This double wide is a brand new model and you can see how they continue to raise the bar on these homes! The manufacturer for this home is Franklin Structures. The model for this home is the "Yellowstone." This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,400 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Love the master bathroom. The big room in the back is all for my husband. He can put in his leather club chairs and have the porch for his cigars.

I just realized at the beginning of the video you said you would show us 'everything'! Except for the occasional pantry or utility room you do. I have seen some 'tours' where the guy is going through the house so fast it is unbelievable and some all you see of a bedroom is what he shows through the door as he walks up the hall! I appreciate you taking the time to look at the things that people want to see! Now I have to watch the video. Thank you for your efforts!

I can't say enough about this home. Love the kitchen, master bedroom and bath. Laundry closet leading to utility room is a genius idea. The stone, wood, square sinks, barn door and stainless steel appliances are all my favorites. The only negative for me is the carpet. Thank you for showing this great home and for being yourself.

Chance you are a trooper. I went to look at manufactured homes this weekend in 90+ degree heat. I had to sleep the rest of the day because I overheated. I couldn't do what you're doing! On the plus side I got to see just how massive some of the homes are you showed on your channel. Sometimes the camera simply can't capture how spacious they are. Keep up the good work 👍

The cabinet in the master bath would end up a laundry chute sense it opens up into the utility room
Or a good hiding area if you have young kids.
I would use that extra room as a quilting room where my friends can come and spend the day!!

The master bathroom closet pass-thru would be great for a custom laundry basket and when it is time to do laundry you can pull it into the laundry room

I agree. Who puts a tub right by the door. I dint care if there's a door. It doesn't make sense.
Tami,I agree with you. I commented on the tub being in front the door. Tub and shower should be at the back wall and vanity and closets near the door.
I would feel a little exposed taking a bath right there...even if I had door closed. I think I'd be looking over my shoulder to see who might be coming through. It's a beautiful house though!
That was why I would swap the shower and bath. You know a man designed it because he thought the tub would look great there, but never gave a moments thought to actually using it.

This is an example of better separation of main living spaces. During family get- togethers, the ladies tend to congregate in the kitchen while the men hang and watch the game. I think this works out for everyone.

I really enjoyed this home! I loved the kitchen, guest/kid bedrooms, family rooms and master bedroom. I think both the guest bathroom and master bathroom need some help.

That back room with bathroom off it is a great party room for football games or social event.
I love the kitchen cupboards they are beautiful in color. I love the porches and the front door. I also love the barn doors. The den would make a beautiful big bedroom. I like that cabinet in the bathroom that goes to the utility room you can put a laundry basket in there and go to the utility room and get your basket. Just a beautiful home.

Loving the layout and overall awesome size, but not a fan of the natural wood, knots and all, look of the cabinets. Give me antique white cabinets, with grey and weathered whiskey barrel colored marble vinyl flooring. Absolutely yes to an entertainment room. One with a giant screen and reclining theater seating. There is so much greatness in this home! Nearly perfect. My only and onlyyy issue continues to be small bedrooms 😫 I’ve previously commented how a huge master is a must. And this master I love. It gives plenty of space to work with. 👍👍👍 but the other rooms are just so small. I’d probably knock down one wall and turn those two side by side rooms into one. Also mini-walk in closets in all rooms. Other than that I’d say this home is great. A division between the kitchen and dining area would give this home a major plus as well.
The end room with the porch would be my art studio.

This is probably my favorite home you’ve shown so far. Thank you. I really like those cabinets in the master bath that go through to the utility room. You can put your dirty clothes hamper in there. And then when it’s time for laundry as you have to do is pull it out the other side.

Great layout! Get rid of all the carpeting! Is rather have French doors off the Dining room rather than sliding. Also cabinets and countertops need to be changed as well as the shower tile. But the home is beautiful and large! Very nice! Love the stone fireplace!

Beautiful! I would set up that second den as a space for my desktop computer, install a Murphy bed, and have sitting area, but would have beach theme. I also would ask them to turn the porch into another bathroom with a closet. Out of town family! Grandkids! And wow that master en suite! Whew man! I would spend a lot of evenings soaking in that tub listening to music! Old bones and muscles need to soak!
I love your videos Chance!! I’m not looking to buy a new home we just bought a older farmhouse home 3yrs ago and we have been doing a lot of updates to since we moved in.. And I get a lot of my ideas from videos.. And have got a lot I want to do after seeing your videos!! My husband tells me to stay off your videos it’s costing him to much money-🤣... I would like to see a pass through from the utility room or an outside wall where the garage would be added on straight to the pantry that way you aren't dragging supplies all the way through the house especially in the winter and cooling down the whole house. Go straight from vehicle to pass through door hatch 👍😊
That is the most interesting master bath that I've seen yet. The kitchen sink is in the wrong place again. I'd knock out the dining area and expand the kitchen.
You were close, Chance. The European red deer ( Cervus elaphus Linnaeus 1758 )and our elk (Cervus elaphus canadensis)are the same species (The words "Linnaeus" and "canadensis" refer to subspecies, but the species name for both deer is elaphus.)

@@chanceshomeworld Your welcome. My first home was a Fuqua Double-wide in Republic, Mo in 1973 when I came back from SE Asia and went to college at SW Missouri in Springfield.. I am 70 now and really enjoy how much they have improved over the years.

I haven't gotten all the way through the video yet but I have to say this at family room is a dream for anybody who has a home business, whether that be an insurance salesman, massage therapist, beautician, or any one of a great number of home businesses, because it has it's own separate entrance, bathroom and some type of a coat closet is there as well, right? That space would require nothing more than a door to close off the hallway and entire rest of the house! I'm loving this one!
Okay, done! Also love the cabinets, pantry, children's run/drive-thru cabinet from bath to u-til-tee room! (Around and around..Lol. ;) But most of all, the double-sided master bathroom! Who could ask for more? :)

I like the back porch/patio. 😍 I haven't seen the inside yet! 🤪 I came back after viewing this home. It is one of my absolute favorites that isn't a Deer Valley. I would do different cabinets in the kitchen. But a butcher counter top the color of the cabinets would look nice. I am sure with all the inflation the house is more now. Hey Chance maybe get a price update for the video. Not just because I said so....😂🤪😜 I am looking it up after posting.

Twisted was one of my favorites 80’s game. I love this house, the rock on the outside and then on the fireplace inside is classy. Love the kitchen but where is the microwave? Pantry dance, love that it has wood shelves. The utility room dies need a sink. Love the Master bedroom and bath. The porch is cool too and I would put one on the front

I dont know if its possible when taking the homes but I would find it helpful to know the size of the rooms and maybe have the upgrade list so you could say this is an upgrade for the particular place. Sometimes the rooms look smaller than they are.

I’ve been to Hawks Homes, they are always nice! So cool that you came to AR Chance. This layout is very nice, but I don’t like that the cabinets aren’t consistent throughout. I’m a little picky though
