The magnum in the 3rd mission: kill the guard behind the couch (4th guard) without being seen in the dark. To achieve it, kill the guards from the fartest point as you can. You missed that bro. 😅 Great video! Love this game!
I thought there was a gun in the Carrington Institute gun range during the siege but maybe my memory serves me incorrectly. Regardless awesome job with this. So pumped for the new one coming out!
Your memory is good, there is indeed a weapon there, a RC-P120(the one that turn you invisible in secondary mode). This is one of the objective, you have to get that weapon in order to finish the mission, that's why I didn't considered it as a hidden weapon.
Thank you. I realize I didn't write it in the description but I played with mouse and keyboard, it helps with the aiming and the headshots. I can't be that quick and precise with a N64 controller.
One thing missed. The elvis mission for area 51 once you get fully out of the autopsy lab, but just before you get to the containment lab, if you throw the dragon and have it blow up. Some random blue guard falls from the ceiling. Lol.
Yup, one thing I didn't realize until recently is that, despite what some guides say, you can actually get that even when the big pillar isn't one of the targets you have to put the target amplifier on. There's a weak spot where a fallen pillar touches the big one, if you hit it with a devastator, you'll destroy the big pillar, no need to reset the stage.
Getting the phoenix in this level makes the last objective of the mission a cake walk, since the explosion caused from the phoenix second fire mode will make the boss blow up his rockets in his own face, instantly depleting his shield and forcing him to recharge and your fight will be too easy on any difficulty.
As an expert player, I knew every one of them, except the Double Phoenix in the Skedar level. Thanks for that one. Yeah the Phoenix in the second Area 51, that one is hard to get. But nothing satisfies me more than taking the DY357-LX from Trent in terms of not using cheats for it. That gun is actually the original Golden Gun from the Man with the Golden Gun novel.
This comment has probably already been made, but I thought I'd reiterate: For the very second hidden weapon, the laptop gun in the first level... you *dont* have to follow that guy so that he'll open the door. Simply open the door to the right of the locked door, look to your left and face the locked door, and then try opening. If you get the angle right, you'll open the locked door from (what the game thinks) is the inside of that small room, as the door cannot lock from the inside or you'd of course get stuck. It's a very handy little trick that works on all difficulties, though, I'm not sure if the laptop gun is there in the lower difficulties.
DataDyne Research - nice strat, this one was always a pain in the There's more ammo for the Psychosis Gun on Maian SOS in the second lab with the Alien on the operating table
11:25 Nice technique for this one ! Had a bug where the door opens by itself. To get this result, you have to shoot the gun of the guy guarding the door at 12:05. He will eventually drop his gun just in front of the door, allowing him to open the door regardless of the lock. Happens to me a few time when I was I kid, still didn't remember that you have to knock down the first guy haha
a lot of these ive stumbled into without knowing the exact conditions, the airport level for example i was just simply knocking everyone out cause if they are all out cold BEFORE it gets attacked, none of them have to die, then id randomly get double magnums doing that, so i kept doing that... i never concluded it was all of the guys in blue attire that had to be knocked out specifically. though that section in chigago stealth? never knew about that one in the slightest
There's actually a Rocket Launcher hidden with NPC's that arent killable or interactable if you go BACK DOWNSTAIRS in DD Extraction. Noone ever goes back down there lol! But when you do, the lights are on and 1 of the rooms has them
True, after you get the card key, going back down and into the room in the right corner (can only be opened with the card), the room will have standing enemies that won't even move at all and can't be killed and there's an ammo box on the floor, that is actually a rocket launcher

Amazing video. I never understood the point of the proximity mines in AF1.. you have to give up all your equipment anyway. Are they retrieved on the plane in the next mission?
One thing I wish in this game that kind of bothered me is I wish more guards in more levels could throw grenades just like they could in Goldeneye. You only have area 51 where they can throw grenades. The other thing, is you often had areas wasted. Chicago you had that area inside one of the buildings with the double falcon 2 scope. Another area was area 51 where you pick up the Phoenix. Maybe picking up Elvis gun could have been a side objective. Other annoying thing is how can perfect dark have a falcon 2 silencer or a scope but you can't combine the two together? Last but not least the final level of skedar, if you use the rounds from the grenade launcher too soon even if you pick up the Phoenix, you still fail the mission. Last bit not least in Carrington institute how did the skedar take hostages when they were wearing datadyne clothing. Another goofy thing, how did most of the guards not have alarms they could trigger or call out ahead to the next guard? If you were detected, you'd have guard after guard showing up. Overall it was a good game there lived up to it's time, but looking back I did have a handful of issues with it.
Because it doesn't really make sense for guards to be carrying grenades in most of the levels. A skyscraper, an underground lab, Chicago streets, a 747 or a submarine aren't places where you want to be throwing explosives. Using all the grenades doesn't fail Skedar ruins. You'll get the failed message but if you use the Phoenix in the right spot or jump into the shrine the objective will change back to incomplete. No idea what you're talking about with the DD uniforms in CI defense.
What graphics settings is this using? The game looks so crisp compared to when I played on 1964GEPD, even though the HUD looked better on that version. There are also less areas where you can see through the corners of the geometry on your version.
The N-Bomb in the G5 Building mission won't appear in Agent difficulty. You also must put the remote mine on the upper exit door during the previous mission. In other words: play Chicago mission on Special or Perfect Agent difficulty, put the remote mine on the exit on the top of the emergency stairs, finish the mission, play through the next mission(G5 Building), the N-Bomb should be there.
