I'm new to tarkov so I desperately needed this. Would love to see a breakdown of customs cause those prapor and skier missions are killing me. I will say I love scav runs on shoreline as I usually spawn in the last 14 minutes. I hit up the swamp caches, almost nobody touches them and I always get good stuff (good for a beginner I guess, but still)
Customs is definitely being worked on and will be added to the series. Pumped that you found the video helpful and there is nothing wrong with looting caches :) they have some killer loot!
Map and spawn knowledge was the most helpful thing when I started. It makes a massive difference in planning and reacting accordingly.

Great Video. When i hear a calm voice in a guide i get right away a good feeling. For me personally, i am the most unsecure at the cottages/ village. Its so difficult to estimate if people are there and how they move thru the area.

Thank you so much! Cottages is a tough one especially if you start popping off early game, it just feels like someone is watching you. If I spawn in near the broken down village, I always sit in a bush for 1-2 minutes and just let people rotate before I slip into cottages. Everyone’s gut instinct is to run full speed the moment they spawn in.

Thanks, nice video about Shoreline. You can talk about it for hours and not tell everything. When I spawn at the blue fence, however, I go directly to the high ground, a little further to the right of your marked position and look towards the drone and the level towards the scout tower. From there you can also search the cliff edge at the weather station and see if anyone is sitting there looking towards the water. When I spawn at the stone arch, I run to the back to see if you can still catch the blue fence spawn if it's there.
So many good angles and approaches man! Most people don’t have a good pathing but I’m glad you found a great one also :) great approach!

There is a sneaky way up at the bottom of the weather station (coast side) where you can wall walk up a rockslide. I have taken out 5 mans here multiple times because they couldn't understand how I was hit and running them. If you wanted direct engagement from that coastline spawn, run south straight up onto the first hill and wait for fools to run across the open fields in front of you.

Also with shooter born your best chance to snipe on this map is to catch people running towards Resort rather then when their in there already. Watch exits and entries to the area and catch people when they have no cover

Nice video! I'd consider myself a good, high level player and I agree on all of these points. Map knowledge/spawn points are key to knowing how to not die in the first 5 minutes.

really enjoyed this video but i may mention that when approaching weather from crane the area is very open and i see a lot of people on the rocks at weather watching that area towards crane i would be pusing it as fast as possible and going straight up the cliff face as there is some parkour that allows you to go straight up

Really sick video! When you were drawing over pier, all the red kinda stacked up and made things confusing as a whole. If you're able to, you might wanna consider drawing with different colors for different things to avoid the issue in the future. Definitely gonna be showing this to new people I play with though, very informative.

Lots of good information here. Only criticism would be to maybe add ingame screenshots of some of the key areas you're talking about, although I understand that would take up more of your time.
Excellent for beginners. Suffered much to learn this first hand lol. I hate this map except for resort. Don’t forget to bring melodonin and sj6. and mule if you’re looting

@@avidgaming15 it’s important content. While game tries to be immersive, the concept of timer + player spawns and where they’re likely to traverse over time is kind of a flaw of efts current gameplay loop. Id guess it’s something most noobs don’t even think about for awhile but it’s one of the most important things to learn.
Great video, well explained. Perhaps a larger cursor and some more colors to denote the importance of different area. Or different colors to denote different spawn paths so they don’t bleed together too much. Either way very good video I’m just nitpicking

Useful video, not content I see a lot of. It'd probably be a lot of work, but if you could add B roll of raids in these areas in addition to the map drawings, I think it'd make it timeless.

Dang this video is great but I was waiting to hear about the village. Like if I spawn there, how safe is it to loot?
Just be sure to look at potential PMC spawns. If I go to cottages, I go late raid. If you spawn in near the town just be aware that there are potential PMC’s north of you near Path to Lighthouse.

There is a difference between obstructing visuals of yourself for 2 minutes for PMC’s to rotate and ratting in a bush for 25 minutes
