I tried your recipe today , It turned out awesome Jzk .. it yielded 13 big cookies . i made slight changes though. I did not wait for the burnt butter to settle and just let it cool a bit and then added other things. I used granulated sugar instead of icing sugar. and I changed the sequence of adding the ingredients as I usually do that is: butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla then dry ingredients and then chocolate. I didnt have time so I put the cookie balls in freezer for 10 hours and baked them from frozen. they took 16 mins to bake completely. thank you 😊
I made some changes, I didn’t wait till butter to become like yours, just kept for like 15-20 mins and then started to add the sugars. Also I kept the cookie dough in the fridge for 10 to 15 hours and started to bake. For baking it took 20 mins. When i put for 16 mins. It was kinda raw so kept in the oven for like 20 to 25 mins and came out so well! ❤😊
