Just done baking, divided the recipe in 3 flavors (ube, plain, chocolate) , baked it just after a few minutes of chilling, so as expected mejo nag expand tlga but oks lang.. - so for a start, matamis for me yung recipe 😅 kahit nag cut ako ng about 1/8 ng white sugar, matamis parin 😅 , i didn’t add salt though kasi wla nmn sa recipe 😅, but I’ll reduce the white s. next time - mga 16mins yung bet ko na cooking time - among the 3, mas bet ko yung chocolate 😊😊 I’ll try another batch but frozen nmn this time ☺️ Overall masarap yung cookie, may texture din xa tlga, the more nuts the better 👍👍
Hindi po ba magbabago yung texture kung magdagdag ng ingredients like rolled oats, cocoa powder, etc.? Wala banv babawasan na ingredients like flour? Salamat po.
