This is my house. These guys came to my house on Aug 11, 2023 in Northern California and launched a full scale military type of assault on these rats with absolute precision. I witnessed Dave, Jimmy and the crew working tirelessly for 3 and a half days in the intense heat and cramped crawl spaces with focus and intensity I have never seen before. The two brothers are not like most business owners. They did not send a worker under the house and have him report the findings. Dave and jimmy dove head first into the sh*t and got right to work devising a plan. The energy, excitement and enthusiasm you see in these videos are how they are in real life. It’s not and act. In 4 days they resolved my rat problem that has plagued me for several years. They are very reasonably priced as well. I couldn’t write the check fast enough. The best money I ever spent.

Did some plumbing on an older house back on '05 where there was extensive rats nests behide the drywall. Breathed a lot of rat dust. Bodies/nests and poop. Then got a weird disease...Delayed Pressure Urticaria. Lasted about five years. It actually started while working at that house. Thankfully, it is gone now. Survived thru a facebook page of DPU sufferers. No cure. Drs didn'teven know what it was. I know it came from the dead rat nests. Be careful around that crap. Not a pleasant experience. Good luck guys. Great videos. (not to mention Hunta Virus)

I had a rat problem in my crawl space last year. I found out where they were coming in and closed it off, But I trapped them in. I set traps, and caught a few, but when I checked the traps, I only found half rats. The "starvation mode" had already kicked in and the rats were eating each other to stay alive. Some of the traps I put down had disappeared, and to this day I have never found them. I checked my crawl space last week, and the few traps I had left in there were still set with dried peanut butter and cheerios still stuck to them. I did not have that yellow house shaped cover to ensure the rats enter only on one side of the trap, so I mounted the traps vertically a couple inches up and screwed them to the studs so the rat will have to reach up and stick his head in the kill zone. Secure your traps people!

I said, "wow he looks like a new man, he looks relieved and less stressed" - just after he mentioned to you guys how he felt so relieved. It is crazy how much of a weight on your shoulders something like this can cause. I could see it in his face and demeanor. Bill, nor any other homeowner deserves the stress these rats put on you emotionally and physically. Your home is your safe space for you and your family, and the rats ruin that safe space. Great job twins! I hope you guys can come back if he has anymore recurring issues.

The average port charolette Technician services 12-15 customers daily. No time to spend hours at one stop.
Which I always hated. I enlarged my termite crew to do rodent work. One thing you do that I feel is wrong that you do is bad mouth the other companies. As a location manager I told my technicians never bad mouth the competition to customers. I had they say that the other companies are only as good as the technicians they hire.
    But that’s me.
    Great jobs. Love your videos.

No one in the industry has ever exposed the truth of what needed to get done to solve and get these homeowners their life back. We will always be available to offer contribution to everyone even our competition.

We have a local plumbing contractor that does shoddy work and high prices. And they have been in business for at least forty years or more, and I hear complaints about them all the time, but they are still in business?

I remember our first farm, I noticed a rat in our closet and almost died. Went in crawl space and seen holes. I went to feed mill and asked the owner what to do. I said I think I have 10-20, he said if you think there are that many you likely have hundreds. I bought a box of rat poison, it was a really good brand and expensive. I opened 5 little bags and set them out thinking they might take some out of each one. The 5 bags where gone and the box with the other 7 bags where gone also. Went and told Jim at the mill and he said your gonna need more. I bought 2 more boxes, I opened all bags and set them out, they took them all. I went back and got 1 more box, they took half and that was it, no more rats. I then went and filled in the graves. I checked if there was any movement after a few days and not even 1 set of tracks. The poison killed them all, best money I ever spent.

It's a good job whoever went in the crawl space wasn't claustrophobic ( just as I wrote it you said people with claustrophobia wouldn't hang!).
It grosses me out to watch these videos ( I have a nice/rat phobia) but it's so intriguing at the same time... I've subscribed and personalized so I know when there's a new video.
Don't think it will get me over my 40 year phobia but it's still interesting. Like seeing a bad accident but not being able to look ! 😂
Carry on with the good work! I'm from the UK and you don't often see rat infestations this bad in homes... Mice, yes but not rats. Maybe it's cos we don't have crawl spaces and most of our houses are brick work ( I know they can chew through but it must take longer!
But apparently in the UK you're never 10 ft away from rats ( via drains etc). If you go to my local MacDonalds it's by a river and if you sit in the carpark long enough you'll see them peep their heads up from the river bank... P.s I don't eat from Maccy D's just take friends to it.
The rats look so clean there.. you should have a look at our dirty rats!!
Carry on the good work lads!! 💜 xx

I just wasted $35.00 & $14.00 on 2 different baits. One is fish scented, the other peanut butter. The smart rats wouldn’t go for either. I’ve had good luck with talon G in the past but can’t get it locally any more. I got a 3rd bait from HD and coated it w/ peanut butter, and got 2 rats, but a 3rd one won’t touch the bait. So, I coated about 3 oz. Of the HD round green balls w/ bacon grease, and the rat loved it, and I’ve not heard him for three nights now. Obviously, the big problem I need to get on, is blocking their access to my house.

Your modifications of the reliable old Victor Snap traps are the best. If someone is not handy, they are a very wise investment. The snap traps pop and flip nearly every time, empty otherwise!!

For the main part in England, we take the advice of the third little pig and build our houses of bricks (instead of sticks). A heavy concrete slab thus avoids having a "crawl space".

A lot of people here have basements. But basements are not possible in all areas. In some areas of the country they have concrete slabs. But rats and groundhogs can dig under those slabs. I had to put exclusion wire around my pole barn, because groundhogs were trying to dig under it.

Brick and masonry construction is prone to rising damp and it is hard to insulate. Also, a poorly built or maintained masonry building can collapse all at once with no warning, whereas a stick house in distress will sag and droop to a comical degree without actually collapsing. I for one prefer the American style stick built construction.

If you were to get yourself some tor-x or robertson screws, you can just put them on a magnetic driver and they stay there, allowing you to install screws with one hand.

But this is something I would spend money on only with those guys. I love watching your videos even though the rats & mice repulse me.

We had possums in our roof years ago and just like these rats they’re cunning and clever little buggers. Also just like these rats the best way to catch them is cutting off their entry and exit points. We got a professional possum trapper out but he only got one possum in his trap. He gave us some tips though and we managed to get rid of them. There were two still in the crawl spaces, one chewed it’s way out and my son rang me saying there’s a possum in the rumpus room and it’s not in good shape. So I told him to throw a blanket over it and put it outside. The other came out a disused power point behind the couch and ran into the window trying to escape. I had previously opened the front door so it could get out and it went out our front door. Possums are a protected species in Australia even after you trap them you’re supposed to release them close as they’re territorial animals. I spent a full day retrieving a dead stinky possum from an inaccessible roof cavity which involved me removing and replacing metal roofing in 35 Celsius weather. So I wasn’t really concerned what happened to them afterwards.

Bill is an example for other companies out there making people spend their hard earned money on a process that doesn't work and doing shady things to charge more. If Bill was showing emotions like that maybe think about people and help them dont cheat them out of money and when you have a result like Bill's and the customer feels so satisfied with your work then you know you are doing the right thing.

    I was wondering 2 things:
1-The camera you put In your trappes what model is it? Do you need to subscribe to a monthly abonnement in order to see in real time when you made a catch?
2-Do you guys deliver to Canada?
I am trying to convince my boss to buy your products.
Thank you in advance for your feed back.

Gotta say bait boxes work great for norway rats and wood rats/pack rats if you have roof rats snap traps in the attic are best. Being that most places are moving away from rodenticide the boxes are mostly going to be for the rodents tunneling around your home or under a shed and they will have snap traps in them.
