Cookie recipe
Half cup butter
Half cup white sugar
Half cup brown sugar
Mix and combine
Room temp egg 1
Mix
1tsp Vanilla extract
Siv 1 and quater cup flour
Half tsp baking powder
Half tsp salt
1 tsp corn flour
Mix, form dough shape.
Mix in chocolate chunks
Put in fridge for 45 mins
Bake in oven for 165°c preheated for 15-18 mins or in frying pan on low for 15 mins. Close flame and leave on cooker for 5 mins if using frying pan

Ruby aunty I love your recipes and it always has the traditional taste. But when making the chocolate chip cookies (in pan), then do we brush the pan with a little oil or butter or do we just put the cookies in the pan without brushing anything on it?
