You can prepare the cookie dough, form them into balls and freeze them. Thaw and bake when ready to bake. 9. The amount of ingredients you add like chocolate chips, nuts, sprinkles, raisins are variable depending on how much you want to put in. I personally like my cookies loaded :)

You can reduce the sugar by about 10% without greatly affecting the finished product. Just remember that the less sugar, the drier your cookie. You can reduce the chocolate chips and other add ons because they also contribute to the sweetness of the cookie.

If you use all brown sugar, the cookies will taste differently and will have a different texture from my original recipe. But if you prefer that, then you can use all brown sugar. Sorry for the late reply. After the typhoon, our internet has not been fully restored yet.
