's not setting you back
Tone it down, you can't hunt either. You couldn't guarantee youd be useful in a fight/war. You couldn't guarantee you won't crumble when things actually get dire. And that's ok - as long as people continue to strive to be better than what they are.

I used to know a person that was in a warzone back in the 70s. You know what he'd told me? "Weak don't survive, neither do strong. The one who's willing to pull the trigger faster with no remorse does. The one who adapts quickly to the circumstances he finds himself into. Not necessarily a strong fearsome wolf who'll charge with courage into the battle to save his pack thus dying 1st, nor a weak pathetic rat, for most of them flee in the slightest sign of danger and they'll do anything to save their skin; a soldier does." While I agree with some of your points, the main dissagreement is the "biggest motivation = woman love cause it's equal to reproduction (the 2nd strongest instict)". Talking about myself and ONLY (which means I don't speak for you reader). Personally I get motivated by my own will, to do something for me, something I like and am proud of. That's why I'm in bootcamp and I strife to be a soldier. I need no partner since they're nothing but trouble and nuisance. Repeating, I'm only talking about myself. I saw a couple of your videos, keep motivating people.

The roman empire suffered the exact same thing that you are talking about in this video. The populance became so disassociated with the rest of the empire and its people that nobody wanted to be a soldier anymore, nobody wanted to work the hard jobs and every citizen was searching for pleasure. It got so bad that at a specific point in time, most of the roman army was made by paid barbarian conscripts from outside the empire that used to be (and still were) its enemies. This is what led to the great decline of the empire and then its inevitable collapse. It is very terrifying seeing the exact same thing happening to the west right now.

Ofc, if you're spending your whole day doing that with no other responsibilities, goals or ambitions in your life then I agree that that isn't healthy for you. However, I think it's important to do activities you find enjoyable in your downtime so that you can unwind from the stress of everyday life.

Videogames are art though Hamza. Also how do things you call "weak" make people who do them "weak?" If people wanted to change they would, but they do these things because they may want to. How does doing what you want gauge your strength or "weakness"? What even is "weakness?" Everyone can do anything if they want, its just some people do not care enough. I mean, I just deleted every videogame from my phone and computer a few weeks ago because I found them distracting me even when I felt like I had it under control, it was an unnecessary thing I had to control when it could be solved once and for all. I haven't looked back, I don't have any urges to play videogames anymore, same with TV and sugar.
Like Hamza said, even if you say "oh but it's just one hour here and there", let's be real who's gonna stop you from doing 5 hours per day when you start comfortably sitting and having fun? Nobody. Delete them all, go for a walk or read a book when you feel bored, videogames are going to do just harm to you.
People often say "but but I can spend time with friends there and socialize", as if that's somehow tied to videogames. Go hiking, fishing, playing some sport or for a dinner with your friends, that's actual socializing.
Overall, videogames aren't evil or anything, but they're a bit childish ngl and you would be probably better off replacing it with something else

If you stay strong all the time you'll never sleep and die after a week. If you stay weak all the time you might survive as a body but you'll be a body dead inside.
So know the right time to be strong and be strong then.
