Docs case should always be your first big buy, not just for keys. The value you can haul out your butt after a few filing cabinets is crazy. Intel, diaries, flash drives, SAS drives, GP/BTC and so on. They add up fast.
I would probably add if you are new to this game( and have standard edition ) and really can't go trough the tasks but have some money you can upgrade to beta container from lvl2 peacekeeper you basically don't need anything just hit level 2 with him which do not include any tasks just spending money and selling to him then getting to level15 to get on market so you can buy all trade items.
Yeah I finally got my docs case via the barter with therapist. Was easier find a lion than flash drives. I've found 1 flash drives and 3 freaking lions so far..
@@justinkedgetor5949 me at lvl 20 still needing the gas analyzers (I know I can craft them , I’m just lazy)
BONUS TIP: for those who are newer to tarkov or have played a few wipes but have never gotten to the point of being rich, PLEASE READ THIS!! As someone who’s now in my 5th wipe and sitting at 2300+ hours, last wipe was my first wipe where I not only progressed really far into quests, but my first wipe where I was genuinely rich enough to never have to worry about money! Best advice to getting to that point is seriously put in effort to work on upgrading your hideout, then always be doing crafts that will make you money! There are plenty of videos on which crafts are the most profitable, best ones imo are from AirwingMarine. While you’re upgrading your hideout, you will consistently be low-ish on money but once you finish it all, that’s more money in your pockets, and trust me, if you keep up with your crafts constantly after that, you’ll start to really see that cash flow increase a lot. Also when raiding, it’s not necessarily about how much good loot you come out of your raids with, but rather how many raids you come out of with loot. The key to making money through raids is survival, not having one good raid with awesome loot just to follow it up with dying a bunch of times in a row after that
Agreed surviving when new is a challenge enough don’t be greedy play smart play safe it’s better to make a little than lose it all
5 wipes and 2300h thats not a great deal
@@CitizenLoc wym? thats a good amount of hours.. its not to a point where he doesnt have a life and its not where he barely plays the game. its a good amount of hours
“Who cares about your ego when you’re broke?”
The best tarkov advice I’ve ever heard.
Being broke doesnt matter anyway. It is easy to make money. I just love pvp'ing so i take almost any fight. I really don't get the race for lvl 40 early wipe.
@@Derp_Skilz people do the “race” cause this is the easiest time to get quests done. He says that in the video I think. Even if you quickly try to get to level 2 traders, you have better options by then. Be ahead is a big advantage earlier on.
@@rycrex7986 don't make it to easy on yourself. This game is so much more fun if u just ignore flea and hideout and stuff. Just play
@@Derp_Skilz Everybody can play like they want to, your way of playing is just as valid as someone who focuses on quests and money. You can say it is more fun to ignore flea and hideout, but in the end that is just your preference.
One more thing that i would add is if you have grenades use them...
Grenades are great not just for blowing up peoples but they cause psychological effect that will make people to back off or just to be more aware or disoriented some go straight to panic. So if you have grenades don't think of them just as i had to throw them to kill, more like it gives me advantage because it supress enemy and create explosion during that explosion i can move without them hearing me and that means repositioning without them knowing where exactly. Use grenades as distractions again you don't need to kill people with it but they are great to attract attention or cause player to move from location... if you are crossing certain location and you know there is a spot which might be dangerous just throw grenade on the other side most of peoples if it's going to be close 40-50m from them they going to change location or look at the position where the grenade exploded meanwhile you can run. Always *use tools you have.
keep in mind this only works against newer players, I have roughly 2400 hours and will usually push after grenades or even through a grenade that hasn't gone off yet
Great advice. I love to repeak that same angle and get my face shot off. Or if my friend just moved back because he peeked and got shot at, then I come behind him and peak the angle he just peaked, and get my face shot off once again. Best experience possible.
As a solo player I 100% agree with backing off most fights
There is no need to take fights especially if you don't know how many players you're up against and especially if you're solo.
You need to get your quests done first and foremost, not to pvp. If you have quest items on you and take a fight and die, thats your fault
You are the only one preventing your progression. Don't take fight unless you are literally backed in a corner
What if my quest is to pvp
@@dawidlol1337 then pick ur fights. if u see a player dont just run in and start a fight, maybe follow them a bit n see if they got any backup, and then start shooting when u hav an advantage(like if they start looting or are in the middle of crossing an open area). Learning the map helps, if ya know what direction ur target is going u can try ambushing them if they following a common map rotation route.
Welp, now my night time raids are going to get fucking annoying. Thanks tweak
Bro c'mon in na everyone and their mom is doing night raids
@@steveng7007 not on my servers lol
As an Old-School EFT Player, I hope this tip helps you new players:
*** HAVE A NOTEPAD/ POST-IT WITH A LIST OF WHAT YOU HAVE TO PICK UP ***
I notice a lot of new players spend so much in the Flee Market buying items that they can find in-raid. This is most especially to building a hide-out. What I do is that I have post-its that have quest items i need and how many plus hideout things I need and how many. That way, I don't spend for hideout building.
Use tarkov tracker my friend, it's a digital notepad with every item u need, it even tells you what u need FiR
@@nukolol3577 thanks for the tip! Now I feel so old hahaha
Night time raids have been full of PMCs this wipe. Slowed my early progression a lot but I'm still lvl 35 with 135 raids
I was thinking "don't hesitate to run TF away" when that part came up and I laughed my ass off when you said it. 🤣
The tactic i am doing early wipe is scream I WILL GET YOU! on voip followed by nade and then dip. They will wait there for my push while i am already miles away.
Fuckin love it dude. 😀
@@stephennutter4188 i mastered rat tactics
That's hilarious 😂
i did a nighttime raid on shoreline trying to finish the first peacekeeper quest and the quest place was contested with 3 people trying to do it aswell.
I did run into a man running a slick but I put him down with the new break action
Thanks. I hit lvl 40 yesterday. My friends always ask me "How do you level so fast?". a) Quests! b) play my PMC, not my Scav as a main. Especially early wipe scav times skyrocket. While my friends waited top 30 mins finding a server for a scav run, it took me max 3 mins for finding a server for my PMC!
We love tweak!
really thought this man was about to tell us to try speed lmaoo
Like always another great video
Night time is worse then day raids because of content creators this wipe.
Night time raids are nice, but you'll occasionally run into nvg users or some hackers with built in thermals
Alot more people are night raiding this wipe. More than I've ever seen. Still less crowded than daytime
I’ve been killed by pmcs more at night than day.
So I've been noticing EKO has been carrying me with the 366 AK. Idk if it was buffed or I just slept on it, bit I've been killing people with lvl 4 and I'm like 80% it's been from blunt dmg because the armor will still have like half durability but I get the thorax kill.
EKO is just like that tbh. It’s pretty stronk!
Everytime I think I got better at the game, I bring out my best gear , I die without firing a shot
yeah that’s the point, learn your mistakes, kit up go again for hundreds of more hours.
Pretty shit experience had it myself
Run your best all the time
I have a really hard time leveling quickly after I hit around 13. I have so many tasks now that it's difficult for me to keep all of them in mind while out questing. I already do the whole, "Oh I'll need this 3m armor so I'll grab it now" stuff. I get so overwhelmed on what to do that I end up doing stuff inefficiently. Like i feel like I'm doing what everyone else is doing, but it seems like it's taking me 10x longer
If you have a second monitor, use word pad and list it over there. Or what I used to do is write it on a sticky note or piece of paper and place it by your monitor so you can glance at it real quick. I list everything I’m looking for there so I don’t have to be a brain wizard. Lol
When i first started playing i was the same way. I ended up just writing the tasks down on a piece of paper or making a sticky note on my desktop for stuff i was actively looking for.
There is actually a notes tab in the menu if you go to your quests page and I use that and create a new page for each of the maps and write down brief summaries of what I need to do and you can type and edit this in raid. It’s just a little helpful keeping track when I’m trying to do multiple quests in one raid. But we likely have another 6 months until wipe again so just take your time even if you have to do one quest at a time! Trust me when I say that there are still so many people who are just barely getting to level 10
You dont need to do it all in one raid. Go in and work on one or two. IF you try to do several you'll just get yourself killed anyhow. The game is made to make so many runs on every map its crazy...dont stress about getting it all in one shot.
@@ChrisLove887 that's what I do
ok but the naked guy with a mosin might have my croutons AHHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA CROUTONSDONT EXIST ANYMOREEEEEEREDDED
Good video!
I watched this video and my PMC's jaw line became more defined and his bulge increased 3 sizes
Decent tips. I've got better questions to ask myself in raid now. Thanks good sir
You won me, im on the same level with you on this. And for that reason Imma subscribe
Idk night time is bipolar for me, either zero threats or a guy annihilating me with a thermal scope
How are people going so fast? Speed. -Best tip in the video by far
My load out now lol is the new single shot bolt sniper, pair headphones and a face mask.
If you're not shooting, you should be moving. If you're not moving, you should be reloading. And ideally reload and move at the same time. And if you're moving, don't stop at the next position. The bad guy has already thought of that. Stay ahead of the fight. Fight one target at a time (get them isolated, or where the others can't hit you.) ... Move, rinse, repeat.
Nice job on your weight loss, bro 👏
lol speed!?!?!? more like more time in game. thanks for the video bud appreciate it always something good in these
6:30 mosin vs Altyn, happened to me once, I had a ulach but had 3 players gear on me, was STACKED and he got a lucky head shot 😂
Yup, reposition gives you a high advantage, even if you run one tree behind you.
This has been the easiest wipe as far as finding quest locked items. Keys are a little hard to find, but if you're struggling its you
For some reason im having a realy hard time finding flashdrives,iv looted alot of safes and filing cabinets, no luck what so ever, any tips for me?

@@justinkedgetor5949 same, found one finally yesterday and managed to die… almost got intel 2 so I’ll finally get those damn flash drives
Ive died more on night time customs than day time lol..I wish it were true this wipe.

Imma be honest for the people who complain about time to play. Don’t compare yourself to these streamers. Tarkov is basically meant for streamers, or teenagers with no jobs are are popping adderal and playing 18 hours a day. Have your fun, but you just won’t be like them unless you do that lol. And that’s okay.
You forgot to mention the high volume of Furry's that play the game and the fact that one of the major private cheat engines for the game is named Foxy. The number of cheating neckbeards with low self esteem is impressive. The tarkov community is wretched and shallow.
How can you say a game is just for streamers the only reason you think that is because streamers tell you just like this video you need to lvl “fast” and do quest fast and rush rush rush make money hurry and y’all listen I have a 6 day a week job working 12hrs a day and I play maybe 1 hour at night once the kids sleep and the wife is taken care of 😉, and because I don’t let someone tell me how fast to play and get to end game asp I have so much fun with the game.
The game isnt meant for streamers. Its just that people play more. Its a thing in any game ever made. Some people just play more and that is totally ok
Idk I have a full time job that I work roughly 50 to 55 hours a week, and a wife and a child. I can only play maybe 1 to 4 hours a day, if I'm lucky. I'm level 35 and running only class 5-6 with pretty much meta guns right now. The key to keeping up is rushing quests when you play so that you can unlock all the important things from traders so you can play comfortably. It's also important to learn where to go for kits and money. If you can learn how to kill 1 rogue and extract on lighthouse without getting greedy, you can get several kits (I have 6 hex grids sitting in stash from this so far) from like 8 minutes of playing each raid.
@@mysliceoflife5420 how much Adderall do you take?
Lvl 2 Yeager mp-18 and a .357 with SP is king right now.
Well early wipe pvp is fun though
I have a full time job 2 kids and I play 6 hours a week more if im lucky. Pls don't pm in game when I have to rat to kill there's no right wrong way to play
Tarkov tip: take two hours out of my day to hit caches. -tweak …. How do you say I have no responsibilities without actually saying it
bro i did 9 task in one raid this wipe
dude i have literally 4 scav junkboxes full of stuff i just find and toss in there xD i dont really sell them since i know im gonna need some of them for quests and hideout, my stash is worth 40 mil but i barely got 100k in rubles XD
My biggest tip for my 3k hours is to use the mosin asap while questing and you aren't having to use a specific weapon. Getting that sniper level up quickly helps so you can get past the level 3 barrier or jaegar, and keep on getting those tarkov sniper quests out of the way. Especially if you're doing quests where you are specifically trying to avoid pvp.
Everyone is going to go on night time raids now.
Cultists say hi
I get rekt by scavs on my nighttime raids... I'll try with a flash light though
The longer you're exposed to scavs the higher chance of getting head eyes. Breaking line of sight for a few moments can sometimes reset their aggro so you can jump them again
Woods caches all day.
Two hours a day doing cache runs lol. xD Hm... "Hey, girlfriend! You're fired!" Ok, I can now do 2 hours a day cache runs! YAY!
But lets ask the real question..... Where in the hell do I find an Awl?
Flea market
Village at woods is where i get them
I was struggling too. Went to the back of interchange shelves and 2 in the same spot!
I've gotten about 7 from the shelves in the back of Goshen. 3 were on scav runs. So people don't seem to be checking there.
@@armed_but_blind2768 big oof

I play on Europe (not auto) any server recomendations?
Not sure, I'm playing USA east and I don't think I've seen a hacker yet. But I've been having a hard time in gunfights though. Despite my sights being on someone and my rounds just not connecting its very annoying. Feels like moa is bugged or there's dsync going on
I hate shoreline with a passion. Night raid shoreline for quests, and worst case? Just afk in a bush to go resort late.

just play a lot then lern from your mistakes and allways try to engage players because its good to lern dosent matter if you are an rat or an chad

Night raids does not mean no pvp.
Tips to become a better Tarkov player.
Stop using scav guns, stop using low tier ammo unless you plan to shoot everyone in the face, learn maps where to go and where not to go depending on the spawn you get,
Don't be a wuss and get in to fights if you don't then you will never learn,
Always carry heavy and light bleed medical items and last but not least don't try and play like landmark because you will never be that good or have the experience he has since he has been playing for years.
Tip 1: Dont Run into a cheater.
Tip 2: Good fucking luck.
Lmfao an hour to two hours a day is all most people have to game.
'run caches'
This game is for streamers and teenagers wtf.
Not hating.. but sometimes I feel like tarkov players forget some of us are just here for the pvp.. I assumed this was going to be a pvp video. "How to get gud.. use wiki and do stash runs and quests."
How to have fun.. buy shotgun of choice and farm people... do quests on the side. Stash all the expensive parts of guns you get and sell it. Eventually you'll have too many kits.. and guns that that I started selling slicks and hexas to and I'm pretty sure I've had quest rewards and insurance returns despawn. Hope they fix the sound/netcode/AI and general need to devour all your ram.
just buy eod
DONT USE LESS THAN 55 DURA!! Ur gun will jam mid fight
cache not cash. he should’ve just said stash’s
I have less then 100k rubles going to 0. I.keep.dieing.
Real answer is their jobs is playing games lol
"How to be a better tarkov player" - don't play the game. Kappa
jokes aside, I haven't touched tarkov in a while now and even with the wipe it hasn't gotten me back into it.. Played last wipe to level 37 then stopped.. I wish I could get so hooked on the game as you do Dave, but maybe one day I'll fall in love again with Tarkov! Probably when Arena comes out and I can play it casually as a FPS like Val etc.. Still play the normal game too tho
...don´t be Pastily!
Smh at some point you gotta let people just be bad so there are more timmys out there as bullet sponges. Stop being so damn helpful ffs

Unreal how you think
@@Elite_EM i have one question how many raids do you have this wipe
@@CitizenLoc real simple, you ask any tarkov player with at least 1,000 hours, they will all answer the same. The best tarkov experience is early wipe. last wipe lasted WEEKS this one didnt even last one week. They have major considerations to make for this "game mode" of tarkov. If not for arena coming I would have uninstalled already. The key to being "good at tarkov" is TIME. Nothing else, other than a cheat client. How can good players who have a life compete? Its impossible.
@@arcadeslum5882 just play the game and grind dont mater how much time u have. If u dont like it play call of duty
Pretty little finger nails
Pretty weak tips tbh
They are good some peoples have a lot of trouble with them.
They might sound weak but i seen so many players taking unnecessary fights and losing their inventory due to this decision making and same goes with re-peaking so many players have this habit from other games and they keep doing and dying to this. Speed there are lot of people who are afraid to complete 2 quests at once they just go for one because it's more comfortable to them to do just one, another is stashes many newcomers in Tarkov struggle with money and you can make a lot like million in 7-8 good raids just with beta container hitting stashes and barrels i had to teach this my friend because he didn't know how to get money in Tarkov.
I don't like the take on this video. You suggest the people have to freak out and rush as fast as possible through the content so they don't get behind? Can't we as the tarkov community just take a breather and take our time? I hate this meta be as efficient as possible stuff so much
