I hope you enjoyed this video on my favorite outdoor rollerskate wheels! I had fun and put a lot of work into this video to give you the best review I could

This is so funny I just messaged you on tik tok. You are one of the best out there all you hard work doesn't go unnoticed. And to my fellow new skaters I hope your journey w skating is beyond the best. Stay strong and practice 😘
@@simon_slays55 Your review was very good. What would you recommend for a retiree? I would like to start skating outside. I used to be a rink skater but the rink near me closed about 14 years ago. I have a pr of Bones 98 A and a new pr of Sure Grip Fame 95A, never used as stated rink closed after they were ordered. Could you suggest a wheel size that would be safe for an oldie but goodie? Thank you for your time.
@@diamondpearlgem7589 id recomend not listening to Simone. She has no clue what she is talking about . Get yourself something in a hybrid wheel about 78a to about 84a's DF and about a 57 to 62mm diamiter ish ish is fine. Highly recomend a set of ricta clouds , very supple. Or some jinx hybrid wheels that are very sturdy and just blast over everything for pavement skating but not skatepark skating and the jinx hybrids are not super expensive either and ive had them for years and years. Soft wheels and or hybrid wheels feel muddy and flat doing transition park skating and are just unnessersery hard work. Thats where your wheels you already have will hold their own but it will feel a bit slippy at first. I ride bones 101a df and Powell green dragons 93a's on my park/ ramp/ bowl skates. Im in my 50s and have skated everything from rink to road since i was 4, starting back in the good old days with clunky strap on metal skates... lol and run both of the first 2 i mentiond on my bash about road skating set up and the jinx on my derby set up too You can go softer and bigger but they are slow to start but can get a bit hairy in speed once they pick up speed. The bigger the wheel the more speed per revolution regarless of hardness but your wheels would be to hard on anything thats not super smooth.. You will vibrate your filling out. Best of luck getting back on the wheels 👍 You wont miss a beat, just like riding a bike .
OMG thank you so much for this video !!! So for outdoor roller dancing I m going to upgrade with de 57mm energy radar if I got it right haha thank you so much :)
Just want thank each every one of you skaters out there for a great n positive community ✨ Also this video is top quality and was exactly everything that I wanted to know about these wheels and the differences in their sizes!! Thank you so much.
I'm learning how to skate outside for the first time so it's nice to see someone compare these. I knew they came in different sizes but wasn't aware of exactly how that would affect performance beyond bigger wheels being able to go faster. I didn't even think about like grates or skating over bricks or anything so I'm really glad to see such an in-depth review.
I've been watching rollerskate stuff and especially rollerskate wheels to help my girlfriend find the right outdoor wheels for her and this is a perfect watch! She's been looking for radar energy wheel review and hope she'll be happy riding her 1st skates with these wheels.
This is definitely the most comprehensive and informative video about the different sizes of Radar Energy wheels on the RUclipss! (I know because I was doing research a few weeks ago trying to decide which size to go with, and couldn't find much beyond people just putting on whatever size they'd gotten and saying they liked them.) So interesting to hear about what you find each size most useful for. I've heard the 62mm are the great "all-'rounder" for getting over debris and maintaining speed as well as agility for turns and tricks, so I might need to look into adding them to my collection soon. Thanks for your helpful and entertaining video!
I can’t tell you how grateful I am for this incredible video. It’s so beautiful, professional, and informative! I know so much effort went into making this video. You have so much style and are such a versatile skater. Thanks so much!
Such a kind comment! Thank you! I worked so hard on it and loved creating it for you to watch, so I appreciate your words so much. Thanks for watching!
Just got back into skating and have been watching so many videos about wheels. Lol. This is the only one I've found that shows and explains all three! Thank you for that😊 Love your channel.
My first set of wheels was radar energy and I love them more than any other wheel that's advertised for trail skating. Thanks for helping me understand why!
I came across this *moments* before I clicked “complete purchase” on some 57mm. Going back and finding some 65mm ASAP (unless I can snag some in this giveaway hehe)! Thanks for this - perfect timing :)
Real good video and I really appreciate the attention to color matching with the scenes and outfits. Also I might be looking to get these wheels. Thanks.
I bought the smaller radar energy wheels, in pink and yellow just because, to replace the wheels that came with my lollys. They have been a game changer for me. I’m going to be spending the rest of my life learning to skate (I should never have taken that 30 year break) and the radar wheels have given me the boost I need to keep doing it. They are great for everything, truly versatile and if I ever get a chance to skate indoors I think they would just about be ok for that too. I love it when I see a review that confirms what I already know:)
Wow, thanks so much for doing this review-- it was SUPER helpful to see a side-by-side comparison of all three, and to see them in action! I'm a noob still, but I'm hoping I can carve up the streets as well as you can in the near future! :D

I just need to get used to not tripping over my own wheels by clashing them together! But I did notice a HUGE difference when skating on the radar wheels. Obsessed. Thanks so much for this!
Can you do a video comparing heeled/ flat boots? It’s time for me to upgrade my setup and I want to know the differences and pros and cons of each type of boot. You seem to be the most qualified as you have a variety of boots!
Thank you Sidney! I REALLY want to! I'd love to make a review on that, especially since I've skated all three boot types a lot and there is quite a difference between them. Thank you for trusting my experience and I'd be happy to share it with you and help out!
I just started back on skates and started with a heeled boot and then made some vans skates and my first time on them I went down hard. Not having the heel to help put your weight forward makes you want to slip out backwards easily. Plus I had the wrong wheels on so when I hit a piece of debris, it threw me backwards and I went straight down

Thank you for this video! I bought a pair of the 57 & 62 to try out! I was feeling like I had limited mobility on the stock wheels my skates came with. So far I’ve been using the 57s on my beach bunny skates & can feel a difference. I so appreciate this video & your channel 🛼❤️
This was so helpful! Thank you!! I was going to get the smaller ones but I think you’ve sold me on getting the medium size. Ultimately I want to try them all but this was very informative. Thank you!
As a beginner I've been wondering get some 78a wheels for a while. This video helped me a lot. I definitely go with the 65mm. As a bigger/heavy skater, they should be fine for me. And, as a see you, they should be versatile too. Thank you. 🥰
I think the 57mm are definately the slower wheels of the three as well, but if you get a little momentum they roll nice and smooth for an outdoor skate around! I hope you try the 65mm, I really have loved them and they've been great on trails :) Happy skating!
I started skating again a few months ago and I tried a bunch of different wheels. 65mm Radar Energy wheels are one of my favorites. I also like the Moxi Gummy 65mm. I’m about 6 feet 225 lbs and I do best with a bigger wheel. Great video!
Aaa, thanks so much for this vid! I just got some 57s and went out in the street for the first time but still felt like they were too bumpy. I was curious about the difference between them, the 62s, and 65s. Definitely thinking I want some 65s now!

I've been debating between the 57s and 62s and this was super comprehensive and helpful! Thank you!!
You are so welcome! I hope you enjoy your new wheels!
YAY aw this is awesome to hear! Thank you for commenting this, I love to hear it. Happy skating! Thanks for watching
This was so helpful! Thank you!! I was going to get the smaller ones but I think you’ve sold me on getting the medium size. Ultimately I want to try them all but this was very informative. Thank you!
Thank you so much for this, it was incredibly helpful!
You are welcome! YAY! I'm so glad!
Fantastic video, I adore my 62's 🤩🤩👏
Extremely helpful thank you soooo much!!!!
I’ve been thinking about getting these wheels so I’m super happy you made a video about them ❤️
Aw yay! I'm happy you to have you here watching
As a beginner I've been wondering get some 78a wheels for a while. This video helped me a lot. I definitely go with the 65mm. As a bigger/heavy skater, they should be fine for me. And, as a see you, they should be versatile too.
Thank you. 🥰
Hi! I think I ´m going for the 65 too( heavy skater and cracked roads). What are your rollerskates?
i love these videos so much. i cant believe i just found your channel!! all of your videos are super helpful
Aw I'm so glad you did! Welcome
Dude!! Thank you for this video!! Very informative to a new skater like myself. It's much appreciated. 😊
Keep spreading that positivity! ✌️
Yeah dude! You are totally welcome, I'm so stoked you're here and thanks for YOUR positive vibes, that's rad. Stick around and keep skating!
This video is so comprehensive and cool! Bravo!
You always put so much time and effort into these videos! Really appreciate that!
Aw thank you for noticing and appreciating
Wow what an amazing in depth review! Thank you so much for the information
I love my energy 57 for being agile but not fast enough for me. Since you love the 65 mm, i would like to try it for trail skating. 😊😊
