We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Some of the upper end modular are nicer than many stuck built homes.

The rock entry and grey siding really enhances the exterior.
I absolutely love this house, the foyer is cool gives it a separation of the dinning, kitchen and living area. Big kitchen and love pantry. Love the windows. Nice laundry room. The Master bedroom and bath is my favorite. Big water closet. I love the architecture of this house.
I just kept saying "I love!" Or "Beautiful" over and over. But it's true I love this beautiful home!

That skirting is wild! I've never seen that before! For such an amazing home, there is a lack of linen closets. Like I guess each family member gets 1 towel, 1 wash cloth and better wash it everyday!

When my kids were young, they couldn't say 'utility'. They called it the 'tilly' room. Still call it that after 25+ years.

There is another home that he filmed that had exactly that! A dog shower. It might have been one of the houses at the industry show he went too.
I was thinking if you took out one set of shelves in the pantry there would be room for an up-right freezer. As long as there is an outlet.
an if ther was a sink large enough to bathe a dog..u still wouldn't buy it.....

You are the best photographer of them all on the modular. Others zoom past every thing or they have the camera zoomed in and don’t show the full room. You get the gold metal.

This home definitely has the WOW factor! I love the entry way!!! YAY it's not right into the living room!!!! YAY!! Beautiful layout. Room to spread out. The closets are wide if not very deep but again it does not have any linen closets! WHY? In a home this expensive and big how can you not have linen closets??? Just where do they want you to store extra pillows, blankets, sheets, etc, etc, etc????? Even the exterior is exquisite! It's WAY more money than I would ever be able to handle but I love to look and drool just a little, haha! Thanks Chance!

Lovely high end home! Liked the pricing guide. This is absolutely the way to do it. If this home was in a subdivision, it would be in the 300k price range on about a 1/4 acre lot, right up under your neighbor. Well done!
when you thought you were the same age as chase... but he was still in hs in 2008 and i graduated in 2004 LUL i love this house tho, i think its my fave. it would suit our family perfectly, with some decorating changes, but thats an easy fix.

Call the utility room...Mud Room problem solved. The walls on the corners looked rounded, a big upgrade if they were. Pretty home!
Love the entrance...the office has a closet so it can also be used as a bedroom. Need at the lease an additional half bath and if there was a storage closet I missed. Stove is too far away from sink and frig, but you do have the triangle...other than that I love it!
Base price is around $230,000. Too expensive for the quality of the materials used to make the home imo.
OH MY. If the base price is $230,000 then I'd rather just buy a stick built home. In my area you can get a nice home for $150,000 or less. Too expensive for my budget.

@Generation X Hi there, the square footage is 2,314. At a base rate of $90/sqft, that gives a base price of $208,260. Which is still above my reasonable price range for a modular home. This well equipped model will cost you $250k plus well, septic system, electrical, gas, internet connection, and permit costs. $300k easy to get it on your property!

This house is pricey, considering you still have to purchase property, sink well, septic, run electricity or connection cost to city utilities, your sitting around 250k at 108 a sq ft or around 208k at 90 a sq ft. without land or utilities for a mobile/modular home, I would pass. It is a beautiful home tho.
And all gets blown away in the wind ! Only in America
@harleydude I agree completely was thinking the same thing. In my area you could get the same house with an attached garage and basement site built from $250-350thou. So what's the big advantage🤷♀️

Hugh Hefner's Bastard Child I’m in the Miami area as well and was thinking the same thing, lol. And that condo for the price, wouldn’t exactly be in the most “desirable” of areas...or have I just become too jaded with the prices of homes here that I’m completely off the mark!? 🤔 Because last time I checked, I figured a studio/efficiency type of homes were the only thing going for in the $250k⬆️ range. Please steer me back to reality if I’m wrong, lol 🤗😋😅

This is a super nice home...I really like it a lot...but it's way too expensive for what you are getting; i.e., a modular. I know they have improved over the years, but nothing beats a stick home and depending on where you live or where you are willing to move to, you can buy a really nice stick home for about the same price as this modular and before other costs involved are added to it. Unless you already own the land you're going to put it on and have the money for all of the other expenses to pull it all together, I'd pass. Price is too high, IMO.
I dont want to see 1 complaint abt this home this is almost perfect i have never seen this layout this is much like a stick built home

The hot water heater being behind a door that can be opened rather than having to take down part of a wall is very nice.

This one was really nice, can’t wait to see what other ones you have from this builder. If you ever get the chance there’s a builder in Alabama that does cottage/craftsman mobile homes called Franklin Homes USA, would love to see some of their homes. So, I guess I’m putting in a request if you ever come across it.

Mobile homes suppose to be affordable, this is the price of a regular home.

There's problem having mobile home is the rental of the land aside from mobile homes ...here in California they charge $1500 per month so lots of homes r selling csuse of rental fees..like renting an apartment...what place r they r open?

Chance, now this is a beautiful home. If I were ordering this home I order it without carpets. The description says four bedrooms. I suppose the "office" could be considered the fourth. This home appears to of excellent quality. 2X6 exterior walls. I also like the fact that the vents are in the ceiling and not the floor. By the way, you need to provide your mother's email if you want us to comment on your hair color. Thanks again. I look forward to some of the other modular homes that you showed as you panned around. They, too, appear to be nicely designed and constructed.

Love it! Just not sure I would like the living room so opens to the kitchen. Although, for our family it would work, the kitchen is the main room of our home! It’s a beautiful home. Thank you for making it possible for me to be able to walk through so many beautiful homes. I am disabled so this is great for me! I love your hair! And I love your accent! Oh and that master water closet...great place for a Bidet!
I love that it has granite and marble in it and also love the tray ceiling in the master bedroom.

That's what I got too....I think expensive for a manufactured home, but it is huge!
I got the same figures, 250K with all the upgrades. I wonder if the setup includes the foundation work. If it don't you need to add 10-25K for a concrete foundation. less if its brick pads. This is just estimated figures.

Love everything about this house except the carpet in the living room . I would rather have hardwood when people first walk in . But I love everything else !!

I like the archway entrance. Needs a fireplace. PANTRY!💃🏼🕺🏼‼️ Nice kitchen. Hey, utility, mud, or laundry room. Whatever tricks your trigger! On a scale of 1 to 10, I give the master bed-n-bath a TEN! That master walk-in closet is a room by itself. That’s a spa shower.
