This double wide offers so many upgrades and features you won't see in other homes!! The manufacturer for this house is Sunshine Homes. The model for this home is the "Rock Ridge." ACCESSIBLE HOUSE!!!! Speaking as a disabled person, when I saw the ramp, i started to spaz and it only got better and better as you went along! All the open space, wide doorways and accessible counter space. Just stunning. And honestly the rumpus room at the end could easily be converted to an in-law suite for elderly parents
I love Chance. I don't know where he's from but he makes me sooooo homesick for Alabama. Great representation of a laid back, cool ass Southern gentleman.

Yesterday, I clicked on a video from a group in Kentucky and let me tell you, I DIDNT watch more than a minute of it as the voice over just droned on and on and kept repeating the same thing 3 and 4 times or more. So Chance, thank you for sharing some humour, some fun, and at least a bit of verbal communication talent!!!

Beautiful front of home! Love the large utility room! Great bonus room, I always wanted an office/library! Awesome selection of cabinets, flooring and carpet! I love the crown moldings! Love the master shower but make it a roll-in!

I totally agree it warmed my heart it made me smile I said FINALLY! The disabled and wheelchair-bound people are usually your biggest clientele and elderly people who can't climb stairs as well

They didn't hold back on the decorating of this one...you really feel like you are walking into someone's home. I love it. Even dog food! lol!!! These people know how to stage a home!! Forget the kids!!! lol!! That's momma's get away. Loving the access to the closet from the bathroom.

This is it! The closest I've seen to what we want. Hopefully they can add a half bath.
I love this layout ! The back area with the sink and “movie room” I would make that room have carpet and the bar area would have the wooden floors ! Other than that this house is super neat !

Growing up, my parents built a beautiful home. My brother, sister and I had nice sized bedrooms with huge closets. Our parent's room was huge. The kitchen and living room were big, with a brick fireplace in the living room and another below it in the finished basement. The basement had a laundry room, a wine room and storage, and a huge family room, with a pool table. I grew up shooting pool and would love to have my own table again.
Now I'm in Nana mode, with 3 granddaughters, 16, 14 & 11, so I wouldn't need the bar or TV room but what a great pool room!
Chance, this home is gorgeous. The room could be a bar, an art room or play room or even an office. Love the home cinema room too. I giggled because I thought you had moved your clothes into the master closet. ☺

That house is definitely a mans dream house! The theater room, the game room, the bar! Every mans dream! Nice closet in the master! Nice layout. The kitchen island looks like a landing strip! Love the tile in the shower. It’s a huge house...every kid, good and bad, has a good closet!

This is a nice house.The doors leading to the master bedroom and closet need to be pocket doors to save room. My other suggestion for saving video space is to do a slow span around each room rather than quick motions back-and-forth and back-and-forth and back-and-forth. A slow scan would give your viewers the opportunity to view the room in detail rather than you having to go back-and-forth and back-and-forth.
My favorite so far! My kids are grown but this would work for the grandkids, too. First bedroom would make a great craft room!

Good evening Chance and everyone! 😃 Wonderful home! I love that the drop zone and coat closet is right there when you walk in, awesome! The extra rooms in the back of the house are spectacular for game rooms or a family meeting or volunteer to help out in the distribution of food, clothing, or items that people need.

I really like this home, it’s the only one I’ve seen that has disabled access. Although I don’t like the square pillar that’s in there, it breaks up the flow. Great tour as ever, take care and stay safe.

Love it! I too love a sink in the Utility room and I love the added room. I don't drink but it would be good for kids and entertaining. This is definitely my favorite so far.

The theatre room and bar were an amazing surprise! I’m not crazy about that post at the door entrance but, I understand its purpose. The walk-in closet would be perfect for my wife. That main bathroom left me speechless! Keep up the good work.

Beautiful home! No pantry and vents in floor is my only issues.
floor vents - i agree, but cannot imagine filling all the kitchen cupboards, let alone needing a pantry, also, laundry is big enough for more storage
I usually shop once a month. So, for me a pantry is important.

Ok, I haven't commented on any of your video's. I stumbled across you the other day and was intrigued. I kept watching and falling further and further in love with these homes, but this one..... Oh man. I can see myself and my husband in this one. I wish we could buy a plot of land and build this as an actual home instead of a "mobile home" and pour a nice slab for a 2 car garage plus workshop and then something for the camper. I'm gonna keep watching, but I think this one has my heart.

Wow, really nice... only draw back is the duck work in the floor. The tub I would swap for a stand alone..may be stones flooring around it. I love the entry way finally someone got smart. Seating and a closet!!! Hallelujah! Just a few "tweeks" but the place is really beautiful!

Love this home and outside is absolutely beautiful.
That bar would make a great snack bar for the family! Have a little fridge to keep drinks cold, put an old fashioned popcorn maker and some small bags to fill . Candy and whatever other snacks someone might like to have and they show movie seats in the other room so you could have it set up for family movie nights!

Dang mobile homes sure have come a long way since I was growing up in the late 60's and early 70's. Nice!
Love the fireplace, the huge island, the arched window over the sink, like how big the guest bath is, I'd probably make that bedroom near the kitchen, a craft/office. I absolutely love the entertainment area.
This home is a little to open for me, but I love the fireplace. Guest bath is nice. I would want my guest bath tiled as well. The adult entertainment area was a nice bonus. Also the frosted windows in the Master bath was an awesome feature. Thanks Chance. I love the videos!

Okay, THIS is my favorite home now. I had to pause and look at all the options. A 4the & 5th bedroom would be awesome, but the setup they have would be hard to beat!

Oh. My. Gosh!!! The master bath and closet is PERFECT! Love the extra “game rooms”. I wouldn’t want the bar.I would change the big fire place. I’d want an electric one with tv and bookcase. I could live here easily.

Well Chance, you had me at the front door. I thought the front door was beautiful and when you opened it and walked in, wow I was not expecting that lay out. I kind of liked it, something different and unusual. Which ever kid got the bedroom in front of the kitchen, just call them lucky, easy midnight snack run. I liked the entertainment room, all in all this was quite a good surprise package. Keep up the good work Chance, and most of all please stay safe.

While I loved many features of this home, I did not like the bedrooms opening off the kitchen. Seemed a little awkward to me. Really loved the theater room at the end.

I like that the second bathroom isn't the usual set up. I also like the master closet connects to the master bath, but you can close the door and make it separate. The back area would be great for entertaining for kids or grownups.

I like this concept of another area for entertainment for as you said the kids. All the kids would want to come to your house and you would always know where they were. I love it.
