My very favourite. I love the kitchen is separate. I would love a built in entertainment center. I really am impressed. I would love to see if fully staged.

This is a beautiful home. I really liked the way the rooms were laid out. Thanks for showing the loft in the other tiny home. It's definitely a space for younger kids! I hope that Cullen is enjoying the beach.

I think the home I bought in late 2014 was a 1990 maybe 91. There was absolutely nothing structurally wrong with it. The inside needed no work. I took out the original carpet out and put flooring down. That's it. But I guess I should have checked out the unit. It caught fire late 2015 . My point though this was built soundly in 1990 so I imagine this modular is really something. I love it
This is perfect! I would make the desk area in the kitchen a pantry. Other than that I love it.
My thought also. That area would make an awesome pantry. Would make a nice built-in china cabinet also.
Hmmmmmm. I dunno. Something in me says the cabinets need to be a pale, pale, just grey to offset/enhance the benchtops and splash-back. The colour of the cabinets clashes with the colour on the walls!! Although I allow that it just may be the way it videos. However, I love love love the tiles in the en-suite shower!!! But I do really like this one.
I love the master bedroom closet! I would love to have something like that! So spacious!

I do like the Franklin homes. Love the living room size, the windows and the master closet. Love the front door. I do lean towards the U shaped kitchen as well. This kitchen is just not working as it seems extremely dark and small No pantry is sad. I truly do not like the 2nd and 3rd bathroom across from each other. Have one open to the one bedroom. The other one a jack and Jill… if keeping the 4th bedroom. Otherwise have two en-suite bedrooms. Use the space from the 4th bedroom for a pantry as well as bigger closets for the remaining bedrooms on that end.
I like your idea Carla! They could switch the one bedroom, with the utility room, and make into a Mudd room, and if it's beside the kitchen, it could have a big Pantry and coat closet area

It is a beautiful home. But the kitchen is very dark! Can the cabinets be changed to a lighter unfinished real wood? That would brighten it up a lot!
Love the room definition. The windows are awesome. Love the front door. Great kitchen. Would have loved a fancy range hood vs the microwave. Great interior doors. Nice shelving. Lose the tub enclosures for tile. Love the tv space in the bedroom wall. Great house.
The U shaped kitchen is very nice and makes it seem even bigger with all that counter space.

The exterior is very pretty, the kitchen is beautiful I love the richness look of the dark cabinetry. Although, I do NOT like that the primary suite is right off of the living room that is by far one of the best primary suite, I have ever seen. I love that primary ensuite & walk-in closet, I can stay in that soaker tub for hours!

That kitchen was interesting. It was like a combination galley kitchen and open-concept kitchen.
Hey Chance can you span to the ceilings please...we notice it is usually a view straight ahead ...are there any fart fans? (AKA vents) Just curious what the ceilings look like please! We love you brother...and yes we love all of your videos...

This house is a winner for sure. Double bathrooms for the kids can't fight over shower times. The kitchen tucked away in its own corner of the house. Feels like a real home for a family. The master bedroom has a nice double sink with enough counter space. But the master closet is so big that the wife needs to buy more shoes and clothes to fill it up.

I like this home, a lot, though we are not looking for something this size. I just really enjoy watching your videos!! In addition I want to tell you how much I appreciate that you say water heater as oppposed to “hot water heater”. The latter just doesn’t make sense, you know?
I like the 3 baths or 2 1/2 is good, wish I could afford it or the 2 br 2 bath one l like the blues n grays master shower is a quilters dream
I’d like to see the desk area in the kitchen as a pantry instead. I have decided my next home absolutely has to have a dedicated pantry not just the deep built in pantry if that makes sense? I like this layout though

I really like this house. It’s very spacious and they make good use of that space. But I didn’t like the tile choice in the shower. Anyway, I hope you’re on your way to the beach! God bless you and your family.

Baths right across from each other make no sense to me. Why not have access to each from each bedroom?

This one is not as nice as the others ones, the layout could be better and the colors of everything I hope those can be changed also

It needs to add single wide to back of it for kitchen n dining room n living RM bigger and put pantry in kitchen more windows in kitchen too dark
Wow! That would make it almost a mansion! It’s already 2200 sq ft, which is pretty large. Of course, I’m in a 14x76 single wide, so almost anything seems huge to me! 😂 Blessings
When I saw the name “the Lake Charles”, I thought you were back in Louisiana Chance. I hope you & your family are doing well. I saw Cullen had another video out. He’s such a sweetie! This is a really nice home & I appreciate you taking the time to show it. Take care of yourself & I also appreciate your prayers for me; it’s been a very rough few months! Oh My!! The prices are astronomical now! Our oldest son bought a brick home in a very nice neighborhood for less than that. It’s a shame what they’re having to charge people for building materials!! Gas, food, utilities, insurance etc. You just about have to be rich to be able to live nowadays!! Lord help us!!!

This is a winner for me!!! The master bath and closet sealed it!!! Still don’t like the microwave over the stove and still must have gas stove with gas or wood burning fireplace!!! I didn’t see a pantry but I’m not worried about that!!! I love love love this home Chance!!!! You out did yourself on this one!!!

Are grey tones the new colors? I'm seeing a lot of manufacturered and site built homes utilizing these colors
I would of rather they used the space from the master closet for the pantry in the kitchen. And put more windows in the kitchen. And not made it so dark. They could of made the master bathroom smaller and still had a nice size closet. I hate closets in bathrooms. All the steam in the bathrooms going into my clothes closet doesn't appeal to me. But it is a roomy house.

Love how bright and full of light it all is, except for that cave of a kitchen.... Far too dark and cramped. I think it could have been layed out better. Maybe get rid of that third full bath to shift the floor plan around somehow and allow for the kitchen to be full width of the home or allow for more windows..... Even a skylight would help.
No pantry,coat closet,needs a few linen closets. I didn't catch the size of the master. No hanging room in master closet. I need hanging space, a lot of it. Could put a freezer in laundry room,by breaker box. Need coat closet or hanging spot in there. I loved the sizes of the bedrooms.
It's interesting how space is allocated in some homes. This model is almost 2300 sq ft with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a huge living room, a large kitchen, and very little space for a dining room table. Considering the size of the home, it seems like several people would typically live there and there's almost no space for them to eat.

I've watched a lot of videos from other channels and I have to say not one does a good a job as you do Chance. Your attention to details and first and foremost your wonderful personality. Your family is beautiful although I haven't seen your wife yet but I can only imagine how beautiful she must be inside and out by hearing you talk about her and how wonderful your son is. Ty for teaching me about these homes. I have a house but if I ever can't afford the HOA etc . I'll be looking for a double wide trailer in a community. And I've learned so much from you. My only beef is the loo in a cupboard otherwise it's brilliant.
Idk what it is about he cottage style doors they just look so much better than the standard door with the rectangle carving. I love houses that have these doors 😭

Caught my breath with the master closet... And that tub! It's been ages since I've had a nice bubble bath... some candles, some wine, some music..... Soak for hours! To heck with the outside world!!!! And that utility room is large enough to pop a freezer into, as well!

The only problem I have with the kitchen is (like others I've seen) the oven door can only be accessed from the side. Frankly it can be hard enough to get roasting pans in and out from directly in front, never mind trying to do it from an angle.
I see what you mean. Maybe move the stove to the other side, across from the sink, but more to the corner.

This house is stunning! The kitchen is a little dark for my liking, perhaps a skylight would help. However, it has something I have always dreamed of having. The entrance and living room area is so large and open that I can put a smaller table in the dining room and a huge long one in the living room area to fit our family! I can see exactly where it would go. We have 4 kids, two spouses, 2 boyfriends and 4 grandkids. I want a long formal dining table with chairs. I would do would stained either distressed gray or blonde, depending which would match better with everything else. WOOHOO CLOSET!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
