Honestly, I love how Hamza feels like a big brother. He isn't condescending or anything. He just wants to help others and gives legit real advice that works. Love what you make Hamza!!!
I hate being skinny. I'm 15, almost 16, 170 cm tall and I weigh 47,7 kg (I'm ridiculously underweight). I started working out about 8 months ago and I can see some small results. When I started I weighed 45,2 kg and I couldn't even do 10 push-ups in proper form, now I can do 25 correctly. Yeah, it's not that much, but I gotta say that I'm so proud of this progress... I also started to eat more than before, however, I still have a lot to do I won't stop until I weigh at least 65 kg Thank you for your attention and stay strong :)
Bro, that’s the path! Honestly, I am almost the same height and age as you (15y with 172cm) and right now i’m trying to get 64kg. You should really focus on gaining some weight, not just because of the gains but health too, idk how you feel but 47kg seems really underweight. Also, growing taller in this age highly depends if you’re having enough nutrition and some caloric reserves (of course in a healthy quantity and healthy fats). I have many friends who are not very tall (less than 1,70cm) and the single thing they share in common is that they’re all skinny. You probably know the importance of heights, so this is another reason for you to bulk up, always in a clean way. Anyway, congratulations bro
Bro, when I was your age, I was like 182 cm 45 kg. I have gained 21 kg mostly muscle mass in 3 years. Then corona came up. In the beginning, do not compete with your friends. Lift basic. Do split programs. Force feed yourself if you need. Do not hesitate eating junk food because we cannot gain fat nontheless. Trust the process, eat, count calories, avoid injuries and lift.
1. Eat clean. Eat a lot. 2. Optimise testosterone. 3. Train for an easthetic body. - Lats, traps, shoulders, arms 4. Hypetrophy - High reps. 5. Be patient The time is going to pass anyway.
Yo Hamza. Today I got the results of my testosterone. When I saw it I was so proud of myself because i sticked to the good habits. It is 871 ng/dL. And the funniest part of it is that the doctor told my mom that is too high 😂.
please help me on where i can get started to better myself? as of right now i have been lifting regularly for weeks but just not coming to the mental/social improvement side of it.
@@rareszn135you have already gotten started brother, keep at it and keep the discipline to stay on the right path. All good things come with patience. I love you and wish you well ❤
The ONE thing that made the biggest difference for me, was to stop obsessively looking at my body after every workout, looking to see if I'm making gains, and thinking "Am I making gains fast enough?" "Should I do this, should I do that to make better gains?" gains, gains, gains... STOP. I promise you, stop caring so much about your gains and you'll make faster gains! The more you obsess about gains, the more demotivated you get, the more you keep varying your workout, the more sessions you skip, the more negativity you start to associate with lifting. Just start going to the gym with the knowledge, the faith, that the greatest thing you can do to make gains, is to just go to the gym every day. Whatever minor changes you'll make while obsessing over gains will account for 5% of the gains, and you'll be leaving 95% on the table when you skip a session because you felt demotivated after not seeing any difference for 2 days straight. Just go to the gym.. and over time, you'll surprise yourself with the gains you make! (I still look at my profile picture from time to time and go "damn I never noticed xyz part of my body looking so good.)
Honestly, as much as I like his advice, Hamza needs to understand that everyone has different goals. Bulking and building an "aesthetic body" is good only if bodybuilding is your goal. Athletes, for example, need to stay as lean as possible while prioritizing strength, explosiveness and functionality over aesthetics.
Yep, especially since in a lot of sports you need explosiveness and simply beeing light. Muscles also are weight. For example in volleyball or basketball to improve your vertical jump you need to find the perfect balance in your weight, you might bulk up and let's say your squat total strength might increase, but your vertical might get worse since you are simply heavier, so the force that you produce to jump is greater, but since you are heavier it doesn't compensate the weight gain and you jump lower. But as far as the aesthetics I am also not a fan of so called maingaining, it might be good for a start, or when you achieved the body that you wanted, but for me it wasn't optimal, I wasn't gaining strenghth or building muscle, as soon as I went into surplus the PRs just bombed. Of course dirty bulking is a stupid idea, but a small surplus like 300-500 calories is perfect.
This is super true for calisthenics. I'm bulking from 73 to 80kg, but muscle up, backlever, and god knows the front lever and human flag will need a lot of work next season. A lot of potential for growth, and a lot of extra weight to pull. Let's see how it goes.
#1 - Eat clean and eat a lot 1:15 #2 - Optimize your testosterone levels 2:32 #3 - Understand the concept of building an aesthetic body 4:00 #4 - Do the right kind of training 4:53 #5 - Trust the process and be patient 6:18 Do the hard work, especially when you don't feel like it. We're all gonna make it. Love you guys
at age 18 i was 42kg at 5'11, critically underweight literally to the point where I didn't even have the energy to climb stairs and shit. I've hopped on self improvement properly the past 3 months and i've been eating clean and exercising for around 5 months now and i'm up to 53kg, that's an 11kg of muscle gained and it only goes up from here. Thank you hamza
My man Hamza. I’ve been working out for a month and a half now. Tracking my calories and eating a lot better. I quit eating fast food, and I’m getting stronger every day. I work at a blue collar 9-5 and use my muscles there for 40 hours a week AND now I’m going to the gym after work. Every Monday Wednesday and Thursday. I’m in the best mood I’ve ever been in my life and to that i thank you for helping me push myself to become my ultimate self!
Hamza Your advice cured my depression, thank you 🙏🏼 I wanted to put this on your most recent video but so many of your videos have helped me! Thank you so much
It ain't easy building muscle tbh, i myself started last year and believe me it can be soo hard sometimes. You just have to be consistent & be patient in your workout routine.
"The time is going to pass anyway" is one of the greatest quotes I've ever heard. I've always thought that but never knew how to word it so perfectly until now
As a young man our main goal should be to become the best version of ourselves. Hamza thank you for inspiring me to start uploading again. I’ve never felt this happy before
Holy sh*t man, I am finally starting my workout journey and this is literally the perfect video to start with! The timing of your video releases never seem to fail Hamza, I am impressed.
Aesthetic body is good, but focus on strength too. That will give you more confidence than buffed up muscles and getting winded after running for 10 seconds.
I'm skinny too but i've been eating more and going to the gym for around 4 to 5 months now, when is started i was 43.5 kg and 173 cm i'm now 53 kg and 180 cm tall. i'm glad about what i've accomplished but i still have a long way to go.
My lil brother gives advises to his lil one just like this. You sound like honest big brother whos explaining the hardships of life ti his youngest without helding a word back❤❤
I was skinny from the beginning , when I was 18+ in 2019 my weight was 48 kg only , being 5.11 it was not enough weight for me so I started working out and consuming proper diet ,right now I am 74 kg and trying to achieve 80 kg by end of 2023.Remember you don't have to follow strict diet, just eat healthy and high calorie meals and do workout with minimum 6 hour sleep.
Im a skinny guy 52kg at 18, And I say I’m skinny because of my genetics. My father - grandfather were skinnier at my age having roughly 49-52kg weight. But I’m not focusing on that. It’s about control I can control what I eat, I can control my body. I started my skinny to fit journey 6months ago and In this 6months I went from 47kg to 53kg. Eating only clean. I haven’t tasted a pizza since 1-1.5 years and I still don’t feel the craving to eat anything junk. I’m eating clean 2,500 calories to 3,000 calories a day but idk why my weight still fluctuates every day 😢, Though just being patient and focusing on the journey
I was 45kg in the beginning of 2021 and I'm now 65kg. I was 15, 5'10 and 45kg... extremely underweight. My eating habits were trash but I fixed them and hit the gym. After gaining 20kg i am still lean. Now I turned 17 and I am now 6'1 and 65kg which is still skinny. Crazy how after gaining 20kg i am still skinny because of how underweight i was. I'm not stopping until i reach 85kg.
always been skinny in October 2021 I was 14 and weighed 53 kg at 173cm and was weak I started to work out and trying to eat more In June 2022 I weighed 63kg and became much stronger now i am almost 16 years old and weigh 63 kg at 176.5cm I haven't made much progress since June because I started training less and stopped focusing on nutrition but at least i didnt lost gains However, I'm going to get back into it again and my goal is 70kg
Maybe watch Greg Doucette's videos on maingaining. When you compare maingaining to the process of staying lean and not eating any differently, you imply that maingaining is having the same bad diet in order to pack on muscle, which of course is false. Maingaining, good for skinnier men wanting to pack on muscle, is about drastically increasing protein intake at almost a deficit so that you pack on the muscle without having to bulk and the cut. Bulking is a hassle and cutting also makes you lose a little muscle, so maingaining is actually a great option and its been working great for me. I went from 140 lbs beginning my fitness journey at 13% bodyfat, with a sixpack, to a little over 180 lbs. You don't need to bulk and cut Hamza. Watch Greg's videos before slandering his name! Edit: I forgot to mention that I still maintain a shredded physique and I strongly believe that I am at a lower bodyfat percentage than what I started with. Try maingaining for a year bro.
The term mainGAINING is a scam. You do not build muscles while staying at your needed calories. You simply maintain. MainGAINING makes it look like you gain muscles while not eating more calories than needed and thats simly UNTRUE.
@@TheMaroth But by "needed calories" you are disregarding the requirement of a significant increase in the percentage protein intake per meal (that contributes to maingaining). If all you eat is junk food that is heavy in saturated and trans fats and leads to weight gain (and heart disease), you have less room for protein, i.e. dirty bulk. In order to maingain, you increase caloric intake with regards to protein, however, you consume less unhealthy fats such as trans fats, and less heavy on carbs than when you're on a bulk. Basically, you don't almost eat yourself to death, especially with junk food, as in dirty bulking (overexaggerating), and you also don't starve yourself as in cutting (also overexaggerating). You actually do gain muscle by increasing your protein intake and cutting out junk foods. Also, you ALWAYS burn fat; by facilitating a near perfect 1:1 fat burn and fat accumulation ratio, and by replacing junk food with lean protein, you're going to make those gains and increase muscle mass. I'm telling you it works and I'm talking from personal experience, but if you rightfully refuse to believe me, you can do this research on your own. I recommend Greg Doucette's videos on this topic, and I also know Derek from More Plates More Dates made a video on it. At the end of the day, I wish you luck on your fitness goals bro.
Hamza makes a point with clean bulking, and maintaining is just that, except for the fact that you're consuming your protein by measuring it with absolute precision; you don't need to overeat protein (and some carbs) because what can't be used will be stored as extra fat. Where he's wrong is thinking that no line can be drawn where "eating a lot" is excessive. Finding that line, and staying as close to it as possible, is the embodiment of maingaining.
I'm 6ft even and I used to weigh 225lbs. I current weigh in at 200lbs and I want to get my weight down to 185-190lbs fluctuation. I'm 38 years old and I used to be very fit and strong working took away from that but as I've gotten back into it I have lost weight and gotten stronger. I'm currently in Medellin,Colombia. There is a serious Fitness culture down here and I got a Airbnb for a month.
Yo Hamza. I’m a 14 year old overweight kid. I had broken my leg 9 years ago and have been dealing with it ever since. I just recently had surgery 4 months ago on it. But I wanna change for the better and lose some weight with this big ass contraption on my leg. I also haven’t hit puberty yet and my mind hasn’t developed fully yet. But my cousin has put me on to your videos. I am currently trying to start self improvement. So I am asking you Hamza, or anyone in the comments, to help me out and just let me know where to start. I know this seems desperate but I just want to feel better about myself. I feel so much like a Jeffrey.
Start with calisthenics if you can't go to the gym and you need to better your mental health you can do that with hamza video on how to better your mental health
Another thing will be to start off with light exercise I tried for years to get into exercising but it never worked until I got into it not for the looks but for just feeling better mentally, & the best way to do that is to start off with lighter exercises & you will gain momentum as you go & get into harder training, Another thing that drastically helped me was finding a purpose & devoting most of my energy & time to it, if you currently do not have any idea of a purpose I would recommend you start off reading lots & read the books that Hazma recommends & other self improvement youtubers & perhaps some sales & marketing books as well as these skills will come in handy no matter what.
Hey you can start with bodyweight versions of every exercise if you're not able to do it with weights You can do movements like squats, and you can do the folded leg version of the pushup if you're not able to do a normal pushup then you can use a resistance band as an assistance to help you in doing pull-ups, biceps, shoulders and traps This much is enough for now for strength training and as you progress you can increase the difficulty by adding weights and by making the movement harder. And do cardio 4-5 times a week this will help you to burn more calories. Then stay in a little caloric deficit around 200-300 and then you can Increase this deficit gradually. If you need any help regarding this, feel free to ask me :D
01:15 - 1. Eat clean but eat a lot 02:32 - 2. Optimise your testosterone levels 04:00 - 3. Understand what building an aesthetic body means 04:53 - 4. Do hypertrophy training NOT strength training 06:18 - 5. Trust the process and be patient
Someone please remind me to update my comment a year from now. I'm a skinny guy (190 cm and 75 kg's) started going to the gym a month ago. We'll see how heavy I'll be in a year. I gained 2-3 kg's past 2 months tho, hopefully I can continue it. Currently eating 3700-3800 calories every day💀.
"Time is gonna pass anyways" the only thing i needed to hear than even a 20mins long video........ got me real fired up n thinking "so what let me just hit the gym n see after the time pass what i'll gain"
Hamza you have been changing my life in the last months in a very good way and I wanted to thank you for this! Keep up the good work man you literally deserve the best!👍💪
I jumped from 57kg to 65kg and i never felt that huge before ,the problem is i had an illness in my intestines that prevented me from bulking so i lost 5 kg , now i got the medicine i will be back and hopefully my body will respond to me.
Damn , i was actually about to give up when you said it took you 5-7 years to build your physique but when you said the time is going to pass anyway, i was like yeah he is right that got me the motivation and determination in me again.
the mindset of time gonna pass anyway also helped me alot in my first 4-5 months after that when i started seeing some results; there was just no looking back
I'm 17 soon to be 18 and i started going regularly to the gym like 3 months ago (my parents didn't allow me to go before). I've seen some progress in strength and a bit of volume but my friends who started going to the gym like 3-4 years before me keep bullying me because I'm still skinny and they are big (many of them took supplements) and I've never even touched a protein jar (my parents don't allow me) so i keep telling myself that i need to be patient and not do dumb stuff so i don't hurt myself but i don't really know how much i can take their bullying as motivation anymore. Anyways thank for the tips hamza
1:02 100% correct I’m 5 months into my journey and holy what a difference people enjoy speaking to me and I get compliments all the time. Go to the gym eat good and live a healthy happy life.
I have just turned 13 .At the age of 11, I was chubby due to lockdown and eventually started to loose my weight. At the age 12 , I tried to build my muscle instead , I grew much more in height which made me look a little thin. I am 5'4 and weight about 47 kgs . I am inspired to work harder , I have started to work on body weight such as push ups and chin ups. Soon I will try to gain healthy weight and maybe join kickboxing.
It also depends on how old you are when you start working out because teenagers heal faster than adults which means they can work out more and have a shorter period of recovery
Hamza older brother never knew needed giving realistic advice on how to be buff and fit true does not take overnight have muscles and fit much love from south africa 🇿🇦😤😤
I'm very skinny for my height. I'm 13 and I weight around 61 kg which seems normal until you realise that I'm 187 cm (6'1). This summer I've been doing a lot of workout and couple days ago I even made my first ever muscle up! Thank you for this awesome video
Thanks a lot man, your advices have helped me a lot. Started working out 6-7 months ago went from 72kilos to 67kilos with a height of 178cm and am 14 as of now hopefully 1 year later i will be in a better shape than i am today, insha'Allah.
I’m literally in my gym parking lot right now looking at this. Dude where have you been all my life!!!???? I started seriously in the gym in 2021. As a skinny guy everyone encouraged me to dirty bulk🤦🏿♂️ I tried it and hated it. I met a dude who told me about testosterone levels and now I’m seeing this🔥
back when I was in high school and college I played football and ran track. yes you should do high amounts of reps but also you should include strength training as well. if you are able to do something 15 honestly that's really not doing much. you can do it as a cool down after lifting the heavier weight so you can get the burn and cut in that area but at the same time you should want to not only look muscular and ripped but also strong.
I’m on a dirty bulk, very hard but it’s very very efficient for me and I’ve grown bigger while staying lean. Some downsides are low endurance and big decrease of stamina. So I say go on a clean one if you want to do sports and be healthier in general than a dirty one where you can do whatever.
1. eat clean and eat a lot 2. optimize testosterone 3. understand the concept of building an aesthetic body 4. do the right kind of training (high rep ranges up to 15) 5. trust the process and be patient
Hamza, your vidoe the other day on checking your balls helped me. Found a lump yesterday, today booked an appointment, and got myself checked and scanned. Thanks for the reminder.
#1 Eat clean and eat a lot #2 optimise testosterone levels #3 understand the concept of building an aesthetic body (watch video) #4 Do the right kind of training (workout routines, 15 reps incline dumbell benchpress) #5 Trust the process and be patience (time will pass anyways, use it wisely)
I disagree with that hard bulking/cutting mindset. This summer I gave body recomposition a try, and it was the time my muscles got big asf and defined for the first time in my life. What you wanna do is eat 300-500 calories more than your maintain kcals on training days, while eating 300-500 calories less than you need of almost pure protein, so you will get load of it. (literally 200g on rest days, and like 180 on training days) For me it is perfect, as my appetite is still not that high, and some days it's hard to eat just enough. Also, you don't feel that fall of energy when you suddenly stop eating as much. But it is all about preferences. Now I am trying to bulk a little again, to like 83kgs (It was my peak year ago, and now I'm around 78 since summer)
basically what i'm doing is trying to bulk on weekdays, and trying to burn fat on weekends once I've packed on some muscle and fat. It's going good but I'm still like 90lbs right now, yet i have some good muscle on me. I have no idea why, but i should be more than that for my size, however i have trouble gaining fat, and ease gaining muscle. Good genetics I guess.
@@monkmodemalik8225 where did you find that? Maybe for "normal" people, if you want to build muscle you should go for 1.8-2.3 g per kg on rest days, and like 2g on training days
this is very relatable i totaly agree. Finding people with the same ideas always motivates me. I think you will like my channel I started self-improvement and I made my first youtube video a couple of days ago and also posted a video some days ago if you could watch it and give me some advice that would help me a lot. Keep GriNDING DONT STOP

I didnt bulk and gained 8kg muscles by eating just what i want in 9 months. Just recently i adjusted to eat more protein and less fat, but it does not change a lot. It depends on how your body works
Bro I literally saw a vid from revival fitness saying that you need to make a lot of changes to your workout plan that you have in the description. That was 9 months ago and you even replied to the video and now you have the same exact workout in the description. You should tell us your own workout routine and make a template for that. It would help a lot. Thanks
We can do lean bulking instead of bulking by consuming 200 or 300 calories more than maintenance calories... Skinny guys will gain weight without gaining too much fat..
Ive been lifting for years, best decision of my life. My status in school has increased drastically. The women haven't come yet, but I'm getting there. Thankfully my parents know about all the right food choices regarding plastics and soy and industrial seed oils. I'm not super lean, but I've got visible muscle and am one of the strongest guys in school. People don't really know about diet and testosterone, it's great seeing someone else know this and preach it . thanks hamza for preaching all this necessary information
I personally dont work out for anyone besides my own self-image, I grew up skinny and got picked on a lot but I still had girls hitting on me while being a twig. Now that I have a way better body more girls hit on me but again this wasnt my goal to begin with, its just simply that I couldnt stand looking at myself in the mirror. Self-hate its what motivated and still motivates me and my fitness journey will never be about girls.
Good that you still on it but self hate isn't good bro, there's no shame in being skinny or fat. There's only a shame in staying skinny and not doing anything about it even if the progress is slow, consistency is key
4:25 Hard disagree on this. I don't know for other people but the reason I started lifting was to get confidence to stand up for myself and get prepared for military. I've built a very aesthethic body through the years and haven't ever showed my massive progress to a SINGLE girl. Not saying working out for girls is shallow, anything that keeps you going is good, but there are infinitely more (and arguably much better) reasons to lift than for dating.
I agree that not everyone lifts for girls, but I do have a few problems with this. 1) Even though you started lifting to gain confidence and get prepared for the military, it is inarguable that the reason you wanted to do these things inevitably leads to reproduction and/or fatherhood. Testosterone, the male reproductive hormone, makes you go out and do things that would increase your attractiveness to the opposite sex. Think of women who go to the club "for fun." 2) This is just a singular anecdote, in a vast pool of lonely men. This does not disprove that MOST men would like to improve their attractiveness through lifting. 3) "there are infinitely more (and arguably much better) reasons to lift than for dating." The reason people have a want to date is because it inevitably leads to reproduction + fatherhood. What could be more beautiful of a reason than this?
@@Santiago-ke7yj You're missing the point. He didn't even deny the attractiveness factor, dude. That is pretty much obvious at this point :v He said that there can be other utilities for a strong and muscular body that don't necessarily involve dating, such as serving the country, gaining respect from other men, protecting other people from threats, moving just about anything more easily, and the list goes on. In the context of each one of these things, a strong and muscular physique is not for dating. I understand the point you're trying to make, but that's not the whole picture.
@@Santiago-ke7yj Lifting weights never made me want to reproduce or get some crazy paternal instincts. I never wanted to have children or approach women just because I lift lmao. If you want to date lifting isn't even the main area of improvement you should work on. Social skills and clothing style are far more important.
@@slavicemperor8279 I did not say lifting made you want to reproduce, nor develop paternal instincts. The main point I wanted to make is that the biological purpose we are here is to reproduce and all wants and behaviors evolved as a result of that, not the other way around. I do agree social skills are far more important for dating, but clothing doesn't really matter as much as it is purported to. Lifting will absolutely help though and it can have a real compound effect on the other habits of your life that will benefit you.
hamza im a 16 year old male 6’2 and 210lbs of lean muscle but i have been feeling really unmotivated because of a fresh break up iv been trying to do my daily routine like meal prep go to the gym help my dad with lifting up stuff for him he has a bad back so i dont want him to lift anything above 20kilos but besides that im asking for motivation that can really help me back on track after this 2 year relationship i want to be myself again
Damn 2 yrs and just ended like that, that’s why I’m afraid to date. But remember bro nothing comes easy in life that’s worth it. You are the only person who can break free from that shit.
completely right about the stark contrast between strength and hypertrophy, correlation without causation because strength is relative to the individual but is objective to bodyweight because someone can be 50-60kg in bodyweight and have immense strength for their physique and be able to do amazing exercises like bruce lee could do two finger push ups but was a lightweight, also a lot of gymnasts are strong because they utilise leverages in their exercises and strengthen joints and tendons not just muscles which comes from basic weight training for hypertrophy, because gym training is pretty one dimensional it wont always lead to increased strength at least not if your pursuing hypertrophy.
I'm 13 and only 31.65 kgs, at the hieght of 5'2, I'm critically underweight so I started doing some workout and it has been half a month and I can feel some increase in testosterone and also stronger, hope I can get atleast about 50 kgs until I turn 15.
Is late 20 is too late to self improvement? You have changed my life Hamza. But I sometimes feel I am too late to self improvement. I turn 29 this April and my parents are forcing me to get married to girl whom I don’t find attractive.. can’t blame them .. I’m not that attractive as well but trying to improve.
Is never too late man, as Hamza says, the clock keeps running so the best decision you could make is to get into self improvement. It doesn't matter what age you are, what it does matter is that you must live a fullfilling life and become the person that you wanna be
That marriage will cement your current position, especially when the kids will come. 29 is still plenty young, If you do the work you might have a lucrative business and aesthetic body by 35. So good times would be 35-60
wasnt going to comment cause some weirdos @'d me about training for looks and how i need to build the stablizers blah blah. but you said the most profound thing "time will pass anyways" this is beyond just working out kings. this is literally anything and everything in life, whether its starting a business, reading a book or talking to that girl. its literally everything if you dont start right now, time will pass and all you have to show for it is the time you wasted or put off doing what you said you would do.
Nah eat until ur uncomfortable every meal, increase the number of meals in ur day (eat every 3 hrs or so) drink plenty of water plus add in a good workout routine and track ur weight in 4 weeks
Need tips. I am around 1.80m tall and 65 kg with super fast metabolism (Was on a trip and ate heavy food for 6 straight days and didn't gain a single kg) I live in a place where there isn't a gym, I only go to football 2x a week for physical. Give me some tips, like a home workout course and foods.
One thing I disagree with is the eating part , I'm not saying go McD's everyday as a skinny dude who started bulking 4 months ago the issue I found is your stomach isn't built to take more than what you're used to eating because your body only takes the amount of calories it needs to survive not to build more mass so telling skinny dudes "eat a shit ton but make sure it's chicken and salad dressed with olive oil" is unrealistic as well , organic healthy food is expensive to start off with and the amount you need to eat to hit 2.5k-3k calories is insane and you also need to acc your protein intake , someone around my bodyweight rn I need to eat around 120g-160g of protein a day to start building muscle and to give you an idea 1 boiled egg contains about 20g-ish of protein. The best method I found is eating smaller sized meals but condensed with lots of calories , good one is calorie smoothies but even this isn't fully clean and that's kinda that sacrifice you make , you have to mix a bit of dirty and clean food then get on a cut.
Your videos are awesome, I must say it really appeals to me as a 21 year old guy, had the bad luck of going bald, was just a huge nerd. One day I found gym now all I have going for me is being just jacked af. These videos honestly help fill in the void, thank you, Aesthetics is the way to go, powerlifting is good. But let me tell you, my military mate can lift twice as much as me, he's a good looking bloke, but we're about the same size around 80kg he's bulky but with no definition, and I'm ripped with all the definition you can see, and honestly I know some honestly only have the word strength floating around their head but confidence is in aesthetics. I also started to eat more than before, however, I still have a lot to do
I won't stop until I weigh at least 65 kg
Thank you for your attention and stay strong :)

Damn, well said bro

Honestly, as much as I like his advice, Hamza needs to understand that everyone has different goals. Bulking and building an "aesthetic body" is good only if bodybuilding is your goal. Athletes, for example, need to stay as lean as possible while prioritizing strength, explosiveness and functionality over aesthetics.
☝️☝️Congratulations, you have been selected among my winners this week message me to acknowledge your prize🎁🎁🎁🎊🎊⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️..........................
Athletes shoulf bulk too (in off season if weight classes matter).
Bulking can also be going from 70kg to 75kg. Doesnt have to be GOMAD lmao
But he is only talking about gain muscle
This is super true for calisthenics. I'm bulking from 73 to 80kg, but muscle up, backlever, and god knows the front lever and human flag will need a lot of work next season. A lot of potential for growth, and a lot of extra weight to pull. Let's see how it goes.
#1 - Eat clean and eat a lot 1:15
#2 - Optimize your testosterone levels 2:32
#3 - Understand the concept of building an aesthetic body 4:00
#4 - Do the right kind of training 4:53
#5 - Trust the process and be patient 6:18

I'm not stopping until i reach 85kg.
always been skinny
in October 2021 I was 14 and weighed 53 kg at 173cm and was weak
I started to work out and trying to eat more
In June 2022 I weighed 63kg and became much stronger
now i am almost 16 years old and weigh 63 kg at 176.5cm
I haven't made much progress since June because I started training less and stopped focusing on nutrition but at least i didnt lost gains
However, I'm going to get back into it again and my goal is 70kg

@@lisek1948 how?
@@lisek1948 u didnt focus on training more and less nutrition?
@@SochiWinit Thanks man. Appreciate that. I’m gonna start by watching the mental health vid
Hey you can start with bodyweight versions of every exercise if you're not able to do it with weights
You can do movements like squats, and you can do the folded leg version of the pushup if you're not able to do a normal pushup then you can use a resistance band as an assistance to help you in doing pull-ups, biceps, shoulders and traps
This much is enough for now for strength training and as you progress you can increase the difficulty by adding weights and by making the movement harder. And do cardio 4-5 times a week this will help you to burn more calories. Then stay in a little caloric deficit around 200-300 and then you can Increase this deficit gradually. If you need any help regarding this, feel free to ask me :D
I recommend downloading a habit tracker app. It’s really helped me stay on my daily habits to improve myself
01:15 - 1. Eat clean but eat a lot

Bruh you did not popularize the term "Aesthetic body" lol
I’m on a dirty bulk, very hard but it’s very very efficient for me and I’ve grown bigger while staying lean. Some downsides are low endurance and big decrease of stamina. So I say go on a clean one if you want to do sports and be healthier in general than a dirty one where you can do whatever.

0:45 So freaking true. Working out is everything. I mean it.
That’s a ridiculous amount of protein. Studies show there is no appreciable difference between eating 0.6g and 1g of protein per pound of body weight
@@monkmodemalik8225 Show me the studies.
@@monkmodemalik8225 where did you find that? Maybe for "normal" people, if you want to build muscle you should go for 1.8-2.3 g per kg on rest days, and like 2g on training days

@@REALlMIMISOUNDS how do I get it
the only video that actually gave straight answers and explanations
Bro I literally saw a vid from revival fitness saying that you need to make a lot of changes to your workout plan that you have in the description. That was 9 months ago and you even replied to the video and now you have the same exact workout in the description. You should tell us your own workout routine and make a template for that. It would help a lot. Thanks

We can do lean bulking instead of bulking by consuming 200 or 300 calories more than maintenance calories... Skinny guys will gain weight without gaining too much fat..
I was expecting a response to Greg in this video after he made a vid on how wrong you are about fitness 🤣
all body's are beautiful.
piss off fatza seriously
all hail fatza
bloody hell look at the size of him. you look like ice cube mixed with kanye mixed with hamza
💀
Bro’s just linking his other videos in this video 😭
Please make longer videos like old hamza
It’s a good way to put it. The time is going to pass by regardless so you might as well have something to show for it
Greg is not going to like this, I don't think Hamza understands maingaining
Ive been lifting for years, best decision of my life. My status in school has increased drastically. The women haven't come yet, but I'm getting there. Thankfully my parents know about all the right food choices regarding plastics and soy and industrial seed oils. I'm not super lean, but I've got visible muscle and am one of the strongest guys in school. People don't really know about diet and testosterone, it's great seeing someone else know this and preach it . thanks hamza for preaching all this necessary information
Hell yea bro. I was just a skinny beginner a few months back, and I believe I'm not a bottom feeder like I was anymore at my school
I don’t always fully agree with all of his messages, but I’ll give him this. He is very motivational.
exactly bro , just for this comment I can see that your doing great man , keep moving soldier!!
Seize the day my tribe
I personally dont work out for anyone besides my own self-image, I grew up skinny and got picked on a lot but I still had girls hitting on me while being a twig. Now that I have a way better body more girls hit on me but again this wasnt my goal to begin with, its just simply that I couldnt stand looking at myself in the mirror. Self-hate its what motivated and still motivates me and my fitness journey will never be about girls.
I love it! Keep on doing you man 👊🙌
Good that you still on it but self hate isn't good bro, there's no shame in being skinny or fat.
Think of women who go to the club "for fun."
2) This is just a singular anecdote, in a vast pool of lonely men.
That is pretty much obvious at this point :v
He said that there can be other utilities for a strong and muscular body that don't necessarily involve dating, such as serving the country, gaining respect from other men, protecting other people from threats, moving just about anything more easily, and the list goes on.
Coach Greg will destroy us once again bro for this. Fingers crossed

hamza im a 16 year old male 6’2 and 210lbs of lean muscle but i have been feeling really unmotivated because of a fresh break up iv been trying to do my daily routine like meal prep go to the gym help my dad with lifting up stuff for him he has a bad back so i dont want him to lift anything above 20kilos but besides that im asking for motivation that can really help me back on track after this 2 year relationship i want to be myself again
1 crucial step: Hit the gym everyday for 3 years. It's that simple.
It doesn't matter what age you are, what it does matter is that you must live a fullfilling life and become the person that you wanna be
never, self improvement is a lifelong journey, start whenever but once you start no going back..
I don't think it's ever too late to change yourself for the better.
That marriage will cement your current position, especially when the kids will come. 29 is still plenty young, If you do the work you might have a lucrative business and aesthetic body by 35. So good times would be 35-60
It's never too late bhai 🐐🐐 just hit the gym 👑
wasnt going to comment cause some weirdos @'d me about training for looks and how i need to build the stablizers blah blah. but you said the most profound thing "time will pass anyways" this is beyond just working out kings. this is literally anything and everything in life, whether its starting a business, reading a book or talking to that girl. its literally everything if you dont start right now, time will pass and all you have to show for it is the time you wasted or put off doing what you said you would do.
He slowly-slowly
Changing my Life...
I literally have high metabolism
Nah eat until ur uncomfortable every meal, increase the number of meals in ur day (eat every 3 hrs or so) drink plenty of water plus add in a good workout routine and track ur weight in 4 weeks
Need tips. I am around 1.80m tall and 65 kg with super fast metabolism (Was on a trip and ate heavy food for 6 straight days and didn't gain a single kg) I live in a place where there isn't a gym, I only go to football 2x a week for physical. Give me some tips, like a home workout course and foods.
If you are eating more and aren't gaining weight, eat more. My metabolism is that fast I need to eat upwards of 7k calories
@@deathrace_hq Yeah I might have the same thing as You
One thing I disagree with is the eating part , I'm not saying go McD's everyday as a skinny dude who started bulking 4 months ago the issue I found is your stomach isn't built to take more than what you're used to eating because your body only takes the amount of calories it needs to survive not to build more mass so telling skinny dudes "eat a shit ton but make sure it's chicken and salad dressed with olive oil" is unrealistic as well , organic healthy food is expensive to start off with and the amount you need to eat to hit 2.5k-3k calories is insane and you also need to acc your protein intake , someone around my bodyweight rn I need to eat around 120g-160g of protein a day to start building muscle and to give you an idea 1 boiled egg contains about 20g-ish of protein.
The best method I found is eating smaller sized meals but condensed with lots of calories , good one is calorie smoothies but even this isn't fully clean and that's kinda that sacrifice you make , you have to mix a bit of dirty and clean food then get on a cut.
i need to change my self,im 12 with 35kg and 145cm tall, ineed to change myself right now
Your videos are awesome, I must say it really appeals to me as a 21 year old guy, had the bad luck of going bald, was just a huge nerd. That's the key to the girls. Hair would be useful too 🥴
“Time is gonna pass by anyway” is seriously an outstanding quote to keep in mind
Finally real facts! I've been preaching these for so long. Good video Mate
I've got five natural born brothers in my family. When I listen to Hamza he sounds like one of my brothers.
No bullshit. Just straight up truth.
Thank you my man.
