This double wide has a living room and den and some other features I can't mention here! The manufacturer for this home is Franklin Structures. The model for this home is the "Andrew." This home is a 32x80 has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,280 square foot living. Let me know what you think about the video! I hope you enjoy this mobile home walk through video.

I kind of like them not having one because then, depending on your property you can customize/build your porch :)
You may always add one, wherever you think more convenient. I prefer it this way.
I love to see a porch on homes.
It would be amazing to see mobile homes offer different porch options as a bonus that you could add to your home when and if you wanted to as well as prices.
This home is by far the BEST layout on the market, and I have seen lots!! There is not one tiny thing I would change. The designer/s of this home should be very proud to of made such a gorgeous home. CONGRATS on your vision!!!!

This home is all about the rustic people because it looks natural. Chance you are out there in your own world.
The first Franklin home you showed is one of my favourite 3! Seems this company uses beautiful fixtures and fittings, the tiles and floors and cabinets all look far more classy and expensive looking than other manufacturers, and definitely the layouts are way more homely and attractive. Others look very boxy and same layout over and over again, very repetitive! So I'm loving seeing this different manufacturer's designs, because there's always lil surprises tucked around a corner or out of immediate sight, they keep them open and airy but still define each space properly with enough division to sit separately from others or to mingle. I think this home would be better with a closed off entryway, lose the wc door in the master bathroom, and add another toilet into the laundry room. I just think day visitors needing the toilet and there only being one bathroom between them and the people in 3 bedrooms is not ideal. Let those bedrooms keep their own bathroom and add a toilet (or what you would call a half bath) somewhere else. I think the extra cabinets area in the laundry room would make an ideal corner half bathroom and incorporate the sink within it. You may lose a cabinet or two but what do you really need so many for in the laundry room anyway? I want to see more Franklin homes! 😁

These homes are miles above others in how classy they look! I love that they put the rooms at angles and create interest.... Others just look like a long corridor and are so predictable! I've not heard of sunshine homes, (I'm English) so I'm only just picking up on these American companies, although I may have actually seen some but didn't know who made them! Ok I'll shut up now! See how easily the words spill out of me! (I still have my school reports from almost 40 years ago... "Tami is a chatterbox"!!!) 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
This house living area have the perfect lay out, just love it.
I can say I do like the massive Island in some kitchens but this island at the size it is, is perfect for this particular kitchen size and perfect for me and my husband. It's just us.
Don't worry what people say. You do an excellent job on these videos & I love your humor. You can open as many cabinets as you want.

I absolutely love the layout if this home. It has what I'm looking for. I don't like those where you can see the kitchen the minute you walk in the door. The bedrooms are just the right size. The laundry room is awesome. I love the window above the sink. I really don't like doing dishes but being able to look out that window and see the great outdoors with any wildlife is great. I don't put my pots and pans on the dishwasher, they are done by hand. Like someone had mentioned before about the island, not having a sink in the middle of it leaves plenty if workspace for things like baking, decorating Easter eggs or cakes.
I can see myself in this home set somewhat out in the country with a lake and woods.

I love this house!! It would be PERFECT with a big front porch,but, I'm sure that can be added after delivery!! Tgus is more than enough room for me, my husband and our 3 big dogs!!!

I wish you had a LOVE BUTTON ! I would hit it! The layout is amazing ! I like the Living room is a dinning room away away from the kitchen! And I love the DEN! The Laundry/ Utility room....OMG! I love the inside of this house. I still would like me a pantry💃🕺🏻💃🕺🏻the separation of the kitchen and the living room is very nice. Love the utility room with a sink. Love the kitchen and the rooms have big closets. The square sinks are cool. Master bedroom and bathroom is my favorite

This is a beautiful home. I'd gladly live here. I haven't seen any modular homes like this in Canada. Dang lovely.
A 2x4 On-Edge between the bottom of the window and bottom trim piece of the Box-Bay window would enhance the look even further. Adding board n batt in the box-out/accent area looks really nice as well. A further upgrade that looks really cool and compliments the front door surround is adding rock below the bottom trim on the bay window as well, if you run the box bay flush with the bottom of the rim joists. One more additional option is adding cetar shake in the area above the bay window up into the gable area....which looks really cool if 7 or 8 foot gables are added and treated the same over the windows at both ends of the house. Those don't have to be boxed out and you can run verticle trim down to the bottom of the rim joists and make it look like Three box out areas....with rock and it really begins to look much more stick built. Craftsman style shutters (3 - 2x4 with a pair of 12" horizontals) look much better then those pre-fab tack on shutters. Sorry for rambling, I've drafted over 4000 houses for Oakwood/Karsten/Golden West/Clayton homes. I left because I hate the lack of integrity in billionaire owned corporate america companies(Berkshire-Hathaway - AKA Warren Buffet)

The doors are beautiful, this is a beautiful home.
Really like the layout of this home. I was not all straight hallways, it’s broken up really well. The sink is a little bit far from the stove for me but not that big a deal compared to the rest of the home. I really like that window over the sink.
I absolutely love this mobile home! I love all of the homes that you video, but this one is really special. I like the way the living room and kitchen are separated by the dining area. I don’t like walking in the front door and the kitchen is right there. One day I am going to have one!! What really surprised me was the price! I really thought it would be one of those 250,000 or more homes.

This is very nice!! I'm more of an open concept kinda gal, but I can definitely appreciate this. I would remove the carpet, and agree that the outside needs a makeover though.

Awwww, snap, baby! This house is one of my favorites! I would add a wrap around porch, take out the carpet, and I'd be good to go! Love, love, Love it!!! Btw...I'm petty sure the sinks are rectangular and not square. Or maybe I just can't tell from the angle of the camera. Great work as always, Mr. Chance!
Love the layout of this place. I would add a fireplace in the living room, I know there’s one in the den but I like fireplaces, and I wish they had a pantry in the kitchen, since I have a lot of kitchen items 😃. Not a bad price. I still can’t afford it but if I had the money and land I would buy this one. 👍🏻
Lots of extra cabinets and a closet in the utility room, and you can get add an electric fireplace right under the TV in the living room, very customizable.

First, Chance, your hair is growing and I like it better than the really short...just my personal preference...but looks good!
Secondly, this home is on my short list. Changes to colors, counter tops and no carpeting but that isn't a big deal. I like the floor plan. Thanks for sharing it!!
Thirdly, I am not Jewish but I have heard that Orthodox Jews like a 2nd kitchen that is kosher (no leavening). I'm not real familiar with the needs, but that utility room looks like it could be used for that...maybe? Anyone else know more than I do might offer better info. But that was one thought that came to mind. For me, it would be a great "pantry" space!

Would like to know the difference in cost with a site built wood frame home vs these homes where there are other cost like shipping, electric, gas, water, sewage etc. Can you really get a better cost?

Nice Laundry Room and Pantry? Master Bedroom 15x17 water closet with vent, square tub, square stone shower, only One Man Cave Closet??? I would add a Round Garden Tub with Jacques!!! 🤗😂🤣
