This modular double wide has a enormous master bedroom you will love! The manufacturer for this home is Deer Valley. The model for this home is the "Sterling." I don't like the red either, you see that alot in the southwest. It diffently draws your eye to the back of the house.

I like the angle on the island...something different. The lazy susan in the corner is nice to utilize space. My coat closet!!! Yay! The vents in the ceiling are my choice. Love a big tub for soaking. Love the split sinks...your side, my side. Makes so much more sense than being crowded on one counter. Would definitely give up a bedroom for a pantry and utility sink...Great job as always, Chance!

Chance, you always do justice to these homes. It can be covered by a nice curtain, but not a big fan of the window in the shower. But a beautiful home.

If you wish hard enough you might find yourself in a house like this. My husband and I bought our first home in September 2017. It is a site built stick home in a subdivision. Brand new. I had inherited money for a down payment and will be working until I am 70. I game up on apartment rent and renting my inlays home for over 30 years. I finally was able to get the 20 percent down for 20 years. It is 1,803 sq feet and we payed $210.00k for it. It has 4 bedrooms and an 800 sq foot basement and an attached 2 car garage. I was 60 before I bought my first home. I could see myself selling our home in my mid 70s and live in something more like this when it is to difficult to climb the stairs. I bought a colonial because I work from home and use one of the bedrooms as an office. The other one is a guest room, a large master and our almost 17 year old son lives with us. I have two grown sons in their 30's that have families of their own. You may get a wonderful home home day. Never say never because I never could have imagined.

Chance, you are the man! But, the cabinet opening is more than one can endure. If you've seen one, you have seen them all. Trust me! Like the house!
I wish they would make these homes with tankless hot water. Also straighten island. Taking up too much space slanted.
Easily accommodated when you place your order by any manufactured home builder!
The remaining space in the water closet could easily house a water softening system! A must when you install a tankless system!
I believe its slanted to keep the kitchen kind of closed off from either side. I dont care for the kitchen too much in your face.
From my friends that have a tankless water heater should be a addition in your master bath keep the big one for the rest of the home.
Big spacious home for sure! Like the dark cabinets and the layout of the home. Change the paint colors, add a pantry and install wood flooring throughout and I'd say it's perfect. Great stellar job Chance 😀

Love this home. The only things I would add are a pantry and a fireplace. I don’t know if I’m missing it somewhere or if mobile homes do not have rain gutters. Also I don’t recall ever seeing one one with double door entry. Thanks for always keeping us updated with all new exciting things happening in this industry!

Beautiful home! Love the size of the master bedroom. And definitely love the famous Deer Valley walk in shower!!! I also liked the island storage. It was deep drawers, instead of the usual doors. I like that. The guest bath was real nice and bigger then most. The only disappointment was no pantry. It had a pantry cabinet, but that cannot compare to a walk in pantry. But still was a beautiful home with plenty of space. Thank you for another great video!!!

Your voice and sweet personality have helped get me through these tough times. I have a few people on here that I like to listen to, some for calming me down and Yours for buzzing me up and enthusiasticking me. lol I wish I could go look at mobile homes in person but my husband wont let me live way out in the country ( our inside city mobile home parks are turning into apartments ) so we cannot get one I guess. And the dealers don't like "lookie loos" who are not buying and ya cannot blame em so this way I get to look at these kinds of places without actually bothering anyone. I don't know why but they don't sell too many 4 and 5 bedrooms in Florida. Maybe it's because most folks are retired and don't really need that many bedrooms but I need them for my half grown grand chillen to come visit me. Thanks Chase.

Nice house! Nice kitchen. My refrigerator is half the size of this one. That's HUGE! The 3 smaller bedrooms don't look small at all. They're really roomy. It's a very spacious house.

Well, you did it again! What a beautiful, solid-looking home. Really like the siding, as well as the 7/12 roof pitch, which gives it a residential appearance. This is a nice home. I just love, love, love the color of the Kitchen cabinets! For me this house needs a Den/Family Room, a deal breaker with that Master Suite right off the Living Room. Other then that the house is cute, the Master Suite was everything, the Master Closet could have been bigger, but it was still decent.
