I wasn’t too enamored with the outside, but wow, once I saw the inside I was smitten! Love the planking on the walls, the live edge on the rustic shelves. The kitchen would appeal to any gourmet cook. This house is built for entertaining! Love the counter top in the guest bath. Doing laundry wouldn’t be a chore in the large laundry room, you could even have space to do craft work with the large counter and cabinets. The master bath just wowed me, with the live edge shelf and tiled shower. This is a fine house that exceeded my initial expectations. Thank you Chance.
I always guess at the price before you show it and am usually within $5,000--$10,000. But this one, I was right on the money. :-) Oh, and I like that bank vault.....uh.....refrigerator. :-)
I'm not really a gold person but I love the gold look in the kitchen sink and cabinet handles. This is a lovely place and the interior designing throughout is gorgeous. Thanks for showing this unit. It's spacious and large.

Fabulous home! I love the kitchen & dining room. I also love the fact that the layout is not the very common "square" consisting of living room, dining room & kitchen...each area is separate. Also, does anyone else think that the beautiful tiles in the master bath shower look like individual beach/ocean scenes?

I love the storage in this one, the kitchen is fab! It has a coat closet! It has a 'water closet'! I wouldn't want or need a 4 bdrm... and a larger utility room would work better for me. What I do wish is that the manufacturer's would incorporate a sliding glass door for the back door, more often. It's beautiful, but at that price, I'd buy a regular home.
Love this home and the colors. It seems everything is placed just right and everything looks so big. I like the master closet is not so big and the bathroom is beautiful. Only thing I would put 2 sinks in the guest bathroom. The kitchen is mind blowing!
That kitchen captivates me! :) Now that is what I mean about having drawers over cupboards! Get rid of those barn doors please! In the master closet it is nice to have the two levels but at least one side needs only one rod and shelf so a woman can hang her dresses!

Love the floor plan whoever designed it was brilliant. Kitchen and dining room is separate from the living room love that. Master closet is right where it should be in the master bedroom not in the master bathroom that’s awesome. Air vents are on the ceiling which makes it perfect. The only thing I would change is remove the carpets in the bedrooms. Add ceiling fans in the other 2 bedrooms, office room and one more extra sink the guess bathroom. I love the fact that the office room is separated from the rest of the bedrooms. The design of the interior and exterior matches beautifully. Too bad they don’t have this in a single wide (18).

Window above the cabinet My favorite thing DOUBLE BARN DOORS Oh office is great. Overhead ducts and ceiling fans (hallway looks so skinny ) Love wnd that opens up above the shower!! Bedrooms. Large brand new windows. Nice sz closet lots of electrical plugs a must!! Folding table in wash room is great!! So many cabinet in washroom !! For linens, iron , cleaning products up away from Grandkids is great!!

I would like to see the deep pots and pans drawers on each side of the range so you have them stored right there where you're gonna be using them. And that master closet could be a whole lot bigger if you got rid of that monster of a bathtub in the master bath. Just a thought!
M.C. MoHo Master. -- Personally I like the 4 BR layout better than the 3, but I would take that 4th BR and make it just a straight up storage room. No carpet, just some deep and tall shelving, maybe strike the regular windows for some transoms. Since these often don't have attics, let alone basements it would be a place to store holiday stuff without having to add a garage or shed to whatever property you're on; Or worse paying monthly for a storage unit. Now that fridge, it's great... but it's missing an ice/water dispenser. The gold is tolerable, but only because it's a satin finish; If it were polished, not so much. Even polished chrome or nickel would be too much.
Personally I like large laundry rooms. I have a freezer that I would probably want space for. Also, and few folks seem to think of this, but you also need a decently sized closet to store mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners. Maybe even space for a small toolbox for whatever you may need around the house: hammer, screwdrivers, tape measure, etc. And, like most others, I can't stand those metal racks in the closets and pantry. Also there should be bed linen closets either one very large or at the least one per bedroom. I have noticed no one seems to think of this, but as one person that has all of their linens stacked on tables and chairs because you don't have any linen closets, well, you look for those improvements. This aside, I love this home.

Since the dealers are looking at these videos and making changes... kitchen sink should look out a window so you can watch your kids while you wash dishes. Also homes need a large dedicated island that seats 3-4 that doesn’t share space with a stove. Those are the first two things I look for.
Chance I think you listen to County and Hip Hop music. I like this one but I think that little room off of the kitchen could be extended to make the master closet bigger. I would like the kitchen sink facing a window.
Nice! It's not too open concept, the island I can deal with even though I hate them, there's a bathroom near the living room, no wonder it's the most popular. I'd still put a Japanese toilet sink lol in the other 3 bedrooms. I live with a leaky grandmom and a semi leaky kid and 2 bathrooms wasn't enough lol but beautiful home!

I wish they would leave this length on and gave one of the bed rooms up for a bigger living room, love the windows. Would of used that little storage space next to pantry as part of pantry, nice large one then. I like that combination it is nice size, good part of kitchen, not to crazy for the kitchen other than that, you have to travel to far to get things. I do wish in the bed rooms they would put pocket doors, I like that idea.
I live in Iowa. I like this house but I would like better if it was a two bedroom instead. But leave it a split plan. With the Laundry Room off of the kitchen.
This is the second unit I've seen that has the HVAC registers in the ceiling. Why are they doing that now, and would these units work in colder climates? They used to place the water lines near the main trunk line under the floor joists, so I'm curious.
Maybe I’m just picky, but they mixed the hardware, the master has both gold and nickel/silver hardware. I would go with the nickel even though I like the gold. I want everything to match, including doorknobs, light fixtures etc. I don’t like the brick backsplash or the barn doors. That room off to the side of the kitchen could have made a larger dining area and part of a larger closet for the master. Didn’t care for the dark wood in there either.

This is by far the best house yet. My wife and I love it.

I'm a contractor have been for 20 plus years. To this day I have never seen a trailer house worth 1/2 of what they ask for them.
