"Sometimes it's best to leave well enough alone." Is the same phrase the sheriff used on the helicopter ride to the compound. I get the feeling that the sheriff knew Joseph was listening in on their conversation and decided that it was too dangerous to pursue.
Tbh, there was only 3 armed law enforcers in an armed to the teeth village, which belongs to extremely fanatical sectants. If they were truly planning this through, they should`ve send National Guard right away. Had Joseph ordered them to be shot, they would be in a matter of a second, but he went for the show.
@@Jetpusher Yep. Morally the right thing to do was to stop Joseph Seed and his band of lunatics. Realistically though, no way in hell starting shit in a compound surrounded by heavily armed fanatics was going to end well. Best option was to get the hell out and recommend that the state call in the national guard or all the SWAT officers rather than just three dudes with pistols and a prayer
@@dafulegend5905but you’ve got to remember, Ajay is also the son of his greatest lover, and it’s honestly kinda nice, despite the sociopath Pagan is, he’s still able to love a child as if it were his own, since they are loved by the person he loved most. Even in the normal ending of the game, even after you’ve killed so many of his men, he still loves Ajay
I love how you arguably get the best ending if you just do what the damn antagonist asked. Pagen: Already got you main goal done. Joseph: don't get swallowed in an atomic flame, with your buddies aswell. Anton: You go to Miami, no troubles, you live the dream.
If it weren't for all those bugs, yes. Story wise is better than 3. Quality wise, WAY behind FC3! FC5 & 6 were, overall, better, which is normal and expected.
I would love a game in an alternate universe where all these endings took place and we revisited the old games and locations in different ways and what could have happened
Obvious results from secret endings... Far Cry 4: Prevent life in Kyrat from getting worse. Far Cry 5: Save the world from Nuclear War Far Cry 6: Prevent endless conflict in Yara and live happily ever after in Miami.
My headcanon on why the protagonist got the secret ending path Ajay:What he saw pagan do to his commander and being secured in a palace with many men guarding the place, logically ajay stayed and ate the food. The deputy: They was going to put the handcuffs but as soon as reaching it they were given an vision on what was gonna happen the minute the deputy put the handcuffs on Joseph Dani: She (canonically Dani is female) wanted to escape Yara and wanted nothing to do with libertad so she did what they asked for and took the boat to Miami
The other two endings besides far cry 4 is kinda sad, joseph gets to run free terrorizing, and killing, and illegally rehabilitating people into his cause. And in 6, the last hope for yara is killed by Anton's forces. But hey you get to chill in Miami so i suppose it ain't that bad
Now while Joseph is sorta a asshat.........gotta admit the looming accuracy of his prophecy though. "Look man, I believe you but I ain't joining ya shit, cool?"
I think in 5, they won't let Joseph do whatever he wants, they either send s Swat or National guard to deal with the situation. And 6, at least the conflict will end, is it a happy ending, nope but for Dani.
To long to read: i love pagin min and vaas to much Vaas and Pagin Min are my favorite farcry villains. Where vaas is the perfect example of someone who is insane and crazy. Pagin min is formal and more of someone who is hiding in the shadows. Someone who seems so far, but through his dialog on your radio, he is so involved and very underappreciated, to be honest.
I also imagine a secret ending in Far Cry 3 Dennis and Jason right after Jason's escape from Vaas's camp and tatooing first tatau, after Dennis instructs him to go hunt some animals to craft. If you stand in one place for nearly five minutes, this happens: Dennis: -Jason, you still haven't moved. Don't you want to tame the jungle to save your friends? You expecting someone to do it for you?! Jason: -Doing it for me? Wait a minute. *Jason picks up a satellite phone he had from Vaas camp and dials US embassy* Jason: -Hey...Hello! Oh thank god i called you. My name is Jason Brody, i am an US citizen, and i and six more citizens were captured as a hostages at this island... Dennis: Jason, what the hell are you doing... Jason: It's the right thing to do. I'm not my brother, i'm not trained to fight and kill. I'm not going to pretend to be someone i'm not. Dennis: You dissapoint me. Next scene, we have a news feed explaining about the joint military operation between US and local countries managed to crack up a massive drug operation on Rook island, however, leaders of this operation such as Walker and Vaas were nowhere to be found. Rook island went under the control of the military of nearest country, if Jason managed to save his friends is unknown, since this is a open ending.

One thing about far cry 6, you can end it at any time, just stop what you're doing and get a boat, and go to the edge of the map
Pagan clearly said “Stay here. Enjoy the crab rangoon.” He is very particular with his words.
Ajay did just that didn't he? lmfao
I like the fact that the respective phrase had kept appearing as a hint, in the loading screens! 😅
Imagine just accidentally afking in 4 and getting the secret ending
He was like “wait here”
“Oh bet lemme go make a sandwich rq”
*Comes back to the game and credits roll*
Thats what i did. I went to go eat lunch and when i came back the game was over. I was really confused.
imagine first time playing far cry then buying far cry 4.
and do some quick afk the this happen spending money all of sudden end quickly lol
The far cry 5 ending is like the sheriff knew the actual endings
Naw it was just a wise decision. He knew that the cult was armed and they were just three of them. I was thinking the same thing.

The only thing I want is to play a DLC in which Ajay sides with Pagan and we fire some goddamn guns together.
Preferably with Amita and Sabal in front of them
i think Pagan Min is the most relaxed Opening we've had of an antagonist from a Far Cry title.
Dude even pagan was not even a proper villain 😂 that's why majority people didn't kill him in the end definitely the most coolest antagonist

Proof that sometimes the best course of action is to let nature run its course.
Is it possible that existence is our exile and nothingness our home?
as someone who doesn't know what the actual plot of these games are, these seem like perfectly fine endings to short films
