as someone who doesn't know what the actual plot of these games are, these seem like perfectly fine endings to short films

I also imagine a secret ending in Far Cry 3 Dennis and Jason right after Jason's escape from Vaas's camp and tatooing first tatau, after Dennis instructs him to go hunt some animals to craft. If you stand in one place for nearly five minutes, this happens: Dennis: -Jason, you still haven't moved. Don't you want to tame the jungle to save your friends? You expecting someone to do it for you?! Jason: -Doing it for me? Wait a minute. *Jason picks up a satellite phone he had from Vaas camp and dials US embassy* Jason: -Hey...Hello! Oh thank god i called you. My name is Jason Brody, i am an US citizen, and i and six more citizens were captured as a hostages at this island... Dennis: Jason, what the hell are you doing... Jason: It's the right thing to do. I'm not my brother, i'm not trained to fight and kill. I'm not going to pretend to be someone i'm not. Dennis: You dissapoint me. Next scene, we have a news feed explaining about the joint military operation between US and local countries managed to crack up a massive drug operation on Rook island, however, leaders of this operation such as Walker and Vaas were nowhere to be found. Rook island went under the control of the military of nearest country, if Jason managed to save his friends is unknown, since this is a open ending.

They should make dlc for all the secret ends

Obvious results from secret endings... Far Cry 4: Prevent life in Kyrat from getting worse. Far Cry 5: Save the world from Nuclear War Far Cry 6: Prevent endless conflict in Yara and live happily ever after in Miami.

Same with 5 and 6 in 5 if you wait to arrest him you just leave and 6 if you leave on boat you end up on a beach and hear how rebels failed

All Pagan wanted Ajay to return to him so that he could enjoy some time with him. I think that was a nice ending.

My headcanon on why the protagonist got the secret ending path Ajay:What he saw pagan do to his commander and being secured in a palace with many men guarding the place,logically ajay stayed and ate the food. The deputy: They was going to put the handcuffs but as soon as reaching it they were given an vision on what was gonna happen the minute the deputy put the handcuffs on Joseph Dani: She (canonically Dani is female) wanted to escape Yara and wanted nothing to do with libertad so she did what they asked for and took the boat to Miami

The other two endings besides far cry 4 is kinda sad, joseph gets to run free terrorizing, and killing, and illegally rehabilitating people into his cause. And in 6, the last hope for yara is killed by Anton's forces. But hey you get to chill in Miami so i suppose it ain't that bad

To long to read: i love pagin min and vaas to much Vaas and Pagin Min are my favorite farcry villains. Where vaas is the perfect example of someone who is insane and crazy. Pagin min is formal and more of someone who is hiding in the shadows. Someone who seems so far, but through his dialog on your radio, he is so involved and very underappreciated, to be honest.

that breath of the wild shield surf bounce not doing dmg till the second fall...is bs... from a greater height you take no damage but bounce up and hit the ground while shield surfing much slower you take what... 3-5 hearts dmg?

far cry games.. you actually pull out whatever is hurting you..but until then? operating like you still at 100%... meanwhile in skyrim apparently you actually suffer a mild issue from diseases that may or may not be caused by implied effect....(bonebreak fever?) and in one other game i seem to recall being impeded by some manner of side effect from being hurt..might not have healed at all or like in most games generally..but all the same.. that attempt at realism was still there i think

I love the far cry 4 secret ending. When working with Pagan he actually seems like an extremely nice guy

i think pagen was actually the good guy he didn’t want to kill ppl his men did and tbh dude getting tortured doesn’t really matter and you get to be friends with the leader of your home country

I love how you arguably get the best ending if you just do what the damn antagonist asked. Pagen: Already got you main goal done. Joseph: don't get swallowed in an atomic flame, with your buddies aswell. Anton: You go to Miami, no troubles, you live the dream.

i think Pagan Min is the most relaxed Opening we've had of an antagonist from a Far Cry title.
