The fact the twins can speak Spanish got them another sub. I’m impressed and he didn’t butcher it.
👍👏🙏😃
agreed - their Spanish is really good for white dudes.
I mean, he did butcher it a lot, but the message was more than clear and he just needs more practice in terms of grammar. Hell definitely sound like a native in no time if he continues practicing!
That house is too nice to have that big of a rat problem. Whoever remodeled that house just basically built it to look good and not take the precautions to keep any pest out
Rats will always find a way
Exactly 💯
i was just saying that
Fake
Ong , but rats come for the cheese 🤷🏽♂️
Give the twins a golden award for their awesome ability to adapt to a demanding market and learning the language. Felicidades and much success.
We lived in a house in the country. There were mice and rats.
We bought our first house (a 100 year old house). It also was prone to unwelcome guests.
We dealt with it for about 6 years...then decided to get a cat. We've had a cat for over a year...and we haven't seen one, NOT ONE unwelcome guest.
Yeah they go looking for easier homes after they see cats
We we have five cats--none of them have ever presented us with a dead rat, so we are baffled that they are in our crawlspace and attic.
I don’t have the stomach for this. You guys totally deserve every cent of whatever you charge.
lol i bet you jump on a chair when you see a mouse
@@johnvalderrama9339 I bet he doesn't goof around above a skylight. I bet these 2 goofs caused a leak at the flashing where they were doing pushups, idiots.

Wife: "Honey, did you call the twins?"
Me: "yes Dear, they are already here working on the house"
Wife: "ok, what are they working on?"
Me: * stares at the roof from outside * "It looks like chest and triceps, dear"
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂! Hilarious
😂😂😂😂but they got the job done 🥳
Lmao
Got me this one 😂😂😂😂😂
🤣🤣
Man, I am so incredibly grateful that there are people who are willing to do this sort of work. I became so claustrophobic just watching them navigate the crawlspace that I had to hold my breath.
Its good you also help others sleep 😃
@@poopookaka2831 Not quite sure I understand, but I hope you're having a good day!
This is the best video on rat/mouse hunting I've ever seen... very entertaining! On another note, I blame homebuilders for not including rodent prevention in their building process. They should be plugging every hole around pipes, etc. with metal mesh and foam instead of leaving things open like this. Of course, the reason I'm watching this video is because I've got a mouse visiting my kitchen every night and leaving dropping on and around my stove even though I've cleaned it thoroughly and do so every day. I wish the twins were in my city so I could call them to figure out where the openings are!
I don’t know why I was bored enough to watch this but a damn fine job. Quality over quantity.
Absolutely loved the Spanish!! I speak three languages and am trying to learn a fourth myself. Knowing more than one language definitely opens more doors and creates more opportunities. Good job!
Yeah I’m sure you do buddy sure you do
Spanish is the easiest in my experience..arabic and Chinese was my hardest and Tagalog is my second language....
Isn’t that culture appropriation?
@@MypronounIsKing somebody mad they only speak English.
@@glock1inthetop45 Lmao yeah enraged…
We live in a semi rural area of the UK. We live in an old cottage near to farmland, stables and rivers. We lived here for 17 years before we saw the first rat. They don't bother me as long as they aren't inside the house. We managed to deal with the outside problem by trapping them in a cage and relocating them, I can't say too much because I found out it's illegal to do that. It involved a trip to a local area where I was observed sitting in the car at a huge outside area with my husband whilst I put on my rubber gloves, the rat was in a cage trap in the boot. I can only assume what the other people thought was going on😲🤣. We remained rat free for a while until I started to hear scrabbling in a ground floor roof space. It started up at dusk and I thought it was a bird taking shelter. With the help of our neighbours we figured out it was a rat. We waited for the scrabbling to stop and we put some scrunched up wire into the access point. No more scrabbling. We know when they're around because the dog goes bonkers. No more in the house though! I still have the trap, just in case. The best bait is a big juicy prawn. I tried a piece of Cumberland sausage but it managed to get the sausage without setting the trap door off. It must have been a commando or a member of the SAS. We have removed our bird feeders as they do attract rats. We have real country mice living in a garden wall so we don't want to use poison.
we live also in rural are with 6 chickens. I have 6 snap traps around. In a year i got like 10 rats and around 50 mice. They just never disappear- i get them all the time :))) they are damaging our studio- they are pooping in a awalls, under roof, dig tunnels around and under chicken shed.
I live in Palm Beach County Florida and kept hearing rats in the walls. I kept telling myself the noise was lizards because they are so common here (lol, i wished). We bought the Victor brand electirc rat trap from home depot($80+). Placed it in the attic and garage and killed around 15 rats according to the app. It lures them, shocks them to death, and then notifies you. Cleaned the 2 car garage from a pretty clean storage room to a garage ONLY for cars and tools. No storage, it is trash and lures bugs and rats. Never heard a tap in the walls again.
Man oh Man...You guys are the absolute bomb!!! The poor homeowner had to go through two other pest control companies to finally find someone who actually knew how to deal with the problem. The degree of professionalism and enthusiasm you guys possess to deal with such a problem is extremely difficult to find. The homeowner got lucky when he found “The Twins”.
We appreciate you taking the time watching our content and providing your honest feedback. 💪💪
@@TwinHomeExperts I see some plastic inserts for the vent stacks or how would you recommend
The inspection before purchase failed this owner.
Ive dealt with two companies that told me the same shit but never do anything to solve the problem. I am basically shit out of luck at this point.

That Spanish translation was great! I’m subbing just for that!
I thought the bro was trying to trip him up and then he went Chavo del Ocho on me.
@@BigJyYari my thoughts exactly!
Okayyy your weird
Wow! The number of live rats you found was incredible. That poor family suffered. Thank you for helping them out. I hope the problem is solved. $5,800? I bought a house with mice in it. It took a long time, but I got them out and sealed off the areas where they were getting in. There was a lot of dried mice feces in the ceiling. My parent’s house periodically gets mice. We trap them. Years ago, we poisoned them, but they died within the walls and smelled for years as they dried out.
Hi guys, just wanted to say thank you for your posts.
We had rats come in from outside and run across the room, in front of us 9pm. Any how firstly got bait for crawl space. Bait for behind fridge and undersink. They where coming in from outside. Not nesting....
Over the next few days blocked access with expanding foam and wire mesh. All around ....
So far no more rats or mice.
No noise or droppings. The bait not been taken now few a few days to a week now. So great, they've been taking to each other don't go to that place , no food no access
Big thank you from us in the UK 🇬🇧
Beautiful house just shows you can have problems w rodents even if its clean
I don't even have a rat problem and enjoyed this video! I'm on here looking at Plumbing videos and you guys popped up, good job!
The look on the owner when they found the source was gratefulness.
Now that's how you get to the bottom of a problem! You guys deserve every dollar..
Holy smokes! You guys are awesome. You definitely deserve every single penny of what you invoice your customers.
The amount of money itd take to get me into that crawl space, even without rats, IA astronomical
I was hysterically laughing watching y’all vacuum up a bunch of rats HAHAHA that was golden love it

Great job! Thank you for sharing 😊
Man you guys are awesome! And you are right, most pest control folks aren't licensed to open up walls, do plumbing, etc etc... and have to refer another contractor or handyman which in the end can cost more. Great job you guys and hopefully you guys expand all over CA.

That is the best method of removing rats I have ever ran across. Great job on the removal from that beautiful home.
So what was the price tag on this?
I have caught over 80 rats alive with a box and some squirrel feed. Rats are a breeze. These guys cleared out a baby nest and are pumped? You can literally pick the babies up by the body. My mother opened a a Christmas box a baby was in and it just yawned.
@@Polarcupcheck rats are very social creatures. Much more friendly that mice. Mice are aggro

Yep, like upon finding a nest chock full of rats not to let them start running off like they did in this case. 😂
And they are becoming smarter here😤

Thanks for the video, just starting at a pest company doing exclusions. Def nice to learn all the stretches and pumps on the roof. I got 20 lbs to turn into muscle.
You guys are surely the best at solving rodent problems.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
We work really hard to do so. Thank for watching and sharing.
I finally got rid of my rats. They were coming in through the weepholes. I bought weephole covers. I bought down spout coves. I cut all trees that went over the house. I put the traps down. After a week or 2. They were all gone. Some were I guess still residing in the home. I covered all the wholes they chewed through with a stainless steel scrubber with foam insulation. They can't get through it lol.
Now I have to clean up all that poop in the attic and then replace the insulation. That will happen sometime in the winter. It's too hot right now. I will call professionals.
That’s awesome to hear!!!
Im glad you fix peoples problems in their homes. I had an ant problem, drove me banannas. God bless your crew
Not even gonna lie the price is justifiable because you guys really do a proper job.
What's the price?
Never mind I saw it in the video
Geez! You guys are amazing. Love your tenacity and determination. I only wish you guys were on the East Coast.
Thanks Tony! We do get a lot of requests for east coast. Wish we can find someone that we can team up to handle east coast. We have reached out to a few pest control Co but they don’t have any interest.

This might be the best commercial for your skill and service you could make. I wish you were here in Utah.
We’re in Utah. We service the Salt Lake City and wasatch area. Live in Utah too.
Absolutely gorgeous home. The twins saved it.
I really like the homeowner. Seems like a really good dude. Chill af
when you open up the walls try making the cuts in the drywall at an angle. That way the piece you remove then can be reinstalled just using a coat of mud along the saw joints. By varying the thickness of the mud, you can get the removed piece flush with the wall.
Nice nice. Easy reinstall of the drywall. After a 5800 dollar bill, I'm trying to save every penny I can.
That’s a great idea. I think.
That's what I always do, it can work really well af times
That’s a stupid piece of advice. The whole wall should have been exposed to begin with.
Fascinating video! Very intensive investigation to the problem, well done!
When we had to put rodent traps in a tight spot we attached thin wire to the traps and then set them and carefully pushed them into place with a thin piece of wood ..once they had triggered we pulled them back with the wire ….never had to go into dirty spider filled areas etc ..caught plenty of huge mice but no rats .
I've had a rat nightmare for the last year. We've tried traps and Rat-X. Traps=0, Rat-X helped but they're back--probably weren't all gone to begin with but we didn't see or hear anything for several months. You've given me some ideas of things to check and some remedies so thank you so much!
I had a similar experience, though not quite a nightmare it was an intermittent problem for about 5 years. When I bought the house we found evidence of previous infestations and suffered 3 over the next 5 years, each time with about a year between, Pest control companies could not find a definite entry point, only a couple of unlikely ones. They were pretty sure they were getting in via the drains but couldn't find where. so we fitted a rat gaurd in the service chamber, The Nordisk TXX11, Not had any problems since, (two years and counting).
I recently discovered how they were getting in, and even the nest they had built when I ripped out the downstairs shower room. whichever idiot previously renovated this room decided it was a good idea to simply have the 40mm shower drain pipe dangling into an open 110mm floor socket, leaving a nice easy entry point. An adapter to do it properly is about £10, so peanuts really.
@@tonymcfeisty2478 I'm just curious if that space under the house is common in homes in that area. Where I live if you don't have a basement, there is no area to crawl under your house.
First time watching, awesome how you guys get into everything and don’t back down from any obstacles. But when you saw the nest it definitely looked like you got nervous, letting the big ones run away, could’ve easily grabbed the tail and threw in bag but maybe this was better video. Definitely a subscriber now.!!!

You guys got the goods. I just saw you on a Shawn woods video. You also uncovered some shoddy plumbing work there. You do know what that means.....that’s not all. There will be more, and into the other trades. On another note, doing that drywall repair, a hole is a hole. Your probably better off taking the whole wall out and replacing with one sheet of drywall. Gets the smell out and makes retexturing to match a breeze.
Job well done!

Great job guys! Definitely deserve whatever you charge!
EPIC!!! Great job. But the client really should fix the non-rodent problems in the crawl space. You said he reported kitchen drain backing up due to no-fall, that could've been fixed for little more while you were there. And to not disinfect after finding all the evidence and waste? Crazy. Hey Stefan, you really want a happy (healthy) wife? GOTTA DO THE WHOLE JOB, dude!
I totally agree. People are on a tight budget with these unforeseen jobs, especially when they have already spent so much money with other companies. Atleast we stopped the rat infestation.
