This home is fancy and full of upgrade! This is a 32x70 mobile home. The manufacturer for this home is Kabco Builders, the model for this home is the "MDFS-42-32." Live cheap use credit strategically try not spend more then 5k for car. We live in world Were poor are not educated in $. I am searching for 90 foot single wide manufactured home. I am investing in E bike that goes 30MPH. yes I am 24 yet everyone gets there $hit together @ some point to leave the nest. Sadly Most Americans are brainwashed to go to universities rack up a $hit tone of debt. make monthly payment on a car cell phone. Doing all this means you throw away up to 4 million dollars away or more when you are burred. I have meet 5 Millionaires in my Community College youngest is 18 year old day trader. I am curbing my reckless spending. Beauty of Serving your country is goverment provides food shelter for serving your country and risking your life. This means if wanted to invest 100% of what you make or 95%.

The 72" shower is the only shower that doesn't offer a seat in the shower. The 60" and 96" come standard with seats.
I know better than to get started watching these videos!! I always say one more and 10 or 15 videos later, I'm still watching!!

Hi Chance, lovely home. I have 3 general comments to pass on to dealers. 1-lighting in all closets 2-minimum of 2 handrails/grab bars in showers and baths 3- definitely way more outlets. I’m not a big techie, I’m a senior and live in an 800 ft square apartment. I have surge protectors on EVERY outlet. Definitely not a great idea. Wisdom from the old folks.
I LOVE the way you say utility room. And they do call it a water closet, I call it the toilet closer lol. Change the kitchen sink to a single basin sink, stove to gas and I would buy this in a heartbeat. Keep up the awesome job Chase. ❤️❤️
Change out the super chintzy cabinets thruout the house too!

I thought I had already picked my favorite home on this channel but then you surprised me today with this one. Absolutely beautiful home. I would not change one thing. All the closets are a great size, the master bath is gorgeous, bedrooms are all great sizes, fireplace and its got the french door to go out onto a deck. Absolutely amazing home.

I really like those counter tops in the kitchen, they are really colorful. I don't think that I've seen anything like those before. I noticed that you kicked off your shoes so that you didn't make any background noise of you clomping around while you are talking and trying to describe everything.. It's a simple thing, but it shows how much thought that you put into making these videos. Thanks for all of your hard work and keep those videos coming. You're bringing a little bit of happiness to a lot of people who are currently stuck at home.

I like this layout a lot, because the foyer is separated from the living room.
I also REALLY like that the bedrooms aren't off the kitchen, and the kitchen is it's own area.

There is ONLY 1 minor thing I would change on this one. And that would be a bigger front (and back) deck areas. Oh and me in it.

Love size of the rooms. I would change the layout of the master bath. Take out the tub and put the toilet there. The extra space in closet could then be used to make a coat closet in the foyer. Love your tours Chance!!

Wonderful...just no carpeting and a separate faucet and showerhead in the master shower! The size of the tub is magnificent! Also stainless appliances.
Yeah I want carpet everywhere but baths, kitchen/dining room. And hallways. And no ceramic tile. Grout is a PIA to keep clean. Even tile laminate squares is such PIA compared to vinyl roll of flooring for kitchen & baths. Wood ok in halls and dining areas.
The Master bedroom looks cozy. I like the bathroom. I also like the chairs in the living rooms.

Finally, a dining room with a wall for a china cabinet or buffet! And even enough room for a freezer in the laundry room! I would prefer a walk-in pantry, but no one could say there wasn't enough cabinet space in this kitchen. (With a few minor changes to make the master bedroom a sewing room,) I could really see myself in this one!!
Chase, first of all u were correct it is a "water closet", the area by the sink in there master bath would be consider a vanity area. The house is very nice but not my favorite. I have three mobile homes that I am going back and forth with I love something in each one and can't be changed. You do a wonderful job filming. Thanks again. Stay safe and healthy 💙

If you watch his series and are a subscriber he always mention where he is going, who the company is and how you can buy and etc? He does a really excellent job at viewing these homes and traveling across state from Mississippi to Texas for us consumers.

I am an interior decorator and my husband and I will be selling our 1802 cape and moving to GA. We are actually thinking of buying one of these homes. I watch every video you post and I love this model. (My husband and I love your videos) Here are some suggestions I have for this model. I wish the front porch was wider. Not really wide enough to sit on. Coat closet in entrance. Sink in the laundry (always). Transom window over guest tub/shower. Love that there is a window by the toilet in the master. I prefer the look of a free standing tub but it isn't a deal breaker. Also Is it possible to get smooth ceilings? Thank you for making such great videos.

It was one of the first things I noticed when I started watching ya.. it reminds me of my grandma & grandpa and being raised in the south ♥️ transplanted to the north now. Also really digging the French doors because just never liked the sliding doors too much. This has everything you really need except the sink in the utility room, but you could easily have that taken care of. And the price is pretty good, people in your area should jump on this one while the interest rate is so low. Keep up the great work and be safe out there!
LOVE LOVE LOVE this home! I don't like carpet, it causes allergies, I am a RN and it holds dust, skin cells, dust mites, etc... I would change door handles to black, and no knobs! I would change all faucets to black. Change the cabinets knobs to the long handles in black. I would need a free standing tub in master and the tile going all the way up to the ceiling. It would then be PERFECT!!!! Good job Chance! Love you, others do this but they aren't near as entertaining!
Yes my make up vanity! And I can envision a corner fireplace in this one. I’d add a den & extra room. But we started over & have a spoiled 3 yr old, lol. I however don’t like the fake wood theme but that’s not a deal breaker. I REALLY L💜ve this one‼️

It had a dishwasher, pantry was the full height cabinets around the refrigerator .
