Did some one get a good look at the floor plan at the beginning? I thought it showed a closet door on the opposite wall from the front door in the entry but when chance video it isn't there just solid wall.

I love homes with an entryway instead of just opening a door and BAM, you're in the living room; love the kitchen, the right amount of cabinets and the island is just the right size. Love the overall layout.

It’s a lovely home, the utility room could be a little bigger, I do like the fact that the toilet in the master is enclosed with a window. The shower tile is becoming a little bit of a bug bear, but I suppose you could add more tiles to reach the ceiling. Lovely tour and a pantry dance to boot, what else can you ask for, take care and stay safe.
This house is absolutely perfect!! There is literally nothing, except cosmetics, that would need to be changed. Even that, is minimal. And that price point, OMG!!!! Absolute BEAUTY!!

This was about as close as I've seen to all the elements I prefer in one home! Bedrooms don't open right into the living/kitchen area, walk-in pantry, second living area and still enough room for 4 bedrooms, walk-in master closet that's not in the bathroom, front door has an entry way. Just great!
Well 🐝 🐝 🐝 bee's knees. This is one pretty home! Its fairly affordable and spacious. That pantry is the 🐈 cat's meow! MEOW!!! Definitely worthy of a pantry dance. Needs a couple of patios, and I'd definitely be changing up the color scheme to some refreshing cooler colors, but the windows, fireplace, den, and georgeous master suite definitely make this a contender! Loving it! Love you to Chance! Hope you're not in the doghouse, but sleeping in on a Saturday til 9:00am is very reasonable for a busy mom! 😍🤗
This is definitely "the bbes knees"! It is an awesome home at a fair price. I love the layout. 4 bedrooms and a den! Yes! It is the kind of home I could settle right into.

A true island without a stove or sink...I LOVE it ! I would switch the back bedroom and den, so the den opens to the dining area/kitchen. Ceiling vents, just wow. Excellent.

The foyer is really nice to walk into and then the living room..The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous and just the right size...I'm loving the Pantry...The color scheme throughout the home is bright and the looks very light..Love the wall colors... This whole house is Immaculate..😊🌞🌻☀️🌼😃

Another wow! Excellent curb appeal. Exceptional foyer. Something lacking in most homes. Living room fireplace is an excellent addition. Kitchen is breathtaking. The island is perfect. Cabinets and appliances give it a high end look. Pantry would please anyone. Den is exceptional. It just keeps getting better. While the utility room is quite nice it could use a sink. Then there’s the master suite. Nicer big main room. Great walk-in closet. A little tight. Master bath is well done. Hits all the marks. Do I don’t have a lot negative to say here. I really like this home. 10/10.

Lovely home, I just don't like the open shelves in the the kitchen, give me more cabinets. Love that there is a Den/Family Room not a fan of having to past all the secondary bedrooms just to get to the Den, but it's not a deal breaker I would consider buying this house!!!

Chance loved this one. What they have done with this laundry room is make a mud room laundry room combo. I love that. I really don’t know why anyone need a sink in their laundry room. No one I know washes anything by hand any more. Keep up the good work.

Just noticed on a lot of these mobile home designs they hardly put windows on the ends of their homes.

For sure... the Bees Knees!! This one's in my top 5! Love the layout ... its just very warm and inviting. Only 2 things that would complete it... sink in utility room and a big ol porch!! I could easily live here!!

Love wood, brick, stone areas, not a fan of Shipley, subway tile. Built ins are great, but no room for my furniture. Love tiled showers!!! Love the shower doors, they're like glass barn doors! Love ginormous master closets!!! Loved the u-til- tee room. Liked the coat rack/bench/storage feature! Chance, can you mention square footage of the homes, please? Thank you!

I was hooked on this home when you walked in. Love love that there's a foyer. This home is perfect. Love the flooring and would definitely get rid of the carpet. Absolutely beautiful home. Hey Chance, I see I am not the only one looking for a pantry dance but we also got a pantry song!! Four bedrooms you almost need more than two baths, but one could be an office. HUGH home, really nice. And at my age, we don’t jam, but I would dance to The Bee Gees. Yes I am that old. Great job, fun👍👍
I usually like a lot of cabinets in the kitchen, but i really like the modern kitchen on this place.
Nice utility room, but still doesn't compare to that one in "The Attic" I think is the make of that one.
Omg The Attic is bloody gorgeous! Such a lovely home! And WHAT an attic it has too! 😱😱😱 You could open a nightclub up there, it's enormous! Totally wasn't expecting that from outside, was you? Loved the laundry room too, with the clothes folding bench area! If I had the money I'd ship that thing to here in England, pay the extra thousands for shipping fees, pay the installation men's travel and hotel accommodation too! It's gorgeous! And most importantly, VERY functional and well thought out floor plan! Glad I saw your comment, reminding me I haven't shown that one to my husband yet!!! 😘😘😘

I don't like the microwave that low, it is actually dangerous to my way of thinking.
Totally agree, especially for the elderly. Personally, I would prefer under mounted above the stove, or find somewhere else for it to dedicate on the counter... but not built into the actual cabinets. They're also significantly more expensive than a regular/over the range microwave.
True. I hate it above the stove too. I don't like lifting hot things down. Really, I just like it out of the way since I only really use it to heat my coffee.
i like it. i don't like when its above the oven where its way too high. taking out a hot bowl of soup is dangerous

A cupboard pronounced cuh-board is supposed to be a open cabinet without doors where you can place china or other decor in display or it can just be a small cabinet where u store your spoons and forks

Chance I love a home with a foyer. There is nothing like a wood burning fireplace. Love the island. And all the builtins are great. Love the kitchen. The shelves are nice. Nice touches throughout. And if ur cooking out, I can hear country music from the 2000's. That is what I jam out to all the time.

Beautiful. 20years ago my parents took every thing they had and bought land in Vermont. They put 2 Fleetwood double wides on the land and they with my disabled brother moved into one and my then husband and I into the other. Currently my dad, brother me and my 2 children are living in a mess of falling apart disappointment. Too long to go into but it is BAD. So bad that I'm crying writing this. Be careful where you live. We were told our homes were rated for the climate and nope. It all started with the roofs not being peaked high enough and now it's beyond repair and we have nothing but the land to show for over 20yrs of hard work. Thanks for a great video.

Goodness. This is so big and beautiful. Such a cool kitchen. And FINALLY a house that doesn't have the master bedroom door in the living room! That's kind of my pet peeve. They all seem to do that and it's just weird to me. Love it!
In my neck of the woods. I loved this, a stand alone tub and the square sinks would be the only thing different I think I would do.

Very warm inviting feel as you enter. I like the mix of contemporary cabinets, glass tiles and the stainless steel running up behind the range, then you have the rustic barn wood as you enter the front door. Big pantry, that’s always a plus. Like the raccoon artwork! Excellent laundry/utility/mud room. Giant master suite with the transom windows giving loads of light to the bedroom, a closet that I couldn’t fill if I tried. The master bath is spectacular! This is a very nice home, thanks for the tour.

I noticed that the porch area does not have a closet and I am pleased because the plan did have one and I thought to myself "hmm, I would take that out and enlarge the LARDER". And they already changed it! Brilliant!
There is very little space wasted on corridors and I like that. Also, I love the tit lights in the bedrooms.
The kitchen is a good size, not too many cupboards, as is the utility room. Handy having a place to take off shoes and coats and not mess up the main living room. I would give this 9/10.
