    1 1/2 cup almond meal (flour)
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 tbsp coconut oil
    1/4 tsp vanilla
    1 egg
    1/4 cup honey
    1/3 cup chocolate chips
    Instructions:
    Preheat an oven to 350F
    Combine dry ingredients: mix 1.5 cup almond meal (flour), 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt
    Combine wet ingredients: one egg (beaten), 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 tsp vanilla, 2 tbsp coconut oil
    Combine dry and wet ingredients, mix them very well
    Add 1/3 cup of chocolate chips
    Spray the cookie sheets with oil
