I always do my first few raids on Woods. Head to the village by the car extract. Loads of scavs, loads of shotguns to help get the first tasks done.
I actually do that as well I also tend to just do night raids. Makes life easier

I thought i was going crazy not finding flash drives sticking out of PC's. Im convinced they got rid of it. I only find them in filing cabinets now.

Night raids are great, helped me complete a bunch of those stupid quests where you have to stash stuff for 30 seconds.
Gotta be honest man when you said night time raids I laughed but after playing 8-10 night games on woods I’m all looted up and only ran into 2 scavs you are definitely right about night raids I love them now.
great video and keep up the awesome content, one thing id add everyone should keep 1 golden lion 1 bronze cat and 4 horses(therapist trade), it will get you a docs case early on and can get those item from safes so its a good thing to keep ur eyes out for while doing customs safe runs. hope everyone enjoys the wipe.
Idk why but after you mentioned night raids, i randomly started wondering what streets will look like during night raids, curious to see if it’s gonna be just these dark streets and buildings or if street lamps and other various lights throughout the city are going to be lit and give nighttime streets like a downtown nightlife kinda vibe (outside of the facts that there isn’t gonna be a functioning society and you know.. everyone’s gonna be shooting at each other obviously)

As a new player who just got this game a few months ago, and not lvl 15 yet (lvl 13) im actually really enjoying these pre wipe events, feels more accessable to me than the other events this year
It’s the best time to learn bro. Take advantage of rushing and learning basic guns and dying and playing. It will make the fresh wipe way easier because remember the better players will still be here and we’ll still rock out with basic kits. Get ahead of the curve now
@@Boosted_aj very true. Id say i have a decent understanding of the base game, to have a good 1st wipe. Theres still loads for me to learn tho, like i couldnt motivate myself to lvl up traders by doing quests (didnt know and didnt really want to bc i just wanna loot and shoot people) but this pre wipe event that made traders basically offer lvl 3 weapons and armor, i still cant buy armor piercing 9 x 19 ammo. So the carbines and pistols i wanted to try, are nerf guns lol. Wont make that mistake after wipe im def getting questing out of the way first
salewas, keys, flashdrives, gas analyzers and weapons and weapons mods - all this can be faund in one raid on Reserve as scav. Highly recommend it
FYI - I will try to update the hideout flowchart in the wiki with the gym module as quickly as I can; but it will probably take me a week or two. Hopefully BSG doesn't make any other changes to the hideout module & trader pre-requisites.

9:30 I just wanted to add that you need to examine stuff to hit level 2, which is when you unlock the jaeger quest. But yes, I would recommend rushing that quest, first thing to do when you get the chance to get ingame. Otherwhise its gonna be really annoying for the whole day :D

Those ammos are great the first week of the wipe.
My go-to looting map is Lighthouse at night. The amount of good loot spots is obsurd, and it has a decent amount of hidden stashes, dead scavs, duffle bags and the chalets are full of good loot too. That's before you get to the water treatment buildings, which are full of good high value loot.

It depends, im new, dont have lvl 2 traders, and armor piercing 9 x 19 isnt possible to get at my lvl. I was abv a pmc on factory and put 500 dmg worth of bullets into the top of his head, helmet absorbed it all. And he was in a headglitch-ish spot looking down so the top of his head was all i could hit. I was so mad lol
@@Kinetically616TTV that’s the thing, that is a very specific situation, 9/10 someone has ammo better than your helmet and you will still get 1 tapped

I usually scav from 1-15 then after flea I scav alot less since you can do things like stash run.
First raid I did was woods and it was an all out Warzone, but I waited it out until about 25 minutes left and out of nowhere a plane spawns in with no audio and drops a supply drop right over me. I’m 99% sure I was the only one who saw it so I got my fill along with Jaeger’s note and got out of there.

You can find gas analysers really easily by searching tech crates around the customs expansion, they spawn soooo often in tech crates.

Night time stash runs on customs, shoreline or woods is a legit way to stack awesome gear and items, then sell for fat stacks on the flea

Nighttime raids are king but I have had some weirdly sweaty nighttime Woods battles this wipe!
These videos sleep on Shoreline for most of this - Ton of Jackets, stashes are insane and at least 3 open safes you can grab. its a hidden treasure and its pretty quite
decent tech spawns, at least 10 computers in the resort area alone, filing cabinets, and a whole bunch of duffle bags and med bags. Tweak put out a money making guide for shoreline a while back and I run that route a LOT now. With some slight ... tweaks. :D
This is how I speed built my strength and endurance. Haul ass thru the stashes and by the end you’re waaay overweight and loaded with gear. Don’t let me catch you out there😂
My goal this wipe is to do as few of scav runs as possible.
(I'm not going to spend time in my scav to make money to then lose it on my pmc) id just go in a pmc raid with nothing rather than hand another pmc free gear
Just run a factory scav. Run straight to extract with what you have on your character. It takes less than 60 seconds to extract so you can get back on your PMC.

i cant understand why ppl waste time on scav runs. U can do the same thing as a pmc + lvl up skills.
Scav karma, and you don’t have to spend money for a free kit in which you can sell, it’s not wasting time, it’s free money, and you should 100% use your scavs early on

@@Vune_GG scav eq is allways broken, u lvl pmc 2x slower by playing scav. For past 3-4 wipes, i didnt event touch scav. Scav karma is a care bear factory in a pvp game...

how do i put flashlights on guns early wipe? i see the one flashlight you can buy but its not letting me put it on any of the starting guns or pistols.

Pretty solid advice. I'd recommend to old and new players alike to NOT go to Lighthouse, at least not for the first couple weeks. After a couple of weeks, I'll probably stop playing, and then y'all can go. Thanks 😊

Scav factory, if the time is less than 13 minutes u can run straight out im pretty sure so if u have a labs card or 40k stack of cash just run the hell outta there
All of my friends tell me how dumb I am for never bringing a backpack in. It never hurts me. Quality loot selection can fit in your rig until you kill something.

I bought tarkov 2 weeks ago paid 100$ for the medium stash and alot came with it will I loose it all?
When wipe hits it resets your stash to what it was like when you bought the game. Your stash size will be the same, and you'll get all your starting weapons over again.
At this point it's better to do daytime raids as there is a lot more traffic during nighttime raids and a hell lot more PVP. People seem to be following the streamer tips about nighttime raids.

Not sure if you mean starting guns as the ones in your stash or not. But lots of guns kick ass early wipe. It's really the time where most weapons shine since you're not running into Chad's with an rd704 and lvl 5 armor. A really fun gun I love to run early on is the sr1mp. You get great scav smashing ability, while still being able to pick up 2 more guns and to top it off its fairly cheap if you make the gunpowder. Does a decent job against pmcs if you can make your shots count too
@@justinsajec1196 I meant guns other than the starting guns that are actually useful even for later wipe. I hate the sks with a passion but when you show up late to a wipe, the sks and Mosin are your only real weapons of choice until you unlock weaponsike the shr1mp

How do you get a pistol with a flashlight at the start?
If you went USEC it's easier. Your Beretta pistols will take just about any flashlight. If not, go buy a Beretta or Sig from Peacekeeper. Or a Glock from Mechanic. You can buy a Surefire XC1 flashlight or Glock GTL flashlight from Mechanic LL1. Slap those on any of the guns mentioned. (They also go on any other weapon with rails. Boom, done.)
Further tip: The GTL is a tactical combo, so it also has a laser, which you can run the light, the laser, or light and laser. It's a bit more expensive than buying the XC1 or the NcStar Tactical Blue Laser (from Skier), but you get more functionality overall. You start with 500k rubles, so this is easily done. Don't be afraid to spend a little bit to make your life much better.
You also do not need a workbench for this, you can always just slap parts on. But I do recommend getting workbench up and going as quick as you can. It gives you the gun builder, but also allows you to start leveling crafting and hideout skills, and also supplements income. The crafting stations actually allow you to just *make* some quest items too.

If you are new at the game and go to dorms, you will die. Learn how to do jacket run + safe in burning gas station ⛽️ on shoreline. There is videos on how to jump through the fire. Check the pier safe also. Run out repeat. Go night 🌙

Tarkov wipe is only good for people who can play every day. The game is kind of going downhill anyways I've been playing since it went live and spent all that money on eod just to get a ban and told that it couldn't be overturned and had to purchase again
