I was that " addicted to sugar " person all my life, until I discovered Jessie's work 2 weeks ago. She literally turned my life upside down and I love it! I feel like a Junkie that finally came off their drug ❤❤❤❤

Love how Jessie is so chill about it, instead of too serious and drab.
Shes ok with ice cream for breakfast, no hacks - no laws violated...
Jessie, you are a breath of fresh air in the "what to eat" space

Relatable- blood sugar regulation, I had reactive hypoglycemia as a teen to young adult. Carbs (wheat ) specifically caused massive fatigue, dizziness, etc. I’m actually intolerant! I also relate to the “ body metal.” I have a steel plate in my skull. Family members have navigated blood sugar fluctuations , so I’m sure there is a genetic component. Im not a fan of many Endocrinologists. They did more harm, honestly. Im also very curious about dissociative states, especially as a former therapist. Love the work you do! Great topic!

So…salad first! Do I put oil and vinegar on it? Or am I adding a fate to “veggies first”?

I add apple cider vinegar to mine. Sometimes olive oil. But my point is to add ACV so that I do 2 hacks in one.

No one can stay young! We all get older as our bodies naturally age and decay, no matter how healthily we eat! Plus, there are God did not make everyone's body exactly alike!
